One of the best restaurants I’ve ever been! Very recommended

This is a small and absolutely gorgeous restaurant tucked away in A backstreet in the beautiful old part of Toulouse. It is a hidden treasure and therefore must be booked as while I sat from 7:30 to 8:30 I saw at least five couples turned away. There is good reason for the popularity not only in terms of the lovely relaxed ambience and and super people who run the restaurant but simply the food is absolutely gorgeous any trip to this restaurant will not fail to delight every sense

Menu entrée + plat + dessert = 30€. Wine around 30€/bottle. Very good and elaborate dishes. Friendly personnel.

We did our Christmas party here and they did a fantastic job of taking care of us. The good was delicious too.

Imaginative starters, tasty main course, unexpected wines and perfect service all in a very typical location. One of my best restaurant experiences in a long time.

I was gagging with the food. Delicious. I just could not stop eating. Terriene de canard made me hungry for poitrine de veau. Must try local AOC Maricillac. Topped all with la profiterole... Hmmm

Absolutely wonderful dinner here! A quaint spot with a few tables and a wonderful waiter. Each of our 3 courses were delicious, flavorful, rich and very fresh. The waiter helped us select different wines with each course and was very kind and helpful (and spoke a little english). We were in shock with delight that dinner for two, with 5 glasses of wine, was less than $100. In Paris or NYC (where we live) it would have been 3x that!

Nice food, kind staff, everything amazing

A small restaurant, around 15 tables, with a charming, chic Toulousain decor--ancient red bricks and lots of wood, not formal. The food was fantastic, flavorful, perfectly prepared and artfully presented. Plus, it was reasonably priced. We made our selections off the "en moment" seasonal menu--a divine asparagus cream and a perfect pot au feu. My dessert, moelleux au chocolat, was better than Emile's. A wonderful meal in a wonderful setting. I will definitely return, and I recommend this restaurant highly.

Wow, wow wow... If you want Michelin style/quality food but without the price this is the restaurant to visit! Extra. Ordinary. Each course was a marvel in itself... Plus a well put together children's menu. No airs and graces... The owner is on it. Be aware though only open for 1.5 hours in the evening, so will need to book.

This was our favorite restaurant in Toulouse. We arrived right at noon and were lucky to score a table. We saw many others get turned away as the place filled up. Everything we ate was outstanding and the service was great. The stand-out for us was the lunch “Bowl.” There were 7 or 8 indivdual portions of interesting and unique ingredients around a mound of salad topped with a jammy egg and served with a tasty and complex sauce. This place will be our definite go-to restaurant for every future visit to Toulouse.

We had lunch in this cozy place and it was a great experience. The staff was just the most friendly and the food was worth it. It was easy to order and to be understood without French. We made reservations previously, which I recommend, because the place was full very quickly. Beside us, there was only one other table with tourists. Everyone else seemed local/or spoke French. Would love to go back! P.s child friendly :)
