Good service, nice seating outside.

Quick and efficient. Didn't take much long to get my order. Just learn how they say numbers in French otherwise you'll keep on guessing if its your order or not.

I understand that it was 15 mins before closing time but this restaurant is on touristic place, they should still focus on customer and not welcome them like we are annoying them... It was unpleasant, especially the manager.

There are few points mention. 1. Quality of product - it was OK. Not good, not bad. I used it on daily basis for more than 2 months, sometimes it was OK, few times not ok. 2. Security services - I checked the reviews of other customers as well. Seems the problem hasn't been fixed yet. I've been in Toulouse in 2015, 2016 and 2017 and visited this McDonald's every time (I can say every day) The security guys always were bit rude. I don't know why. (and they don't speak English at all so I was not able to find the reason of rudeness) 3. Service - I can't say anything about their work ethic and progress. Everything was OK. They always were friendly and tried to satisfy the customers. BUT, none of the employees speaks English. If it was some rural part of the city that may be OK. But it is downtown of the city and everyone knows that most tourists visit this place in downtown. I've seen this dissatisfaction from other tourists as well.

I cannot recommend it. Security staff are very very rude. They look totally unhappy and angry and unable to assist to open the door to old people or people carry on luggages. Not great atmosphere at all. Also, no places where to charge your devices and toilettes could be cleaner.

Our view of the christmas market was amazing. The staff are very strict with showing receipts for the toilet, even though they had seen us 5 mins before. Was worth it for the view though!

It's pretty much where all the kids go to eat and most of them are very arrogant and disrespectful.

Busy but good, easy self service till. Better if number screen up for people who don't speak French but meals hot and fresh, and staff friendly

A quite normal McDonald's, but at least: clean and with amazing views.

The men’s restroom was not well designed with barely any room to close the door behind you, the sink fixture was also broken beyond proper use. Also, my wife was simply sitting on the stairs not in the way of anyone, waiting for our order and was told to move by security. This McDonalds needs work and the one in Porto, Portugal was superior also because it had the McPlant!

Good goats cheese wrap for only 2 euro.
