We used to go there with my work colleagues when it was still the previous owner. We therefore wanted to give the new manager of this small restaurant a chance. My colleagues and I went there twice to get our opinion. And unfortunately I don't think we'll go back. The staff is quite cold and unsmiling. The lady who served us did not know her menu (example of errors on our table: we ordered a tart and it was a quiche that was served, we were told a pistachio-raspberry dessert it was pistachio-chocolate etc....). The lady tries to pull herself together but we can tell that she is not comfortable and unfortunately her efforts only do her a disservice. The cuisine is a succession of industrial dishes, too bad. Finally, a final error on the note... That's a lot of negative points, especially when we know that there is a lot of competition in this sector of Toulouse. A word of advice ma'am, cook fresh produce (perhaps offer something out of the ordinary?) and above all put a little more smile in your kitchen. Don't hesitate to go out on your terrace to welcome people who come or simply say hello to people who pass by and who might stop to look at the map. I hope to be able to come back to you in a few months to realize that my comment is no longer relevant at all.
