Very small, tired rooms. Dust webs on the ceiling. The floor of the breakfast area is sticky. Wifi reception is weak. I don't understand how Ibis tolerates this under their brand.

Great place to stay in Toulouse . Central. Everything is close. Right in the Capititol! Markets right outside the front of hotel. Restaurants galore.

The receptionist needed google translate to communicate in English. And he was unprofessional, asking us to pay the amount we had already paid online. We had to wait hours until another receptionist came.

Nice location, but the breakfast, room and decor definitely leave something to be desired. Definitely provides a standard service and nothing more.

Extremely bad experience with the front desk lady who refused to deposit our luggages at 10AM before check-in, even though online they confirmed this feature. The room could be cleaner, especially the bed sheets. Kind of noisy during night. Average breakfast. The location is good.

We had a perfectly adequate stay at the Ibis Styles Canal du Midi. Friendly reception, comfy bed, great views out of the window (we were on the top floor). The reasons for withholding a better score were that the shower was rather weak (small head, not very hot) and breakfast was rather chaotic. The room is too small and when the hotel is busy everything gets overwhelming for the staff, who, I think, we’re trying their best.

Poor english level of the staff, which makes extra dificulties to solve issues. No internet connection at all. Reported it and it wasn't solved throughout the entire stay. No GF cautions at breakfast. Crosscontamination is real!
