Horrible
service!
It
should
not
have
4
stars!
When
I
arrived
at
the
hotel
late
at
night
23.30
(they
knew
this)
-
the
hotel
had
given
my
room
to
another
customer!
It
was
High
season
and
impossible
to
find
a
room
on
a
short
notice.
And
aparently
the
hotel
did
not
have
any
rooms
left…
I
was
only
given
a
room
because
another
customer
did
not
show
up!
The
guy
at
the
reception
let
me
wait
an
hour
before
something
happened.
His
priorities
were
to
make
drinks
for
guests
in
the
hotel
instead
of
helping
a
tired
customer
to
get
the
reserved
room!
He
did
write
a
few
messages
-
but
he
did
not
call
anybody
until
I
pressed
him.
I
told
him
I
was
extremely
tired
from
having
travelled
all
day
and
had
to
get
up
early
-
but
apparently
the
hotel
does
not
have
procedures
for
this
unfortunate
situation.
Incredible.
On
top
of
this
I
paid
fairly
high
price
-
but
no
compensation
for
letting
me
wait
one
hour
late
at
night.
Poor
behaviour.
A
hotel
with
such
poor
procedures
should
have
one
of
the
stars
removed.
It
is
NOT
a
4
star
hotel.
Far
from
it!
I
you
want
to
make
sure
you
have
a
room
when
you
arrive
-
then
don’t
book
this
hotel.
This
was
completely
unacceptable
behavior.
