Nice hotel, located in a close distance to city center and railway station. Staff speaks english a little bit, which was enough to check in and check out. Room clean roughly, plenty of dust on the pipes in the toilet. Surprisingly good breakfasts, good quality food. Hotel is rather small, easy to find. Comfortable bed.

Very well located hotel near the center. Offers good breakfast, has very friendly and helpful staff. Rooms are rather small but not claustrophobic. Internet connection is fast and has good range. If you go by car there 10 EUR/day paid underground parking or you can park outside on the public paid parking place which cost round 1,5 EUR per hour between 9-20 Mon-Sat. Very close to the hotel there is a public bike rent station as well.

It’s the second time I am coming to this hotel. I have rarely seen such a welcoming an professional staff as in this establishment. Incredibly friendly and helpful. Congratulations to Kevin at the Front office for being such an awesome receptionist! :) I’ve been in 5 star properties who are not able to provide that level of service quality and friendliness. I will definitely come back 👏🏼

This is a great hotel. I’m ya just a ten minute walk from the Place du Capitole, and 20 minute walk from the riverside . Our room was in the 7th floor, you need to take the lift to the 6th floor and then climb some narrow stairs (keep this in mind if you carry heavy, wide luggage). Staff in the reception desk were very welcoming. You can choose (after payment) Two types of breakfast. We had the cheapest, good enough IMO. We parked our motorcycle in their parking and, because we weren’t in a specific parking spot, they were very kind and didn’t charge us. This was as nice as unexpected.

Lovely staff and always with a smile. Had a room on the 7th floor, but not reachable by lift-only to the 6th floor. Room is quite small and the separate toilet room ridiculously small. The room was fitted with ONE TOWEL which I can understand the need to budget, but come on, 2 people in a room should be entitled to a towel each 🤦🏽. Ok place for a short stay.

Great hotel, simple rooms but clean & tidy. Decent breakfast, not huge on hot food options for Brekki but your in France you shouldn't expect this. Location perfect.

Hotel Innes is surprising. The common areas are tight but it is a very central and comfortable hotel with all you need. Had a very calm night sleep in a very clean room with a comfy bed. Staff are efficient and nice. The hotel has parking and a deal with the near by (100m) Park too. Benefitted from a discount through bookings so it was very good value for money (with a very complete breakfast included).

Made us wait on the check-in. The reception staff was unapologetic about it. Not recommended.

The hotel was welcoming, clean, hospitality was great. Mister Vincent and his staff were very friendly and helpful. They spoke English as well. I recommend this hotel to all who want to stay in Toulouse it is within walking distance of the town centre as well! Thanks to all the staff!

Room was very clean and comfortable. The filtered water and coffee available in the reception was great. I needed to extend my stay due to strike action which prevented me travelling to other places. The reception team were very kind and discussed options for my extended stay. It was made easier by them arranging for me to stay in the same room as when I arrived. The reception team and their help was excellent!

Can't really fault this hotel, it's decorated nicely, beds are comfy, shower works well and the breakfast was OK. I've had better buffet breakfasts but was fine, there's a selections of breads, rolls, Ham, cheeses, pancakes, pastries, eggs, hash browns! So something for everyone. Location is fab! Walking distance for all the top sights in Toulouse!

Very enjoyable stay. All the staff were very friendly and helpful, especially Thèo. Nice seating area on 1st floor for free tea and coffee. Location is excellent- close to metro, buses and shopping centre. Less than 5 minute walk to the Old Port.

Excellent location. The staff was very friendly and helpful, we felt really welcome. Hotel is very clean and comfortable. Breakfasts are really good + you can have tea, coffee or water during the day. There is also a microwave guests can use which I think is a great idea. Wi-Fi works perfectly.

The location of the hotel is very good. Only 5 minutes walking distance to the main places. On the lobby, there is a coffee machine and water for free. There is two options for breakfast, one is quick one with 5 euros and other is a wider one with 14 euros. Room is a little small but sufficent. There is also a kettle in the room for tea and coffee. Room and other areas are clean. Personnel is very kind and supportive.

Lovely hotel 10 minute walk or 15 minute stroll to centre. Staff friendly room comfortable with tea and coffee facility also downstairs in breakfast area tea and coffee was available all day via machines. There is parking on site but limited and on first come basis, if full you can park a bit further down the road in an underground parking at a discounted price. Also be aware that the entrance to on-site parking is tight so big vehicles etc could struggle, So in conclusion highly recommended hotel and ideal for Toulouse centre

Horrible service! It should not have 4 stars! When I arrived at the hotel late at night 23.30 (they knew this) - the hotel had given my room to another customer! It was High season and impossible to find a room on a short notice. And aparently the hotel did not have any rooms left… I was only given a room because another customer did not show up! The guy at the reception let me wait an hour before something happened. His priorities were to make drinks for guests in the hotel instead of helping a tired customer to get the reserved room! He did write a few messages - but he did not call anybody until I pressed him. I told him I was extremely tired from having travelled all day and had to get up early - but apparently the hotel does not have procedures for this unfortunate situation. Incredible. On top of this I paid fairly high price - but no compensation for letting me wait one hour late at night. Poor behaviour. A hotel with such poor procedures should have one of the stars removed. It is NOT a 4 star hotel. Far from it! I you want to make sure you have a room when you arrive - then don’t book this hotel. This was completely unacceptable behavior.

A good place to stay, with few steps you can join a lot of restaurants and other activities, but some room are very small and seems old.

Definitely not a 4 stars hotel!! I rather say it's more like a hostel rather than a hotel. Staff very attentive and good location.

Everyone of the staff gave his best to make sure we get the most out of our stay. Status has been recognized at check-in, the assigned room (6th floor-nice view) was clean and thoughtfully decorated and when we had a request it was all done instantly. Surprisingly the TV even had a chromestick available for streaming from my phone.

We were in a room on the 7th floor and despite all was clean and the room looked very nice, you could hear the elevator going up and down all the time. We were out for most of the day and the evening and luckily during the night we did not hear it often so in our case it did not bothered us much. However, we can see how it can be annoying for someone else. Maybe the Hotel could look for a solution? It was the only negative thing on an overall very positive stay.

We had a wonderful experience at this Best Western! The staff was so extremely kind and so accommodating! Really had a great interaction with every one of their employees. And a big shoutout to Kevin who went out of his way to welcome us in English and show us around! :) They are all more than happy to help or answer questions about the area. We had a minor issue with our room which was immediately rectified and we were even upgraded for free. The hotel is clean, cozy, and a very close walk from the train station and the center of Toulouse. The express breakfast is very affordable and decently filling! We would absolutely stay here again.

Nice hotel and downtown. You can access very easy to all places on the city. The hotel is good, has a good breakfast. The room are small but enough just to sleep. I will recommend it, when I went it was cheap comparing with the ones around and if you are not going to live in the room, just for sleep is good and in a good place

From moment we arrived and were met by Juliette we were made to feel welcome and nothing seemed to much trouble, from check in to recommendations on where to visit and where to go to eat out locally. Location is 5 minute walk from the centre with easy access to bus and metro though you can easily walk to most places you would want to see. Room was clean, spacious and well serviced.

Hotel Innes is the perfect choice to visit Toulouse. Parking right in the courtyard. Nice room, good breakfast - but the best is the hotel team. Competent, helpful and extremely friendly. You rarely experience that. That was reason enough for us to extend our visit here by one night.
