Very nice hotel in good central position. The rooms are comfortable, clean and well equipped. The staff were efficient and friendly. A nice breakfast, perfect for a one night stay in Toulouse.

Nice hotel, decent rooms, friendly and helpful reception staff. I stayed in a double on the first floor for 2 nights. Good size bathroom. Comfy beds although the pillows were the pretty thick, kinda cylindrical not flat. Soundproof rooms so very little disturbance. Lots of wardrobe space and a fridge. No teas or coffees in the room though Free coffee in reception. Quite a small lobby area. Breakfast 7-10 I think, maybe 11. Great croissants obviously, the rest was pretty standard selection. No cooked breakfast. Nice location, close to lots of restaurants, bars and shops.

A bit outdated room, but the service and the location made up for that. Very helpful 24/7 reception who speaks fluently english. Only 10-15 minute walk from the station and everything else was just so close by the hotel. Can recommend.

The quality of this hotel is 2 star hotel not 4 star. The woman with glasses at the front desk showed her cleavage on purpose like a street girl and I paid by credit card in advance, but I was charged again.

Perfect location, friendly and helpful staff and it’s a great little touch letting you have the refreshments from the mini fridge at no cost!

Service desk was quite friendly, and rooms were clean and comfortable. I had the room at the triangle corner of the building so the toilet layout was a little cramped, but otherwise functional. The sink feels completely cheap and budget, with so little space under the tap that your hands can barely fit underneath. Which makes no sense because they have more than enough space for the mirror. The cup they put for brushing your teeth is literally just a plastic drink cup, which is fine if not for the fact that it won't even hold your toothbrush weight without falling over. On the plus side, they do give you free drinks in the bar fridge which they refill everyday. They indicate four stars but it's really a budget two to three star hotel anywhere else. They are in a very good location in tolouse. Recommend the place if you get a discount, but definitely not at full price.

The hotel location is very good, at the city center. The hotel has no parking but there is a parking lot nearby. During the whole stay there was no Wi-Fi, and no compensation was offered to the guests even though the problem lasted at least 4 days. In the bathroom there is a heater but it is too small and takes a lot of time to heat it's own vicinity let alone the entire bathroom. Even though I have specifically asked not to send room service to clean my room, the room was cleaned.

Right in the centre of town with really nice restaurants around to choose from, very clean and quiet. The staff was really friendly and all spoke English. Only downside of this location is parking, if you are driving you will need to use one of the public parking garages which can be quite costly.

Great location in the middle of Toulouse. The staff was really nice to help us with restaurants. The room didn't really feel four stars but it was nice and clean anyways, with a balcony.

Need to know the facilities you can use free of cost. You don't have coffee maker in room. Small rooms but you should be aware that the reception can get the Services to your room at no extra cost.

My son & I had an accidental stay in Toulouse. We picked Ours Blanc for its central location. It’s in the heart of the city, our top floor terrace soaked up the sights & sounds. The room was comfortable & clean with a good shower. Staff were lovely. We didn’t try breakfast as the patisserie opposite is amazing. We fell in love with Toulouse & Ours Blanc was the perfect base for our stay.

The room was small but nice, the area is quite loud so that you cannot have an open window during the night, the breakfest is very basic, the service is OK.

The location is very good. But that is it. No air con in November, you have to open the windows and then the light from the street is in your face Breakfast is appalling. Cold options only. fine if this wasn’t a 4* No coffee or tea, this would be fine if it was not advertised as a 4* Not bathroom mirror for makeup and the light is bad. Something to be aware of as a woman travelling Lift is very small. You would struggle to get two people and luggage. Lack of toiletries, two small bottles which is to wash everything. Just not worth the money

Very friendly staff and great service! The location is perfect too, as you have everything you need near the hotel. Sadly we didn't have a great view (not the hotels fault though), the shower was a bit broken and the sink drain was very loud sometimes. All in all we had an amazing stay and i definitely recommend this hotel!!
