Hotel very clean and comfortable with private parking. Unfortunately it is located in the surrounding of Toulouse quite far from the city center but near the motorway. There are bus connections to the city center but it takes a lot of time. There is also a faster cable railway that connect the area where the hotel is located to the university zone of Toulouse. The hotel doesn't have a restaurant.

I erred when booking a room in this hotel as I hadn't realised it was so far from the centre of town, BUT my husband & I agree it is the BEST error I've ever done! The hotel's room was spacious & clean. We found it to be very quiet. The air conditioning was quiet, which was good as neither of us understood how to operate the control! We found we could open the window slightly, but it was too chilly outside for us to leave the window open. The bathroom was also spacious with a walk-in shower recess. A minor criticism is we'd have preferred bath sheets, not bath towels & for the towels to be fluffier. Some of them felt like they'd been used too many times. The breakfasts were always nice & offered a good selection. There is a nice restaurant next door which offered great meals for lunch & dinner if you didn't want to eat in town. The staff are truly brilliant - the front desk staff went out of their way to assist us. They ensured we knew how to use Toulouse's public transport system & gave us explicit directions so we wouldn't get lost. Although the hotel is away from the city centre, it is very easy & quick to travel there.

We chose this hotel because it was located in our way to the South through the highway, so we did not have to enter the city centre of Toulouse. So, for us, the location was perfect, although it is far from Toulouse's centre. The hotel looks quite new. The room was big and clean. Our soon had to sleep in the sofa bed and it was hard as a rock. Breakfast had a good selection of hot and cold food. The only concern was that the restaurant next to the hotel only opened during weekend. Luckily we had our car and there were some restaurants and fast food chains in the area (within 2 km). The car park was free of charge.

Great staff, very good service but it being a b&bf , its kindof an issue to go out to find dinner. The city centre is a bit far.. other than that, its a great experience. They are great.

Good hotel, clean rooms, friendly staff, lighted parking and good brrakfast. the only downpoint is it's location, there is no restairants around and the views are rather poor. otherwise it's fine.

One of my favorite hotels. Quirky style, nice rooms, friendly staff, good breakfast buffet and a veranda to enjoy a cold beer in summer.

Very good staff...making the difference for a good stay away from home. The location is not bad if you have a car.

Quiet room, clean room and bathroom. Breakfast was ok (not special, not bad). There is a restaurant for dinner at about 20 meters from the hotel, easy to reach. I had fish and it was good. The area nearby the hotel is industrial, you can reach it with a car or taxi.

It's a nice hotel and the room was comfortable. The hotel is quite far from the city and unfortunately it doesn't have a restaurant. They offer microwave meals, which I had for dinner one night but it wasn't great.

I stayed there on a business trip 2 months after it opened. Only for star review as there is no restauraunt in house. As a business visitor, and as the location is outside the city, i dont want to go out for dinner. Lukily there is a brasserie next door. The rooms were clean, the bed large, the internet fast and ost importantly for me, the air con was quiet.

Average Mercure hotel. Modern design but still a budget Mercure in term of facilities etc. No problems but just be aware there's no "extras", and for UK travellers there's no 'proper' TV channels (only CNN & BBC World), though they advertise "international TV channels".

Air con in this hotel has a real problem : extremely noisy all night (loud pump starting from time to time). The thermostat, of a dark age, can't help. And you can't open the window to shut down air con: concert of frogs around the hotel is even louder (true story !). Next morinng, not a surprise for the staff, friendly though. And compensation proposed for insomnia was very disappointing. So either you check that you are given a room with no pump (there are) or you stay away from this hotel if you want to sleep.
