I did not end up staying here due to a sudden change, but Thierry at the front desk was wonderful. Even though I wasn't staying there, he took pity on me (as I don't speak French) and arranged a taxi for my 4 am trek to the airport. Thank you, Thierry, for your kindness!

Fabulous little hotel: great staff, perfect location (Saint-Cyprien, according to the Times *the* hippest city break. Ok so that was 2019 but hey, 2020's a write-off right?) Plus also-fab breakfast. Tip, go direct to the hotel: the offer at the time we visited was 3 nights for 2, but even without this it was a bargain. Trust me. Close to fab restaurants, bars and people-watching. 8 mins to get to the heart of Toulouse, across the Pont Neuf. But then again, as we discovered, all bridges lead to the hotel (check out the map!) Do note that rooms are small, but this wasn't a problem for us. I needed to do some work while here and used the small-but-perfectly-formed breakfast room/bar.

Charming little hotel with very good staff- polite, helpful, professional but a warm welcome. The rooms were an ample size, spotless with very comfortable beds and it's very quiet and safe, being staffed 24/7. The buffet breakfast was great value at 10€ for all you can eat, very nice bread, cheese, hardboiled eggs, etc. It's a good location, just over 5 mins walk to the Pont Neuf and the metro and busses on the doorstep. There's an organic shop opposite but even better is a covered market 5 mins walk with a wonderful array of local produce, several good boulangeries and restaurants. Not to forget the local park Prairies des Filtres where you can watch the sun set in La Ville Rose! Highly recommended, I will definitely return !

Clean, cheap, free parking. Breakfast pretty basic and €8 each which was pricey for what it was. 5 minute walk to nearby Metro.

Good location, large and clean and modern room, super nice staff. Can't say anything bad at all. Could even drink a GnT in the hotel bar at 3 o'clock in the night after hitting the clubs. Price was very fair aswell.

Apart from the spider that was hanging around in my room, everything was good.
