Lovely staff, tidy rooms. Housekeeping was good, and there was no noise from other hotel occupants. The hotel is in the flight path of the airport, and the planes can be quite loud, but this is no problem, as the windows keep the sound out very well. We ended up not making use of the optional breakfast. The hotel has no full kitchen, so it doesn't compete against the boulangeries etc downtown. However, in a pinch, it would sate your hunger. It is a bit of a walk to any nearby public transport, the tram doesn't run very often. The metro does, but that's double as far away. We ended up getting city rental bikes nearby the tram stop often. In all, we loved this place, and we would certainly stay here again.

Good, clean and captivating rooms which are almost new. U can also rent a room for long residency if u re a studant or an employee. The rooms have good space and are well furnished. Also, the rent price is really good.

Excellent attention, and very kind staff at the reception. The room was very clean and comfortable. I would definitely repeat my stay in the future should I come back to Toulouse

Great hotel, very friendly and efficient staff, the position is not central but bus and métro stations nearby, quite pricey but worth it, especially that the more central hotels of Toulouse have a real problem of bedbugs according to the reviews.
