If you want a traditional french Cafe with owners who really care about their food AND their customers, this is the place for you. Fabian and Eric live and breath the art of french cuisine. They make all the bread, cakes every single morning, from scratch. Whereas another place will microwave something frozen.. Eric will actually cook your meal for you when you order it. The best time to go is during the week, so they have time to greet you and pay special attention to you as they would to each customer. It is so hard to find such passionate and genuine people these days. I am so lucky to have wandered into their cafe with my ex boyfriend (Toulousain).. and I tried to speak in broken French to Fabian but she was so welcoming of me. She is a big reason I return to Toulouse. I learn more and more about France, about her life and about Eric and Fabian’s authentic cuisine, only with the most healthy and fresh ingredients. Love you always.

Thank you to all the dessert gods for luring me towards this adorable cafe along a quaint street in downtown Toulouse. It was the only vibrant place open on a Sunday, and the smells of sweet chocolate, pistachios, and vanilla could be picked up from a fair distance. Along with the delectable selection of homemade desserts, was one of the most hospitable and familial ambiances I've experienced in a while throughout my travels. This family-run cafe seems to attract wonderful people from all walks of life with like-minds, and when everyone's together, you can really sense the magic. I left that day with a happy tummy, big smiles, and some fantastic memories. If there's one thing that'll surely bring me back to Toulouse, it's Après L'Ondée, hands down!

Really nice and cozy place. I had vanilla ice cream with a piece of homemade bread and it made me feel like i’m in my home. The store owner, maybe a husband and wife? Was so hospitality and warm. Really recommend this place if you want to take a break with charming atmosphere.

Says serving until 16h but got refused at 14h10 on a Saturday...
