One of the worst gyms I have ever been a member of. Having gone from gym to gym for bad service or good service this gym takes the cake. It is one thing to provide showers, if you do you can provide courtesy towels, which are easy to wash. Great equipment is only as great as the staff in the gym. Such a bad taste in my mouth from these employees invading my space. Are all gyms this bad here?

Visited when I was in Toulouse and what a nice surprise. Facility is in great condition. Not only were the employees nice but the clientele was also friendly and welcoming. They have an affordable day pass if you're just passing through Toulouse.

Individual changing room which is less spacious and comfortable than normal male/female ones, probably due to the fact we're in city center. But I guess some people find it less stressful and like their own personal space. Price is correct compared to competition but annual sign up is necessary in France to get similar basic offer we would get abroad on monthly basis. Slowly getting used to pay more for everything in here. Anyway, not overcrowded, nice general atmosphere. Note that no training stringer are allowed for men 🤔

Gym is good, but the small room for pilates and stretching is terrible, it always smells disgusting, I even can’t enter to the room to do my sport - automatically want to vomit. Can you fix it please, it’s obviously that the air conditioning and ventilation system in the room don’t work. Also it’s cold, on the first floor at least.
