Le personnel est incompétents et de mauvaise fois. Je me suis retrouvé sans utilitaire pour aller travailler, alors qu'il s'agissait d'un compte professionnel. Et aucune solution n'a été proposé ! Les possibilités paiement y sont particulièrement compliqués et pas fiables ! Et pour couronner le tout ils ont embouti mon véhicule personnel, sans vouloir faire de constat à l'amiable. Il y a plusieurs loueurs autours de cette agence sûrement plus compétent !!!! A éviter absolument.

    Such a pathetic experience which we had received with them. We had an early closure to our contract due to a personal emergency and the Sixt staff promised to refund our money for the remaining unused period of the contract. We left the place and they charged us more than what was agreed, €300 which is outrageous! The customer service told us that the manager of the branch is refusing to close the contract, which is opposite of what was promised to us. We wouldn’t have left the spot if they hadn’t agreed to close the contract. They made us believe one thing and completely went against their point. They are refusing to honour their promise of blocking the excess amount for over 45 days and we had been regularly contacting them for the same. The manager, Carolina, has never returned our call nor has emailed us. Such cheating experience and we are left frustrated with their unprofessionalism. We have been battered with this experience that we aren’t looking to rent with Sixt anymore. Avoid this scam place at all cost and we are still awaiting resolution. We have escalated this on all their emails, but they never respond back. Such scammers and a black sheep in the Sixt family. If this brand has any dignity left, give us a call back and try to honour your words to save your face. After renting across multiple cities and countries across Europe with Sixt, we are left hurt with their unprofessionalism directed towards the entire brand.

    Very bad experience. I booked a van to pick up some furniture. They took my money , denied the vehicle and did not even care to give me an explanation. The staff at the office were very rude to us. After I complained to the email customer service, they gave me a useless voucher which I will probably never have to use because I don't need a van again.

    We had to wait over an hour for our car to be ready. The car we were supposed to have had a fault so they organised a car to come from the Blagnac branch to replace it. We were told “just 10 mins” several times, which ended up being 60 more mins. We were told we would receive “a goodwill gesture” for the long wait and that we received an “upgrade” on the car. No gesture was ever received, and I do not consider a replacement car for a faulty one to be an “upgrade”. The only gesture we received was finally being able to leave the office with some kind of vehicle and then face rush hour traffic (which we had tried to avoid by arriving at 14:30). Next time I will use another company - there are many available in Toulouse.

    The women who rented me the car argue with me for several minutes that I HAD to take the insurance, even after I told her that I was covered with my credit card insurance. I felt very pressured to take the insurance. She told me that If I had an accident, I could get in a LOT of troubles. She also told me that the waiver was very high with my credit card making the insurance useless, which is not true (after checking, there is no waiver with my credit card). I feel that she lied to me in order to sell me the insurance. I got involved in a small accident. The damage are about 1000 Euro. The insurance Sixt forced me to take is worthless since the waiver is 1500 euro. I have contacted my credit card insurance and they told me that I am not longer covered with them because I took the car rental insurance. I am very frustrated that I have been mislead into taking a insurance that it not only useless (I had a better coverage with my credit card) but that will prevent me of getting the coverage of my credit card company. Overall, because I have been lied to, I have to pay nearly 2000$ (damage + worthless insurance). I am done with Sixt.

    Rented a car from here twice because it was a 2 week rental and a bit cheaper per day than the airport or train station. Both times a pleasant experience and staff spoke well-enough English, but I could have gotten by with my French either way.

    Excentré du centre ville. Accessible en bus + pied ou voiture mais petit parking avec peu de places. Localisé à proximité de Hertz. Accueil agréable. Fermeture entre midi et 15h. Compliqué pour location entre la CB de paiement, du louer, du conducteur...

    Je vous conseil d’éviter l’agence Sixt avenue des minimes à Toulouse personnel I’m compétent et surtout de mauvaise foie. Ils tentent par tous les moyens mêmes non justifiés et mensongers pour vous facturer des dégâts à la restitutions en cherchant à la loupe tous petit points sur la carrosserie chose non faite à la remise je conseil de boycotter cette agence
