    Nice staff, but never have had the car we selected at the pick up location. The phone support (we had a flat tire in rural France) is absolutely terrible. Did not answer on Sunday. The return is extremely convoluted and not near the rental offices showing up in Google maps - so you are left to talk to phone support to figure it out (and again they are completely terrible - do not have training, information or interest to help Sixt customers.

    Was reassured that I would be refunded for a flat tyre repair once I elft car back with the invoice. Over 2 months later emails ignored and phone goes straight to voicemail. DO NOT trust this company.

    Impossible to get on touch with the “customer”service by phone and by email ! I only would like to get my invoice and your crazy web system said that it cannot recognize my contract number ! Your phone assistance in France (of course !) said that they cannot answer to me as they are overbooked ! Of course, SIXT is not overbooked to take my money ! In whole my life I never had a so awful experience in renting a car and I cannot understand how your company can survive with such a sluggish performance !!! Not possible to be in touch with your local team in Toulouse Mataubiau as no direct phone number ! I do congratulate your company for its talent to despise your clients and for the excellent level of your mediocrity ! I sincerely hope that I will never have to deal with an unprofessional company such as yours !!!!!

    Staff here is friendly but finding the way back to return the car is very hard since there are no clear signs. You have to go to Gare Matabiau parking lot and go straight to level 3, unload everything from the vehicle, then go down on your own to level 0 and head to the counter which is located far from the elevator. Better directions would be appreciated😵‍💫😵‍💫😵‍💫😵‍💫

    A great team at Sixt, Toulouse Matabiau. Despite being busy they took the time to go through the details of the contract and the car, were welcoming, professional and knowledgeable. Car hire can be a pain but this team made it a pleasure. There are at least 3 companies out of Toulouse that'd I'd never use again, glad I can recommend this team for their customer service and I won't hesitate to return.

    Pleasant and convenient! We rented a car to get to a wedding after arriving to Toulouse by train and were able to get an automatic transmission (I never learned stick) for a decent price! The rental places are all in a parking garage next to the train station—we didn’t notice the signs pointing at first, but they’re everywhere in/around the station. Definitely book far in advance because it seems to fill up!

    BE AWARE OF EXTRA CHARGE!!! Sixt employees, at Toulusse train station, reported that we returned the car with several damages that we did not do. They charged us with an extra of more than 50% of the rental price. THEY WERE NOT AT THE OFFICE AND NOT AT THE RETURN PLACE TO RECEIVE THE CAR. This is clear abusive behavior.

    We were very happy with the customer service both at pick-up and return, when a Sixt employee was already present at the car park and it took a couple of minutes to complete the whole process. We hired an electric car and we were impressed with the fact that it wasn’t noticably more expensive than a fossil-burner of the same class. The car was in pristine condition and a joy to drive.

    This was a drop off location for a rental from the Boulogne-Billancourt office. After reading some sketchy reviews I was not looking forward to dealing with a car rental in France. Lots of research pointed out that the "best" choice for a rental was Sixt. The pick up at this Boulogne-Billancourt office was fantastic. The reception at Toulouse was busy and hectic, which was fine, but staff did not have time to review the condition of the car or talk about paying the bill. Raphael informed me that I would be invoiced via email. The low stars are due to the what I received as a bill (from this office specifically) and the follow up "damage" email. We rented the car for 4 days, which changed to 3 because of a change in itinerary. Somehow a 3 day rental ended up costing more than the original 4 day rental. The daily rate increased and the amount of included kilometers had decreased by 350, for which we were charged. The original contract included 1,000 kilometers. And following the invoice correspondence there was an email for "damage", which should have been covered by the additional insurance I bought with the rental. It seems that this is a habit of them because based on other reviews "damage" happens a lot and many customers receive this email.

    This was a bad experience and you might be better off taking your business somewhere else! We reserved a car, paid for it and when we went to pick it up they did not have it. The girl who helped us out was very nice and really tried to help us out. She gave us a bigger car, but that also involved an extra cost from our side. After talking to a manager she send us to a different SIXT where they apparently had the car we initially reserved. When we got there the gentleman said that nobody had called him and they did not have the car. We did not get reimbursed for the extra cost and after calling customer service and letting them know about the situation, they were rude and not helpful!

    As well as for pick-up and drop-off, the ladies at the counter were extremely helpful and friendly. Great deal; no hidden costs, in contrast with the rip-off I experienced with another company on a previous car-rental in Italy!

    We rented a car on Oct.19, the lady in the counter is very helpful and friendly. The contract are explained clearly in English. We dropped off the car at another spot(TLS) Airport. The staff there is friendly, too. We had a really good experience. Thank you!

    So I used my AMEX gold card to avoid paying "assurance supplementaire". I refused the additional charge. However when I received the bill, they still charge me the additional insurance. I didnt sign anything anyway and told that the facture will be sent on my email. Be very very careful with this agence and clarify everything.
