The security man had unwelcoming attitude to customer. I came this morning with my caddie so he asked me to put it at his place. HOWEVER, he DID NOT say bonjour/hello or smiling!!! Just told me to put it there. After walking around, I got back to take my caddie and he asked to check my backpack WITH THE SAME ATTITUDE - HE GAVE BACK MY BACKPACK & CADDIE AFTER CHECKING AND DID NOT SAY MERCI/THANKS - NOT EVEN LOOK AT MY EYES. I said "Thank you, have a nice day" and he replied something quietly in his mouth - STILL NOT SMILING AT ALL. VERY POOR CUSTOMER TREATMENT !!!
