We came with my friend to have a cup of tea and a piece of cake. From the very first moment until the last …all was very bad. I have never had such a terrible service in any other restaurant. Never. Not any smile. We had a feeling that we are not welcomed at this place. And the cake was tasteless as well. And in addition the announcements: we don’t have accept cash, we don’t put paper towels as the toilets are constantly blocked

This cafe is so great. The staff is friendly and the food is so good! The cakes are so fresh and they give large portions. The cookies with coffee are amazing. I definitely recommend this place. The atmosphere is very calm and kind.

Rude and unfriendly service. Just another one place for tourists. There are lots of way better bakeries and cafes around.

Súper hiper expensive, we order two carrot cakes and two simple drinks , they charge us 22 euros !! . The food is not fresh and the place is not clean , take a look when they open the door to the kitchen

We visited this tea place a couple of months ago. It looks elegant and attractive from the outside and "on the surface", but something is just missing... If felt a bit like a conveyor belt of customers, the service was confused and impersonal and everthing seemed rushed and unpleasant somehow. The tables are so close together, it is impossible to sit/ move comfortably without disturbing other people and, in turn, they are distrubing you, as you can't help but overhear every conversation around you. The cakes look beautiful, but the one we've tried (with raspberries on top) was practically inedible - stoggy and tasteless with a very strange "compressed" texture. The couple of bites that I've managed to have, sat heavily in my stomach for hours afterwards. I can see that the owners reply to reviews and ask for constructive feedback. My two pieces of advice to them will be: 1) Enhance the experience of your customers by reducing the tearoom capacity. Sales volume and robotic efficiency isn't everything, bring some "soul" and genuine care to what you do. Inspire your staff to do the same. Customers sense these things. 2) Please review your cake recipes; perhaps, do a tasting and ask for people's opinions.The cake we had did not taste like food. 😢 If it was some kind of a special, perhaps, vegan, recipe - we were not made aware of this, despite me asking the waitress in advance about the cake ingredients.

The employees, especially a small one with blond or red hair, mistreat the customers. They do it particularly with racialized people, with migrant people in general, which gives the indication that they are racist. I was there, I saw it and I experienced it. The experience was horrible. They try not to speak to racialized people, not to allow them to sit at a table even if there is room, and they address them in a bad way so that they don't stay in the place. Additionally, the products they sell are expensive and not worth the money. I find no reason to go there again.

The person serving us was rude and very cold , he had tattoos which should be covered and the place is extremely expensive for the quality. I got a chocolate cake - slice and when you put Your fork into it , liquid came out. It’s not fresh at all.

First day in France and I ordered a grande creme cafe, with the expectation of a coffee with milk at least. And I received an espresso and thought that this is how they call it in France for some reason. Only when I left and googled, I realised that I didn't try the coffee I had ordered. Staff looked very lost, and if you sit out, they never check on you if you need anything, they forget you exist, and even to pay the bill you have to go inside to find them and pay.

Fair. Atmosphere & food was good but staff are too much in hurry while doing the brunch service during weekend. Order tea, not coffee.

One of my favorite tea shops in Toulouse. The interior is quite grand and it's good to soak up the art. Here you have a wonderful selection of desserts. But my favourite thing of all is the spiral staircase to the 3rd floor where you can read quietly, drink your tea and hold hands with that special person. L'Amour à L'Autre ❤

The pistachio raspberry tart had an almost flan like texture, but a very generous portion and lovely tea. The atmosphere is slightly lacking compared to other locations in the city but perhaps I just caught it on a quieter day.

The cakes are amazing and the selection of teas as well. Wish we had something like that in Berlin.

An institution! I have visited more times thaN I can count! Definitely worth a visit- if possible try their cheesecake, their rasberry tart and the rose/vanilla white tea.

Bad service the advocado was to hard in the pokebowl, and when we orderd ice creams after long waiting they had no red fruit

The brunch portion is huge. We shared it with my friend and were full even with half portion. It was tasty too with fresh orange juice
