Great
stay,
but
unfortunately
my
son
left
his
phone
in
room,
on
realising
this
contacted
hotel.
Explained
according
to
tracker
on
the
phone
was
still
in
hotel.
Staff
said
unable
to
check
until
following
day.
Rang
the
following
day
to
be
told
not
there.
Again
tracker
showing
location
of
hotel,
receptionist
promised
to
recheck
and
call
back.
No
call
back.
I
then
rang
hotel
again
to
be
told
in
very
clear
English
I
do
not
understand
English.
Disappointing
irreplaceable
photos
on
phone.
Was
given
the
impression
that
they
couldn't
be
bothered.
Extremely
unhelpful.
What
is
also
alarming
is
that
the
hotel
was
closed
after
my
son's
team
left
premises
and
the
phone
which
has
long
battery
life
was
ringing.
But
had
obviously
been
found
and
switched
off.
Must
be
distressing
for
owner
to
realise
that
potentially
a
member
of
their
staff
is
dishonest.
Lack
of
communication
and
interest
in
helping
what
else
am
I
supposed
to
think.
