We
picked
up
a
car
from
EuRopcar,
and
when
when
I
looked
at
the
information
provided
discovered
that
there
were
at
least
6
damage-related
issues
the
car
already
had.
When
we
found
the
car,
we
discovered
it
covered
with
layers
of
dirt
and
mud,
making
it
near
impossible
to
see
what
damage
there
was
to
the
car.
When
I
pointed
this
out
to
the
person
who
issued
the
car
to
us,
and
that
we
wanted
a
clean
car,
her
response
was,
"The
machine
that
washes
the
cars
is
broken."
Yet
there
were
at
least
30
-
40
cars,
all
clean
available
for
her
to
give
us.
Each
time
I
asked
for
a
different
car
the
answer
was
the
same,
"The
machine
that
means
the
car
is
broken."
She
checked
the
car
out
for
any
additional
areas
where
it
was
damaged
and
she
found
another
6.
With
the
strong
sun
hitting
the
car,
the
layer
of
dirt
and
mud,
it
was
near
impossible
to
make
sure
there
was
no
other
areas
that
were
damaged.
My
concern
now
is
that
when
we
return
the
car
they
will
"discover"
other
areas
that
were
damaged,
and
we'll
be
stuck
with
a
bill.
DO
NOT
RENT
FROM
EUROPCAR
AT
THE
TOULOUSE
TRAIN
STATION.
