Very bad experience. Bad information from one people in the team led to not been able to rent the car the day arrived. They took weeks to give us back the money and then surprise: they charged us 95 euros for "attending the meeting" or not taking the renting when in fact, it was them who did not rent us the car. We were told that would be solved and they never did. A total mess. To avoid.

We picked up a car from EuRopcar, and when when I looked at the information provided discovered that there were at least 6 damage-related issues the car already had. When we found the car, we discovered it covered with layers of dirt and mud, making it near impossible to see what damage there was to the car. When I pointed this out to the person who issued the car to us, and that we wanted a clean car, her response was, "The machine that washes the cars is broken." Yet there were at least 30 - 40 cars, all clean available for her to give us. Each time I asked for a different car the answer was the same, "The machine that means the car is broken." She checked the car out for any additional areas where it was damaged and she found another 6. With the strong sun hitting the car, the layer of dirt and mud, it was near impossible to make sure there was no other areas that were damaged. My concern now is that when we return the car they will "discover" other areas that were damaged, and we'll be stuck with a bill. DO NOT RENT FROM EUROPCAR AT THE TOULOUSE TRAIN STATION.

Booked an automatic car on their website and once on-site they did not have any. Terrible experience. Went to Hertz instead and everything worked out beautifully.

I have found a very kind and nice lady at the desk. Yes, they had a bit aggressive marketing approach trying to selling to you upgrades and insurance... but it is their job. Great courtesy and availability to explain regulation and helping with car and information. Raccomanded.

Excellent service by all staff members, in English and full explanations of all of our concerns before we departed with the car. Nice clean car and the right one for our needs.

Staff could be more focussed on a good customer experience and a map would have helped the return of the vehicle!

One of the best car rental experiences I have had. Julie was extremely friendly and helped me to navigate the French bureaucracy of getting all the paperwork done. I was lucky enough to have her also in the car return, which made the whole process seamless.

I will change this to five stars when I am happy with the car and it is Returned in 2 days time Julie at the Toulouse Office by the station just helped me book it in 2 hours ago I sorted it online a while ago and a few problems she was very good with And very helpful so I returned the car 2 days later and good tip is always bring your own sat nav phone holder and get the address of the gas station to fill up at on return which I did which was only half a mile from their office at Toulouse train station so now I give them 5 stars and on return of the car the lady there was also very helpful unfortunately the TGV departing to the station that's a whole another story!!

I have rented cars from Europcar in the past. Including a six weak lease/buy-back. The cars have always been perfect. They are new, clean, and great for exploring the backroads and little towns of Europe. And, Europcar always seems to have the best rates. If you need to rent in Europe, rent from Europcar!
