Terrible assistance service. While being in the fitting room, I asked an assistant if she could look for the same dress I tried on but one size bigger. The lady was absent for about 5-7 mins but came back and said that there are no dresses of the size I asked. I went downstairs myself to look for the dress because I was sure that I saw a few dresses of the M size. And of course, I was right, there were 3 more dresses of this size. Looks like she just pretended that there were no dresses of the required size and just decided to ignore my asking🤷🏻‍♀️why not say from the beginning that you cannot do it, I would have gone to check myself. I wanted to buy this dress, but I don't stand this kind of attitude. The business shouldn't work like that!

Zara is my favourite clothing brand. I like their design and they fit me very well. It's not as cheap as Primark or as expensive as Armani. It's right in the middle where I can afford things. To me, it's all about design. Almost every high street brand use the same quality fabric. But Zara has their own way to tell the people that they are the biggest clothing line in the world. They impress people with their unique design with reasonable price. I love it, so do a lot of people.

Zara men branch : For the short hair lady who works there ,not understanding your language doesn’t give you the right to be rude and disrespectful , that’s a shame and to bad for the company to have such a person.

Decent collection for men with reasonable prices, but the store is much smaller than Zara women.

Difficult to move in and out during rush hours and holidays. But it's a decent place to shop. After all it's ZARA!

Visited once. They have good customer service

For some reason men can’t use the changing rooms so u didn’t buy what I really wanted to check. No signage with this rule and no understanding of others. Hugely disappointed in the sexism and regressive mess of this store. This place is not for people who want to buy clothes for personal expression
