I wouldn't recommend to anyone to get an internet service from free. I was at Toulouse for a couple of months, the man in the agence assured me that i could quit the contract at any moment. Yess, you can quit at any moment but you have to pay around 150€! Just for quiting! So i stayed in the contract for a year and then quit on time and still had to pay 50€ without an explanation. They might seem like they have "good" and cheap offers at first but they are just trying anything to get your money. It's definitely worth to invest in another company because you'll have less stress and less money to pay for nonsense.

People at the store are truly helpful and nice. But my experience with the sim card during my stay in Toulouse was a horrible nightmare! I didn't have a network coverage almost everywhere. The most funny thing is it's not possible to terminate the contract from the store or online. They give a paper that needs to be filled and mailed to Paris! Meanwhile, they keep withdrawing a monthly fee from my account!

Good service plan for short stay tourists. One English speaking staff member when I was there. Service is average though.

Bad memories .... Room very small, no seating. Lots of people in line, crowds. I was in the summer with a person of 80 who had to stand on her own legs waiting in line, although it was very difficult. Staff is not well trained, they were unable to help. Several staff approached us with an attempt to help, but they had to go ask a more competent person to give us an answer. as a result, no one was able to help the elderly person having a main database and all information about their clients in the facility's computer. Send us back with the words that we have to do all the things we need to do on the computer and send to them. And the problem was with the password being lost and it was impossible to enter the free account ...

I required internet, they never came, call them several times, nothing happened. Beyond I have never had the service, I should send them (and pay) the “lettre recomendé” in order to unsubscribed something that has never exist!! Shame, don't waste your time with this company.

Great for pay-as-you-go SIM card. I paid 10 euros for SIM and 20 euros for a month of generous voice and data. Good in all of European Union. Recharge online next time you go to Europe. In store, go directly to machine to buy SIM. Don't wait in line. Then go to head of line and ask for help putting SIM card in your phone.

I had a problem with my billing and I went to the store because calling their "assistance" number brought up nothing. The staff was polite but he told me he could do nothing since everything is automatic and that I should send a letter to a certain address. A LETTER in 2019, are you kidding me? I started laughing. I found an email address, send an email describing my problem and they tell me to call at 3244 or send a letter to an address. I call 3244 again but to no avail. Even through their website(on my account settings), their system was so bad that it could not handle my error(they had no fallback). Right now my sim is blocked and still no response. I am leaving this disaster of a company as soon as possible!!!!

You can get a sim card by yourselves within minutes. Don't worry if you don't speak French. There are staff who speak good English. You can choose your number too.

don't buy a sim card here. i really didn't like the shady things and the very much false advertising. when i put my sim card in they changed my default language on my phone, my default home page on my browser and i can just wonder what else they changed on my phone. it's absurd how they advertised a plan for 2 euros then they actually charged me for 10 euros. my brother had the same plan and this plan doesn't ( and should not ) include mobile data, yet when you turn mobile data on it won't just not work, it will and they will charge you some ridiculous 30 euros for just loading the mobile data in. Very scammy, the whole thing, every detail about it. cancelled mine pretty quickly, but not quickly enough. They overally scammed a nice amount out of us with these various stunts. if you wanna experience yourself how blatantly scammy a "legitimate" store can be buy a sim card at free mobile.

Bought an iPhone 14 From free capitole and It was good experience tbh. Staff speaks English and really helpful staff Estefany. Damien was a very helpful in customer service. 💯 Recommendations.

We waited 30 mins and in the last 20 mins of us waited the store was practically empty. One of the workers watched me in the eye and waited until someone else came so that he could assist them. Overall I'm disappointed with their service.
