Excellents conseillers, Julien et Mathilde (ainsi que leurs collaborateurs) ont toujours su me proposer des montures qui correspondent à ma personnalité. Ils prennent le temps de cerner les envies des clients et font toujours preuve de sincérité lorsqu'ils conseillent. Modèles simples et discrets ou montures tendance et extravagantes, il y en a vraiment pour tous les goûts. Je trouve systématiquement mon bonheur. Hier encore, j'ai jeté mon dévolu sur une super paire de lunettes de vue glamour après avoir hésité durant 2h (merci pour votre patience) entre plusieurs paires qui faisaient pétiller mes yeux.

3 étoiles uniquement pour l’accueil de l’équipe mais pas pour le gérant. Point positif : modèles variés de montures, l’épouse du gérant, la stagiaire et une autre collaboratrice très sympa. Point négatif : le gérant manque de tact et de courtoisie, on a qu’une envie sortir du magasin. Heureusement que je ne me formalise pas. J’ai tout de même commandé mes lunettes chez eux car la collaboratrice en poste a su récupérer le manque de relationnel de son patron. A l’exception de ce point négatif, je recommande tout de même cet opticien.
