Arrived at 10pm on second day. No way to get in, called the phone number that was stated on the gate. Didn't work. Luckily, the neighboring hotel had the code for the gate. Breakfast is quite bad also. Room is ok if you manage to get in.

When we arrived, we were greeted with a "we are closing now" instead of a hello. Also the lady at breakfast did not return our good morning. You don't really feel welcome there. The room was the purest horror. It smelled so extremely like cigarette smoke. That was extremely disgusting. One had the feeling one sleeps in an ashtray. Unfortunately I could not change my room, because nobody was at the reception anymore. At breakfast the selection was extremely small and tasty is different. I will never book this hotel again. The price of 78 Euro for a single room is much too expensive.

Located near the airport the hotel offers nice small apartments, clean and comfortable. Breakfast is quite good with various kind of cheeses, french pastry and beverage. The guy at reception was exquisite, a little less the girl at breakfast corner. Bus stop at 200mt from the hotel will bring you to the nearest metro station or tram stop in about 15 minutes

For the price we have paid it's perfect. Staff are friendly and helpful and the room is clean and spacious. We went down to the pool immediately and had the place to ourselves which was wonderful, it's big enough to get a few lengths in and wind down. Be aware that the check it times are set as the desk isn't mannaed outside of those hours. Apartments have all basics and a comfortable bed. Not far from the airport but not noticeably noisy.

It’s was a quite surrounding but near to airport so you have a lot airplane noice during the day and before airport curfew at night. Within walking distance to restaurant and bakery shop. Everything was good except breakfast, it was too small place for such a hotel/aparttel. It has only space for 20-30 people seating tightly together, everybody has to queue for 1 toaster, 1 coffee machine, 1 juice dispenser.

Staff were friendly and helpful, great location and car parking. It was so nice to have a spacious place to be able to use laundry facilities and relax during a long road trip around France and Spain.

All customer support personnel needs to be attentive to the customers needs. Future robots will replace them all so the standard of customer service will be standard across the board, then there truly can be no complaints of different treatment.

Value for money. Basic lodging and breakfast. Nearest supermarket 2 miles away. Heavy traffic at peak times.

Good place to stay, but someone had smoked in one of the rooms before and that was a bit annoying as the smell was there. Otherwise WiFi, free parking and the pool with sauna was excellent.

Staff is no supportive, breakfast is average quality and same all the time. Washing machine are not operational most of the time.

Very friendly and clean. Extra communication was great! Shower was an issue with drainage, but over all wonderful stay!

It's not possible to have the reception open only for some hours. I had to wait from 13:30 until 17:00 to do my check in

We were uo advice hat there were not réception for late arrival. we were lucky that there was another people entering to the nemea with instruction and they help us.

Good beds. Good kitchens. Good service. The sauna, gym and swimming pool were clean and nice.

Really friendly staff.Rooms are basic but perfectly functional and an ideal Apartment Hotel. Good fitness suite and Indoor Swimming Pool.

Room was more or less clean, although some soap leftovers from a previous guest were there. Breakfast is very poor and no place to have dinner except a nearby hotel. I would say adequate is the word to describe it.

Good place to visit the region by car. The indoor pool is a good facility for families with young children. The parking is free. On the other hand they don't have 24h reception, the WiFi had a lot of problems during our visit and some of the kitchen utensils were dirty.

Good value. You get what you can expect in this price category. Rooms are clean & very spacy, everything works & you can even take a Sauna until 22:00 (not tested). You have to arrange with limited opening hours of the reception (call by phone if you arrive after 20:00} and a breakfast more on the basic side.

1. Check in had problems: the key didn’t work at night. 2. Kitchen amenities were dirty. 3. Glasses, cups not enough. Cutting board- not there. 4. Baby cot and sofa not prepared at night for our arrival while we asked. 5. In bathroom and toilet much cigarette smell. 6. Reception manager at the check out wanted to charge 150 euros for 2h late check out as a joke?? He spoke not respectful to us because we checked out 2 hours later. He said: “ are you checking out now? Don’t you know that check out is at 10?” Obviously I do check out when I want, when I need, when I can. Please work on you employees business etiquette.
