Subscription of €12 per month, supposedly without appointment but never available when you arrive. Rude and incompetent team. There are indeed our shops in the surrounding area that are more friendly and competent! I 100% advise against it. I'm giving it one star but it deserves a zero point!

It was my first hair removal and Émilie was great! She was able to explain the process to me and was super gentle. I recommend this institute, very affordable prices and no appointment required for hair removal 👸 Thank you again ✨

This place is great! I am a regular costumer. The staff are very professional and they KNOW what they are doing 😉 I do my nails there, my permanent hair removal (laser), and waxing. It’s great! Always satisfied 😍 Alexandra, Chloé and Flora are so kind and speak English, which is a bonus here in France!

Very warm welcome and speed of support. Thank you very much to Amélia for her professionalism, very kind, gentle, pleasant, an apprentice but who does her job very well, perfect bikini waxing. Just the semi-permanent varnish which doesn't stay on the thumb of my foot, touch-up done quite quickly, so it's cool but it always creates air bubbles, I don't know why. But I want to give 5 stars because it is well deserved, as long as you are well received and when you call for retouching without being attacked, the customer is happy ☺️ Thank you very much for everything. I'm not going to compare with your colleagues from St-cyr because it's not worth it... Comments posted on this subject.

Je fais essentiellement du semi permanent dans cet institut et je suis toujours ravie du résultat. Mes ongles tiennent largement les deux semaines. Travail sérieux. Le seul bémol qui est à la fois un avantage est l’absence de prise de rdv. Cela suppose parfois d’attendre pas mal de temps. Mais ça vaut le coup !

J’y suis aller deux fois et je n’ai rien à dire de plus que les esthéticienne sont très gentilles et font attention à notre réaction à la douleur ! Elles prennent le temps de faire correctement leur travail ! J’y retourne demain pour faire une dépose car maintenant 1 mois que j’ai mon vernis semi-permanent, il reste impeccable 👌

Semi permanent Non membre 55 euros pour que au final le vernis s’enlève le lendemain de la pose, je me retrouves avec des doigts qui manque de vernis alors que ça doit tenir environ 2-3 semaines super ! Au moment de la pose du vernis mes bords d’ongle ne sont pas fait correctement. Très déçu de ce salon je ne recommande pas du tout !

Ravie de mon semi-permanent , couleur conseillée par Alexandra , et je n’ai eu que des compliments . Retournée le lendemain pour les pieds , rien à redire , prise en main à nouveau par Alexandra qui a aussi fait des merveilles pour un massage relax 👍🏻

Really delighted with this institute for 2 years! Beauticians at the top! The team is professional and attentive to my needs. The institute is very well located in the city center and accessible on foot or by tram. Little special mention for Chloe who does a superb job on my nails!

A meeting 20 minutes later is okay; a clean job in appearance but 3 hours later, the semi-permanent is already flaking, due to lack of a properly applied top coat! 25€, I'm disgusted and won't come back!
