    Not very impressed with the staff who don't know any other language to help me with than French.. It's an international franchise if I am. Not wrong and it is important they make an effort to help customers from outside France like myself who speak English.

    Its IKEA and it's everything you expect. Very easy to get to and close to the city. A very good size IKEA for its location. Lots of free parking and if your lucky you can park under the building away from any bad weather, great for when loading your car with all the big bulky items you no doubt bought. Well layed out and easy to navigate and luckily for us, not too busy on the Friday night we visited.

    Visited your Tours store and was so pleased to see a security guard at the entrance making sure everyone was wearing a mask. Thank you for helping to keep us all safe and thank you for your wonderful stores !! Sue Rocke. P.S could you please do larger bags of your smoked and garlic salts, they are so good but the containers don't last long enough and are too small.

    I love Ikea. One star less for restaurant that is always closed and the small one downstairs is not welcoming, so cold, takes ages, people everywhere, tables are dirty. But otherwise its great products and great people.

    Never buy a coffee at 10:30 in the morning. No one there to serve you and when you help yourself, there’s no milk in the machine. Then when you do get assistance and they fill the milk and you wait for it to get hot - the coffee has to be the most vile you will ever taste! 😵‍💫 Not all IKEAs are like this - Their manager needs to go and visit others and take some lessons!

    Just another IKEA... with carts that do not wheel well, my right knee was so paibful after 2 hours of fighting the second cart through the tortuous aisles.

    Smaller IKEA not much on the shelves but of course all available to order. Just we are used to bigger stores with more selection on stock and in the display areas.

    Out of stock. IKEA seems to follow a new policy of minimizing stock value. For weeks I'm following availability for kitchen, office, outdoor furniture and it seems never available. I guess they order two pieces per item to avoid binding capital. This way I won't visit the store as there's always multiple things sold out. A shame.
