My
experience
was
horrible
in
Fnac
the
customer
service
is
a
terrible
service,
they
are
not
friendly
or
helpful
and
they
don't
seem
to
like
their
job!
We
bought
a
fan
2
days
ago,
some
screws
were
missing,
I
went
today
with
my
receipt
to
ask
for
the
missing
screws,
the
lady
at
the
customer
service
asked
me
to
go
back
home
and
bring
the
fan
and
the
box
,
although
I
clearly
explained
which
screws
were
missing,
we
had
already
put
together
the
upper
part
of
the
fan,
so
I
got
back
home
and
disassembled
the
upper
part
of
the
fan
as
per
her
request
and
went
back
to
Fnac,
they
made
me
wait
half
an
hour
,
they
took
all
the
parts
out
of
the
box
,
they
gave
me
me
the
screws
that
were
missing
,
I
asked
them
to
assemble
it
for
me
they
refused
,
they
were
in
such
a
hurry
to
finish
as
it
was
closing
time
and
they
ended
up
forgetting
to
give
the
screws
for
the
upper
part
of
the
fan
!!!
So
they
screwed
us
really
,
the
whole
point
of
the
fan
was
because
of
the
heat
wave
and
here
we
are
without
a
fan
today
!
Tomorrow
I'm
going
back
of
course
because
I
have
nothing
else
to
do
to
bring
back
the
screws
that
they
were
supposed
to
put
back
in
the
box.
