Got served today by a amazing gentlemen called Bryan. Really helped me pick pick out an engagement ring . I was a complete wreck and Bryan settled nerves and even got me a beer. I purchased some earrings for my mothers birthday. With in a month, she managed to break one the stems that hold the bar in place. I returned them to the Trafford centre store where I was very politely greeted by a young man called Bryan. He sat me down and offered me a drink (which was a nice gesture). I explained what had happened and in an instant he put my mind at ease and reassured me not to worry. He agreed to exchange the earrings for a new pair, unfortunately they wasn’t in stock. Bryan went the extra mile as to order a new pair in for me and even asked if I would like them delivered to my home address. His service was impeccable and he is a great asset to your store. We were greeted by staff member Rey, who immediately was helpful and very knowledgeable on the ranges of products. She showed patience and willingness to help in every way, nothing was too much trouble. We were offered drinks and even a complimentary cleaning service for our jewellery. The overall experience was wonderful, leisurely trying on and taking time to decide, full product information given by Rey, on each item chosen. Hello me and my partner bought a Boss watch from Ernest Jones in Trafford centre for my partner’s dad, We managed to get a price match which they accepted. we wanted to get it engraved but we was running out of time on our day so we managed to go back to the store the following Friday to get the watch engraved. We had a lovely lady Donna who looked after us on these two occasions, we wanted on the back of the watch to say, Happy 80th Dad, Steve and Mandy. But the engraving was wrong and the 80th wasn’t on the watch then the man found somewhere to put the 80th but it didn’t look right we ended up getting free engraving but we went home. We thought about it for a week to see what we was going to do, so we decided to call head office and get it sorted. And we got put through to a resolver a lady named Stacey she listened to me and then decided to get us a replacement and redo the engraving, we finally got the watch and although the engraving was not dark like the other watch and the engraving was slightly smaller it was a massive improvement when compared the the other watch. Stacey was very good by sorting out the whole process and now we feel much happier and we have a lovely gift for my dad’s 80th birthday. Thank you Stacey Steve and Mandy

I recently visited Ernest Jones and experienced disappointing customer service from an associate named Rohail. Despite encountering a pricing discrepancy on a ring and requesting assistance with resizing my wedding ring order, Rohail displayed unprofessionalism and an unhelpful attitude. He repeatedly mentioned having a law degree, which was irrelevant and created an unpleasant atmosphere. Fortunately, the situation was rectified by the manager, Ali, who demonstrated exceptional customer service and promptly resolved the issues. While Ali's intervention was commendable, the overall experience with Rohail left me dissatisfied and questioning the standard of service at Ernest Jones.

Incredible! Elaine and Vikki were outstanding.. we were purchasing our wedding rings and had absolutely no clue. We were treated by two of the best saleswomen we have ever had. I can honestly say it was like no other! Professional as well as listening to our needs, nothing was too much and price was not even mentioned but was well matched to our budget. Visited the other day with my wife to purchase an anniversary ring. Rohail was very helpful! He helped us choose the perfect ring and made sure to serve us drinks and made sure we were looked after. He was extremely professional and helped us feel comfortable, guiding us through the process. We originally ordered the wrong size but he assured us it wouldn't be an issue, and saved us having to pay extra. Quality product, quality service, we'll definitely be back, and I hope to see Rohail again! :)

Visited earnest Jones to look at and purchase his and hers wedding rings . The young gentlemen that served us had the worst attitude towards us , didn’t seem interested at all , I asked him the difference between platinum and palladium to which he replied “ there different metals “ obviously I knew this but wanted to know more as to how there different . Then proceeded to look at ladies wedding rings which seemed to bother him , he gave the impression he really wasn’t interested , we were discussing buying to which he replied he didn’t have time as they were due to close in half an hour . We went across the way to goldsmiths and was treated with so much respect , the young lady explained about platinum , we purchased a gents wedding ring . When we came out over an hour later we noticed Ernest Jones was still open and dealing with customers . If you can’t at least smile and be friendly you shouldn’t work in retail .

In august my boyfriend purchased an omega watch as a gift for my 40th birthday. The lady Gemma was incredibly helpful with every step of the purchase from helping me choose to removing links and explaining every step of the process including after care etc. I would definitely recommend seeking out Gemma to help you with your purchase when you are in the store. Gerard was a gentleman - very patient and helpful. The man was very knowledgeable when discussing Rolex and Cartier watches and was more than happy to show us the different models whilst discussing finance figures for each one. Would happily see him again. Top service!

The manager here is a great asset to the team, greatly helpful in mine and my friends search for some nice watches and very knowledgeable and not pushy on any sales. It's nice to find somewhere to break away from the pushy sales experienced in nearly every other Trafford Centre watch store.

I came in looking for a watch on Monday. Women saw me and I was ignored. I asked them for help in finding the watch and said I have seen it online. The lady had the iPad and said she would find it - I went to check the second counter and see if it was there. I came back to see if she found it online but she returned back to talking to another colleague. I asked if she found it and she replied there are too many and pushed the iPad towards me. I then left. Edit: They have since revamped the store and the staff. Went in to change my wedding band and was a much better experience this time. Staff were attentive and professional. The new store also looks amazing.

Not a great first impression, non of the staff even looked at me, after about 4 or 5 minutes I needed to approach a member of staff to get any attention. Maybe I need to wear a suit to go shopping and spend money next time

Very disappointed, visited this store back in January to choose our wedding rings. My partner needed his making 2 sizes bigger than the manufacture made it. They said we will find out and come back to you in a couple of hours. We returned in a couple hours to find they hadn't found out. They took our details and said they would get back to us. 4 weeks passed so I called them to be told there was no record of this, but not to worry he will sort it and get back to us. Again 3 more weeks past still nothing so I phoned once more to be told it was logged but nothing had been done. The lady on the phone said she would personally sort this out for us. Another 2 and a bit weeks has passed and nothing. It's like they don't want to sell their jewellery. We would be going elsewhere, but they are the only place selling the rings we wanted unfortunately.

Awful customer service this evening (3/8/22). Staff looked at me as if to say ‘don’t ask me any questions’ and when I did ask a question they came across as if I had bothered them from their chat with each other.

Pam from Ernest Jones Trafford Centre was so rude as we had gone in to sort out an ongoing issue with a Rado watch. Having to constantly repeat the same things to her. Clearly needs some customer service training! Just very unhappy with the service from Ernest Jones.

Excellent range of top marque watches for the discerning, in lovely surroundings with attentive staff

I visited this store due to have a problem with an item I had bought the previous year. My inquiry was dealt with quickly and efficiently. The gentleman who served my (I believe he was some sort of manager) dealt with my issue and resolved it instantly, I know this isn't always the case so I was impressed by this. I just wanted to thank him for his service and say that he is doing an excellent job! Although this wasn't the original branch I purchased from I'm happy that I purchased my jewellery from this company. Thanks again.

The level of customer service from all of the staff at Ernest Jones at the Trafford centre was of the very highest standard, which made the choosing and subsequent buying experience of the wedding ring for my partner Alison an absolute joy. We visited a number of other jewellers within the Trafford centre on the day and none came near to the level of service we received at Ernest Jones. Special mention must go to Gina who we dealt with initially and Elaine whom looked after us when we came to collect the ring, they were both a total pleasure to deal with, made us feel totally relaxled (And special) and are a credit to the name and reputation of Ernest Jones. My ring unfortunately broke where it had previously been refitted on purchase. I was so upset it had broke but the store staff couldn’t have been more helpful in repairing this and more so it came back cleaned and like new. Thanks team.

We came into the store just after Christmas to choose an engagement ring. It was a partially busy time and the staff we so busy with customers. Whilst we waited we were offered a lovely glass of Prosecco. The nicest staff member assisted myself and my partner to choose our ring. We have used many jewellers in the past but we have returned to Ernest Jones many times. Their customer service is exceptional. We have purchased from Ali at the Trafford center over several years now and he is exceptional. Nothing is too much trouble and he goes over and above to get want you require. Even when we are browsing he always makes time to spend with us. We feel very valued as customers. A true asset to your company. All the staff are friendly and very knowledgeable. We would not go anywhere else as the items we have purchased have been excellent. When they have been valued for insurance purposes we have never been disappointed and trust that what we buy from Ernest Jones is always outstanding. Lawrence was very helpful in finding the right size for my chosen ring, spoke through how the resizing would work and was also very patient when my baby started to get upset wanting to be fed, when I started to stress and spilt some baby formula on the floor the staff was very pleasant and helped me clean up and get the baby sorted before completing the sale.
