Gerard has always looked after me with so much time and attention. He and the rest of the team are simply wonderful. There is a real family feeling to the team and it is very well received. I couldn't have asked for a better experience yesterday when I collected another watch from them. Truly an incredible shop.

We visited the Trafford Centre - Goldsmith shop. We was greeted by the most lovely assistant called Brian. My daughter Cara was looking for a watch. Brian was so patient and nothing was too much trouble. He explained so much about this watch and kept it back for us whilst we looked at other shops. We went back and bought it, he took some links out so it fitted perfectly. He even had the kindness to e mail my daughter happy birthday a few days later. Fantastic service from Mina and his colleagues at the Trafford Centre. I've always been able to pickup various Rolex, IWC, Omega, or Tudor watches when available, and always looked after by the team. It's always great to pop in and try on the latest products, and enjoy catching up with Mina, Chris, and Zoe when I can. Aftercare service top notch too - my first choice whenever it's time to pickup something new

My wife purchased a Tissot watch from Goldsmiths Trafford a year ago and the watch had suddenly stopped working. Made a trip down to the Trafford Centre with my warranty card and the watch had been fixed in just a few weeks! Great customer service from the Team at Goldsmiths.

One of the best customer service experiences I have ever had in a shop! A freind and I were lucky enough to be served by two gentlemen called Aeron and Brian. Both incredibly helpful and passionate about their jobs. Would 100% recommend and will be returning.

Appalling service. James and Matthew never want to speak to you or reply to messages. They always get someone else to tell you they will call you back. They can’t even handle a basic complaint and just think avoiding you will make it go away. I got hold of a great person at their head office, Kim, who has put me in touch with a new store who is amazing. If this store wasn’t in the Trafford centre it would have gone under with this poor level of service.

Purchased an engagement ring in September with a view to giving it my partner on Christmas Day. I was told that we could come to size the ring shortly after ie Boxing Day. When we seen the ring in store it had been reduced by £1500. I asked if that reduction could be passed on to me considering the ring had never been worn and it was being swapped for a new one. I was told no due to the fact it had been too long a period that had passed. Needless to say I was very disappointed. Staff who served me were very good to me and more than helpful.

I rang Trafford Centre store to enquire about a ring unfortunately my size wasn't in stock, Kevin ordered my size from head office and after a few days I was able to collect it from the store. I was so pleased with the great professional service. Many thanks to Kevin and all the staff.

I have been into the store a couple of times recently, to be greeted well, offered refreshments etc and despite my sometimes unprofessional appearance was made to feel welcome. All round good experience with the sales advisor (not sure of title) I spent time with, accommodated my young daughter well too!

Amazing customer service at the Trafford Centre branch, was made to feel like a valued customer, was even offered a beverage! Overall extremely impressed with the service I received when making a purchase, full credit to the sales staff here, this was quite possibly the best buying experience that I have ever encountered.

Had a great experience over the course of two visits, on the first visit all staff members were extremely helpful, polite and courteous with myself and my father. Nothing was too much trouble and all questions and queries were answered. We were both invited back and an appointment was scheduled to view some of their watch line on offer. The following day we had a lovely meeting and sit down chat with Zoe, again nothing was too much trouble and she was very honest and open about what was available and how everything works with regards to wait times etc. We were able to view and talk watches and didn't feel rushed at all. They even brought out colouring books and pencils for my little girl which was very much appreciated. My father and myself very much hope to do business here over the years to come and would recommend anyone to come here. Thanks again Zoe and the team at Goldsmiths Trafford Centre.

Used to be my main dealer and go to for all my watches, communication has just stopped from my contact in store. Eric and I used to communicate weekly, chat about life and I purchased a considerable number of watches and my spend was very high. I couldn’t attended a dinner hosted by Rolex and since then I’ve been forgotten about. If you are serious about building up a relationship with Rolex, don’t do it in this store.

Bought an expensive watch for my partners birthday. After a week of opening, the watch stopped working so I turned up to the store to be told it needs to be sent away for 8 weeks and that I would be updated in 48 hours. I received no communication within this timescale so I contacted the store for an update and felt unsupported as I had to call on 3 separate occasions to be told the manager would contact me back but this was not the case. Seems to be no communication between the staff. Extremely poor customer service. Very disappointed. Will take further.

Upon arrival we were greeted by two lady’s who made me feel very welcome and valued, we were offered drinks and taken to the table where James met us along with Tatiana, they were very professional but had the perfect balance in engagement with ourselves which is what I look for, although we are ultimately there to buy a watch it’s also important to build a friendship and be able to speak about things other than the sale and we did this excellently. Overall it’s been my best experience buying a watch and I am hopeful to return in the near future.

My uncle and I went into goldsmiths, in order to buy a Rolex. We were seen immediately by Eric who offered us complementary drinks. He was just an all round funny, nice guy and made the experience that much more enjoyable.

Arranged an appointment over the phone and was called the day prior to confirm my attendance. On arrival all staff were pleasant, I was quickly checked in and offered a drink whilst viewing the Rolex collection. I was assisted by Mina who took the time to listen to what I was looking for and why. He was honest with expectations given I have a timescale, fingers crossed the perfect watch arrives in time but as an overall initial service and treatment it’s 5*.

Recently visited Rolex Trafford Centre to collect a rare Rolex I’d been eagerly awaiting. The experience was outstanding, with every staff member being exceptionally accommodating. Communication with Eric was great and the overall experience. They even made sure the kids were entertained, making a relaxing visit for us. Jawad, the manager provided exceptional service, allowing us to try on various pieces without feeling rushed. It was a personal and memorable experience. A special watch complemented by top-tier service!

Saw a Rolex that interested me in the window and called in to see if I could try on.Store was empty apart from one other customer and most staff stood around talking to each other.I’m a previous Goldsmiths customer and have bought other Rolex from this store,also Chanel J12 and many other purchases over the years as well as 2 Grand Seikos in the last 12 months from their other store upstairs and another Grand Seiko from their online store.Apparently you need to make an appointment to try a Rolex on and no one was able to take 5 minutes from their busy schedule to accommodate.Oh well - looks like I won’t be buying anything else from Goldsmiths.

I went into the downstairs branch of Goldsmiths, Trafford Centre today to buy a Zenith watch. Most of the sales people weren't busy but after 15 minutes of waiting, not one person approached me to ask me if I needed assistance. So I've bought one directly off Zenith.

Great experience, helpful and informative staff. They were great throughout the whole purchase process, not too pushy. Nice touch of aftercare, they followed up a couple of days after purchase to make sure everything was okay RE adjustments and what not. Would highly recommend.

Purchased a watch today from this store. I must say it was a really lovely experience. Brian served us. He was very attentive and made the experience really fun & pleasurable. Called in Goldsmiths looking for ladies watch. Lauren attended to myself and my friend. Nothing was too much trouble, she was very patient and helpful and very pleasant. Couldn't have asked for more. Brilliant customer service. I visited with concerns over the timekeeping of my watch, which was sent away, serviced and now appears to be working perfectly. Goldsmith's hospitality was great during my initial visit to drop off the watch and also upon collection.

Dealt with Kev & Duncan in the past. Both are down to earth knowledgeable watch guys. If your after Tudor I'd suggest going here. Marco in the Tag section is also good the deal with.

Staff are very rude and basically just ignore you if you don't fit the right aesthetic. Went in to look for a wedding ring as my engagement ring is from the store and was ignored by 4 members of staff who basically looked my partner up and down and walked away. Definitely won't be buying anything from this company in future. Disgusting customer service

We visited the store last night (16th June2022) as my husband was interested in buying a Grand Seiko Spring Drive or an IWC (from the Goldsmiths store on the ground floor). We were welcomed into the store by Aaron, he was very friendly & bubbly. All staff we came into contact with (Ibby, James, Edwina & Fran) were all very friendly & knowledgeable about the products. There was no pressure to buy & we were encouraged to go & try on the IWC downstairs, which my husband did. When my husband made the decision to buy the Grand Seiko, the buying process was very enjoyable. Not to mention the G&T’s. We would highly recommend the Goldsmiths store & we will be returning.

Lovely selection of timepieces and opportunity to view and feel some of the most exclusive on hand, but for viewing Rolex timepieces I found out you should book an appointment ahead but the hosts are always welcoming and try to book one for the same day other than the weekends haha. in the appointment you always offered a great selection of drinks and a little biscuit with your tea as well as the kids on their iPads haha.

Great experience picking up my new timepiece. The staff are well informed, have a great deal of respect and are highly engaging. Already looking forward to future purchases

I Found the service in the store incredibly dismissive, when I enquired about buying a Rolex the lady smirked while telling us that it wouldn't be possible. Fortunately the Omega store opposite to this one has less pretentious staff whom were happy to help us purchase a watch.

I visited the store on three occasions over the past months in order to complete the purchase of a new watch and a replacement strap for another watch. On each occasion the staff were exceptionally helpful and exceeded my expectations.

Would like to thank Mattew and Hannah (and of course the rest of the team) @ Goldsmiths for making purchasing a watch for my parents such a genuine and nice experience. They are an asset to the brand, and I cannot thank them enough. I will be definitely recommending them and purchasing more jewellery/watches in the future. Joe

I visited the store on 27th August accompanied by my 3 year old daughter and my 11 year old niece. We were greeted by Kanwei who made us feel very welcome. I was in search of a birthday present for my wife, but had no real idea of what to buy. Kanwei was fantastic. Not only did she assist me in picking the perfect gift (diamond earrings), she also spoke to my niece and daughter who are both really shy. It was so nice to see that Kanwei wasn’t looking for a quick sale. Instead, we chatted for about 20-30 minutes and the girls really liked Kanwei! The earrings were a birthday present, given to my wife a week later and she absolutely loves them so thank you for everything!

This is an update to a previous review. After an initially not so great experience with a sales associate, I asked to be changed to someone else who was great and I was happy. I mentioned my initial experience in my review and was unexpectedly contacted by Goldsmiths who wanted to know more details and seemed to actually care. I'm impressed when a company takes the time to listen to feedback and do something about it. Also, it's a beautiful store in a convenient location.

I visited goldsmith ( lower floor) in Trafford centre on Saturday 29th October to collect my stunning new Rolex. It was a wonderful experience from start to finish. A young Egyptian man called mena was dealing with me and he was absolutely brilliant. I’m hoping to get another call soon to collect my next watch which I’m on the waiting list for.
