Very nice restaurant. This may sound irrelevant, but lighting was great, comfortable to the eyes and complement the presentation of the food. The staff team was professional. We felt welcomed. The food was great 👍 Of all nice-looking restos in the neighborhood, we were very happy we went to this place.

Would give 0 stars if I could. I never left a restaurant before the food. My husband and I came here, having a reservation second week in August. Service was terrible (bottles brought to the table weren’t opened, had to go to the bar to get a bottle opener, ordered a surprise cocktail meaning to guess the ingredients but was never asked…) and slow. However most disgraceful was that we ordered one main dish each and food wasn’t served after 1 hour. Other tables arriving after us, orders were taken after ours - were served before us. Some tables had exactly the same dishes that we ordered. We asked the service but only response we got was that they’re busy, no one could tell us why other tables got prioritised. When we left 1.5 hours later with no food in sight, no effort was made by the staff. We paid for our drinks and left, won’t be coming back.

Really friendly staff, amazing food. All of our dishes were very fresh and perfectly cooked. Best cooked asparagus I've ever had, both white and green. Bread was lovely. Drinks too. One of our new favourite places.

After a large afternoon birthday fete, and a bicycle ride to work off some of the food we consumed, we ate here with several friends. I would suggest ordering the andouillette, with frites. Very traditional. Most of our group ordered that and were happy. My wife and I wanted something lighter though, and being from West Coast USA and having visited Hawai’I, the poke bowl sounded appealing. The poke bowl here bears as much resemblance to poke as French “tacos” do to that Mexican dish. There was no bowl and no raw fish. In fact, no fish at all. The “bowl” came with grilled chicken. The rice was sort of like the potato salad version of what one might expect. Hence, my recommendation to stick with traditional dishes here and you’ll be fine.

Excellent dinner here in lovely garden setting with prompt and courteous service. A word of caution for picky American eaters: the menu choices were andouillette (chitterlings), steak tartar (raw hamburger), rognons (kidneys), duck, and two kinds of fish. I had the duck (served medium rare) and it was tender and delicious in a buttery sauce. He had the dorade (fish) perfectly cooked on a bed of lemony couscous. Highly recommend.

Lovely location, we sat on the terrace on very uncomfortable chairs, we had a good starter, particularly my pork terrine. Uninteresting chicken dish and my steak was more gristle than meat with soggy chips and a couple of salad leaves. The panocotta dessert was runny and tasteless and left uneaten. Staff were pleasant but young and not on the ball. Very disappointing. We ended up having a delicious dessert and Irish coffee just down the road.

The good, the bad and the ugly!! Good was the location, wine and [eventual] starters (both requiring no real prep); the bad was waiting 60 minutes to be served our mains BEFORE our starters; the ugly being served the wrong starters after the wait and to see one of the mains make a reappearance after being kept under the heat lamp (steak doesn’t do well with such treatment). Kitchen had a nightmare - not blaming the serving staff - management should have reflected this in the final bill but chose not to. For this reason I wouldn’t recommend.

I had a reservation at 19 o'clock for my wife's birthday, end of November 2022. We were there 18:50 but they told us we should wait out side for 10 minutes, and the restaurant was completely empty. So we left the restaurant and we went to another restaurant.

Ate here with two. Only one of us ordered a starter. They served the mains and forgot the starter. Had ordered the steak medium rare, got it rare and chewy. Cheese platter came with some dried out raisins and a few leaves of the same lettuce as with the mains.

Amazing setting to eat in and great food. Have gone here several times in the past few years and really enjoy it. This time I ordered a menu of the day which included fish and fresh pasta. Outstanding. Both the experiences of eating inside and out on the back terrace with great service are amazing.

Well presented food in a hipster restaurant though the customers are not hipster at all. Just some niggles…. It’s odd for me to put quinoa with processed ham. No vegetables with the mains but then, this is France. The service was quick and efficient, except when it came to getting and paying the bill.

Great meal awesome setting. Make A reservation because IT is a locals favoriete too. In the heart of the historical heart of this beautiful town with lots of authentic old architecture. We where lucky to get a table in the garden/Jardin go for it! You Will not regret. Tip for wine and champagne lovers, lots of choice on the menu. 😊🥂

The food, wine and atmosphere were all fantastic. Simple food, perfectly executed. The building and surroundings are gorgeous. I would highly recommend visiting here whilst in Troyes.

Really really good!!! Wandering around Troyes, we found Chez Felix and decided to give it a try. Really nice set up & obviously popular. My son and I visited, and we appreciate good food but are by no means food experts! I chose Guinea fowl , my son the Merlan. Possibly one of the best meals I’ve ever had, with similar feedback from my son. The kitchen is clearly visible, as is the hard work in preparing the food. The staff were very helpful, in particular our server who couldn’t help enough. Absolutely reasonably priced, definitely worth a try, and if we ever have the opportunity we’ll be back for sure!

The food was okay. The wine was good. Vibe is awesome, but food was quite hit or miss. My lamb shank had great flavor but it was tough and served with a handful of very plain baked potatoes. No sauce or flavour.

Fantastic experience at Chez Félix. Staff is very kind and courteous. Atmosphere is charming and menu offers a solid spectrum of choices. We ordered the entrecôte and were delighted that it was cooked and seasoned perfectly. Charming evening, highly recommend!
