Lovely welcoming staff, very affordable and free parking but the rooms are very tired and the walls are the thinnest ever. The couple in the room next door very clearly enjoyed their stay much more than us. At least I can confirm that the French shout 'oui!' at the point of climax. Troyes is a beautiful place which is well worth a visit - stop off there if you're en route to the South of France and enjoy stretching your legs after driving all day by wandering round the rickety town centre

Excellent location, 10 minutes walk from the centre. Rooms are quite bare with only beds and a small TV but that's expected for a budget hotel. Breakfast room not that large and not enough room if many people eat at once. Breakfast was perfectly pleasant though with a good selection of food. Overall for the price, it was a fine hotel in an excellent location.

Typical ibis, nice and clean , the beds are comfy. We use them a lot when touring. Ideal for somewhere to get your head down and unlike the budget the shower is in a separate room not a cupboard in the bedroom.

Recommended, spacious clean rooms, pleasant breakfast buffet with variety of breads, drinks, etc and spacious parking garage. Also very friendly staff, so overall good price - quality.

Conveniently located in the nearby centre of Troyes. Parking available and pets allowed. Rooms are just big enough although bathrooms are small and not very pleasant to use. Towels are thin and washed out. The staff are friendly and helpful.

Had an extremely pleasant & welcoming experience. We were driving from uk to spain through France with 5 pets (x2 small dogs + x3 cats). They gave us no hassle over the animals, the hotel was clean and the bed was extremely comfortable and large. It was a rescue on the road as we just needed to stop and rest.

Clean, comfortable and efficient - pleasant friendly staff, and well located for the beautiful town centre. It wasn't immediately obvious where to park but was not an enormous problem.

Friendly and helpful staff. Good breakfast. Conviently located. Nice lounge. Bathroom small but functional. Fan in bathroom would be a welcomed improvement.

I so enjoyed my second stay at the Hotel Ibis in Troyes. I arrived late after a long drive and was thrilled with the lovely reception I received from staff. Thank you for your attentiveness throughout. Much appreciated.

Well located, clean and efficient, comfortable beds. But why no tea/coffee in room?

Nice Ibis hotel, walking distance (15-30 min) from old town The room was comfortable and the bed superb. Breakfast buffet was sufficient

Great hotel within a short walk of the centre of Troyes. Large underground car park for an additional fee and a good breakfast with freshly baked madeleines(!) and local cheese and meats. A clean, new travel cot was set up for our arrival and the lady at reception was very helpful. On street parking (free) is available or the cinema car park next door can also be used for a fee.

Normally, we stay in the Post hotel but it’s become so expensive we decided to try here and so glad we did. It’s obviously much cheaper but none the worst for it. Parking is so much easier with loads of spaces in the car park below. The room was nice but could have done with a pair of comfortable chairs inside of just one in hard plastic. Shower and bathroom was just fine. The bed was a delight and honestly the pillows were like clouds! Breakfast was another treat, amongst so many options the sausage and scrambled egg was just perfect, the tea was fiddly with infusers but worth the effort. Overall a win here, recommend.

The hotel is well located, easy to find and easy to park. No fancy frills just straightforward, clean, efficient and good value. As a stopover it's perfect.

Great for our 1 night stay. Clean, neat, nice lobby with foosball table and kids entertainment center. Breakfast was pretty good. The underground parking seems fairly new. Rooms are comfortable. Pay for what you get-> Ibis Budget

Staff is friendly, however communication in English is not so well. The bathroom of the room was not so clean. It is a good hotel according to its price range.

The room is clean and basic. They only give you two thin towels, no wash clothes or hand towels. Soap is on the wall. No tissues. No laundry service. The room decor is modern. There is parking for a fee and this is good once you figure out that you need a code versus using your room key. The elevator is slow but available. Breakfast is good and the sight has places to sit and visit. Close to two good places to eat.

Our room was very spacious, however our in-room bathroom smelt very strongly of urine when we arrived, and we found lots of little black hairs on our bed covers and under the sheets. When we mentioned this at checkout, we were offered NO commercial gesture whatsoever, but instead charged 10€ for overnight parking (which is not mentioned in the site or during booking process). When a guest mentions their room was unclean and smelt of urine, you'd think the staff would at least have the courtesy to wave the parking fee. But apparently not. Very disappointing stay.

A typical traveller hotel not to grand but the rooms are clean. There is no restaurant although a very average breakfast is available but perhaps better to set off early and eat out? On our visit either short staffed or don’t care or want to open the bar. Only done reluctantly when we arrived and a struggle to find someone later when we wanted a nightcap on our last night home. Could be so much more with a little bit of effort

It‘s a really good hotel for staying a night in Troyes. For business nights and also for families.
