I just can’t describe all the indignation. Sometimes from time to time I went to Zinaida for a haircut, so this time I decided to go and get a haircut. I immediately warned that the hair is quite coarse and may stick out. Holy crap, how I was fooled. It's just a bummer. I left just in awe. But I didn’t realize everything that was wrong yet. The next day I burst into tears. Everything just sticks out in different directions for me. One side was cut so short that everything sticks out and there is no way to put it in place. Now I only go outside wearing a cap. Moreover, I showed the photo as I wanted, even there it is clear that they don’t cut it so short that everything doesn’t stick out.

Huge advice for the owner: teach your manicurist/pedicurist to communicate, after all, the person works in the service sector, but with such a face he does it that the desire to visit the salon again disappears completely.

Today I had my hair cut at this salon. Very pleasant atmosphere, interior, classy hand of the master, thanks to master Zinaida for such a stylish haircut.

Good atmosphere, pleasant communication. I came across a novice master. I believe that people should be given a choice before the level of the hairdresser becomes clear from their own experience. Please speak when making an appointment or when visiting. Someone will agree, and someone will pay extra, but will sit with an experienced master. I was dealt with tolerably well, nothing more.

Great salon. The girls are masters of their craft! I have been going to Marina for many years. So many experiments have already been carried out. And everything is always 5+!!!! Today I’m happy again! Great rich color! Everything I wanted, even better! And the atmosphere in the salon is great!!! Thank you girls for your work! And a special one for my beloved master!
