    If you have enough time to drive to a McDonald’s in this area just go to the other one off the capital mall exit or drive over to the one at Wendy’s. If you uber eats, avoid the Capital Boulevard McDonald’s at all costs! This McDonald’s is awful. The staff don’t listen to special requests. The food is always cold. “Fresh fries” is like code word for getting fries as cold and old as possible. Just an example of what a hamburger with extra pickle looks like. Unless the regular burger is just one pickle they really take “extra” seriously. And a request for fresh fries. Which was met with a 5 min request to wait. AVOID. REDIRECT. DETOUR.

    It's McDonald's... but in that vain, it was a wonderful experience. They hired a really kind lobby attendant that was very welcoming and kept all the tables clear. She helped many people to order and was ready to get all the things you need while waiting.

    I ordered. Quarter pounder with cheese meal no pic or onions git home to eat bit and it was raw !!! So I called and the person on thr phone just said sorry... no come back we will remake it or I will give you a credit nothing just sorry!!! What the hell aren't these supposed to be cooked!!! I took a bite and ate it before I saw it was raw so I hope I don't get sick this is NOT OK

    Dang y'all that was the best McDouble I have had. Hot buns where soft and put together perfectly. The fries were hot and crispy but salty(only reason 4⭐ not 5⭐) they were very salty. No lie it was a great"fast food) meal😋😋 it is what it is😊

    I was waiting to pick up My order and Noticed Jennifer Working on the Line, (Sunday Morning Chaos) she was So fast and focused on her Prep work and folks don't even see that regularly but It is Awesome!! If you order from this restaurant there is a chance She maybe putting it together for you too!! She really goes all out and Always smiles in the Midst of a Heavy order Wave! She is what is right With That Team. Cheers to the crew at 5601 Capital Blvd Tumwater. Thx for Giving out Smiles and working the Line like you do.

    It might not look like much but this sandwich is actually pretty good. Finally a spicy chicken sandwich that don’t taste exactly like the others. Pretty decent sandwich.

    Terrible long wait times and the teen at window went out of his way to be rude to me for no apparent reason!! He practically threw my food in my lap instead of handing to me, then he scolded me for reminding him I payed $1.50 for one small side of Mac sauce! “ he snapped I got it” wow guess customer service is out window and these employees think they can abuse customer I was very nice and patient. Slamming window in my face when I kindly said thank you was uncalled for!! You reap what you sow young man !!!! Food was cold as well and gross 🤢 just save yourself the hassle

    It's a nice McDonald's the food is exactly the same as every other Mcd's. The place is kept clean by locking the doors and making you ask permission to wash your hands. That part sucks but you don't have a drunk sleeping in front of the urinal while you pee over the top of him while trying not to get too many drops on him.

    I can't believe it. I have only been inside three times since I have lived here, but all three times, different customers had complaints, really bad ones, including a fast food delivery person. I didn't think it was that bad. Them forgetting something or getting something wrong every once it a while was to be expected. But the other night really got my goat! Our whole car was dumbfounded. I was clear on everything we ordered and made it simple. Well, we checked our burgers before we left, and mine had no mayo. No biggie, I was the only one in line, so I drove around and kindly told them. The person apologized, and I assured them that mistakes happen and we laughed it off. I got to the window, and the guy looked me in my eyes and smiled when he handed it to me. I even said I was sorry for the inconvenience. (Grrrrr) We drove off, and my daughter-in-law opened it, and there was so much mayo on it that it was a white slimy mess. What got me was that he smiled in my face, and I thanked him. Other than this time, it has been okay.

    I had to pull up and wait for my hamburger to be done. Not an issue. Have had to before. Except, my daughter and I waited in our car for almost 5 min before they brought out our food. When I opened my hamburger it was not the right one. I ordered a Quarter Pounder deluxe and there was no lettuce or tomato. I went inside to get it fixed. When the manager came over she didn't seem to believe me at 1st until I showed her the paper taped to the box. She took the hamburger and handed it back to the cook and told him to add the lettuce and tomato. So now my hamburger had been touched by multiple people before they gave it back to me. No apologies or anything. Just the same hamburger, but with lettuce and tomato. I was so grossed out that so many people handled my burger, I couldn't even eat it

    Ordered a bacon egg and cheese bagel. Got a sausage egg and cheese bagel. And for some reason they put onions inside? Took out the onions because I'm allergic, started eating it cuz I was hungry but now I have a migraine from the onions. I know they were busy this morning, but I was really looking forward the the sandwich I ordered, not what I got.

    I always use the drive through. This McDonald's is always clean and efficient. Do yourself and an employee a favor. Get the employees name, use your receipt to fill out their online review and mention the employee by name. You'll get a buy 1 get 1 free code, and the employee will get $10. A great way to help the folks working hard to get by who serve us and live local.

    For a McDonald’s they do a good job keeping kids area clean. Came into 100% clean tables. After a bit an employee was cleaning again!

    Ordered $25.00 worth of food. Two orders of Nuggets. Got home, no sauces in the bag and we asked for 4! Called and spoke to manager. She would not give her name and was totally rude! Avoid this place. Terrible management and this is not the first time this place has messed up. Terrible customer service. McDonald's corporation needs to look into this place. The one star is for the frozen blue raspberry drink.

    I ordered enough food for 5 people, I had to use the kiosk, as that was my only option. Part of my order was McChickens on BOGO, I put 4 in and instead of buying 2 and getting 2, I ended up with 8 McChickens. They wouldn't give me my 4 and a refund for 4. I'm done with kiosk. I will not do business here anymore!

    They really don't have any room for improvement beyond what I have seen in recent months. The rehaul of management and employees has made an amazing difference in my opinion and keep up the good work and ethics and personal professionalism. See you soon peeps!

    Not happy. Last 3 times I've gone they've messed up our order some how. I always ask for EXTRA ONION and when I do so, they literally put none. They are friendly but need to get the orders right. Check it before you put in the bag.

    Do not use order pickup on the app at the store. Multiple times I have waited 15-30 mins for a McDouble and fries. Fries come out cold. Staff is extremely nice but they seem to be short staffed a lot.

    This McDonald's has such a great and attentive staff. The cookies we ordered were going to take 5 minutes and they suggested that we can start our meal that we were originally taking away, great idea since we were on a road trip!

    Probably the fastest and most efficient drive thru McDonald's I have went through. Management definitely has done an excellent job here. No wait, everyone friendly, and food was good. Cannot beat this establishment!

    Ordered online, went through the drive through. Was told to wait in a stall and they would bring it out. 15 minutes later I went inside and asked what happened. Nobody knew. I don't come to McDonald's for gourmet food, I come because it's fast food. Now I don't have time to eat because it took 25 minutes to get my food. I'm out my money and my lunch break. Ya got me for the last time.

    Absolutely will never go here. I don't care how bad the economy is, you're NOT entitled, you're NOT better than everyone else. You do NOT need to be rude to your customers who contribute to your paycheck. I went there for a beverage, nothing else, and your snide remarks and lack of basic decency is what's wrong with this world. Your belief of entitlement will get you checked real quick. Be kind to people. It costs you nothing!

    If you are going to add anything or make it a special order just forget it. Theyre guaranteed to forget or get it wrong every time. Can't even count how many times I've paid extra for something and they didn't add it. Even though the special order receipt is clearly attached to the item. The only time they have ever got it right was when I went back in and told them it was wrong. They're incompetent but it's McDonald's so what can you expect.

    Look, we all know McDonald's is not the place to go to for gourmet food, but if I order a burger, can it at least be put together and not glued together half-assedly with half a jar of mayo? I've seen 4 year olds use less glue doing arts and crafts, and if you have kids, you understand exactly where I'm coming from. Fries were cold and stale, soda was flat. I took a chance to venture out of my normal lunchtime routine and I'm probably never going to do that again

    Food was standard McDonalds fair. However, I am compelled to write a review because this was the cleanest, nicest McDonalds I have been to in many many years. Our order was 100% correct and very fast. The guy at the counter was young but still must have been the manager or will be the manager of somewhere very soon. He was very professional. I never thought I'd be particularly impressed by McDonalds... but...WOW!

    I bought a sprite and it tasted like plain carbonated water, my fries were less than halfway filled and the service wasn’t great. On a more positive note the burger was well made, not too much sauce and they held the tomato like I had asked.

    First I got cold fries, they replaced them, no big deal. Then I opened my burger, it was incorrect. I returned that and got a replacement. I opened that, incorrect again. 3rd time they got it right. While waiting, several other people came up for corrections to their orders. Long lines with long waits because they are remaking everyone's food it seems, not to mention all the waste. If I were the owner/ manager, I'd have been very upset to see what was going on there. The only reason for 2 stars instead of 1 is I didn't get any resistance or attitude about fixing the order.

    I don’t usually do this. As a matter of fact, I’ve never done this; but this place really needs to hear it. I don’t know if the staff has bad headphones, if the kiosks have bad microphones, if the official cookbooks there have different recipes or not, or whatever, but I have NEVER once, not a single time, ordered food from this location and received exactly the order I placed. I get special orders don’t upset at BK, but to have a 100% loss streak on order accuracy is astounding. I’m not some “Karen” requesting freshly made fries; I’m talking receiving completely different versions of menu items you’ve ordered. When I ask for my kid’s happy meal burger to PLEASE not include onions, it’s not because she doesn’t like onions, it’s because she tends to give her burger to the dog and the dog shouldn’t have onions. These things matter. The two stars are because one star reviews are mean and at least they DO sell and serve McDonald’s at this location.

    Not sure why this particular location is always slow for curb pickup. Ordered a 10 piece chicken nugget, a large french fry, and a double quarter pounder...it took over 20 minutes and the food was barely warm. Drive Thru was flowing fast so it seems curbside pickup is a low priority for this store. That's a shame.

    Briefly, they would not honor a "deal" on my app today that another one did yesterday. Then they acted like I was speaking Martian when I asked to double blend my frappe. (Ice chips clog the straw.) I don't go McD's very often anymore, so it's frustrating when this happens. It's not the first time but oh well.
