I stumbled upon this spa while searching for Hammam and I am so glad I did! It was very easy contacting them to schedule the appointment the same day, they were very responsive. Gave clear instructions on how to locate them and even provided a picture. The hammam and message was amazing and I would highly recommend and I would def come back again when I come to Istanbul again

Had a wonderful relaxing experience here - felt like royalty from beginning to end. Had the 2 hour treatment which included a steam, sauna, hamam and massage - felt super relaxed and rejuvenated at the end. Definitely would recommend this place, especially when visiting Istanbul for the first time like me.

This was a most enjoyable experience, even better than I'd expected. We were made to feel most welcome and all the staff were charming. Kasa who was extremely professional while at the same time very friendly and attentive. I hope to return when I'm next in Istanbul and will be recommending your services to everyone visiting Istanbul

The place was extremely well established within the lower floor of a hotel. I felt very comfortable throughout the whole sessions of sauna, streaming and bath spa. The bath spa was beyond pleasant and the staffs were truly skilful also. The best day-end activity for me and my partner so far. It was great that we can request for private room and can be together the whole time. We like the fact that they offered us with varieties of beverage during each spa session, a total refreshing indeed.

Found this place by accident while on holidays and was immediately approached with great hospitality. The place is situated within a hotel, very nice and calm place, clean facilities and once again very approachable staff, they speak good English and it was easy for them to accommodate us. The masseuses are experienced professional and strong, very strong :) , you can get anything from relaxing massage to muscles and bones stretching if you wish :) definitely recommended!

I had the most amazing experience here, it was my first time and I would definitely come back again. We started with a sauna and stream room followed by our Turkish bath which was unbelievable, so relaxing and I have never felt so clean and refreshed! I also opted for a 30 minute massage which was amazing after the bath and also included a face mask. I finished my afternoon with a tea sat in a very relaxed environment. It is the perfect way to escape the busy city!

I came here with my sister and friend and we had an exceptional time. The facility was so clean, and the staff was very nice, welcoming and very attentive to our needs. They welcomes us with tea, coffee, and water and gave us a free face mask with our package. The mud mask and Turkish bath was phenomenal as well as the oil massage, my lady spent her time doing each service. Each room was clean and our belongings were kept safe with a lock pad and key! I would def come back here and recommend to all!

It was an amazing experience, they went above and beyond on every single moment, from the moment we contacted them to the Turkish bath to the end of it, absolutely amazing. Kasa made us feel very comfortable and welcome and everyone was very professional. We had some specific requests as well and they were able to help us out and accommodate us in everything we needed. I absolutely recommend them, they have great prices, great service and great people.

I had to spend a night in Istanbul due to a delayed flight. Going to this Hamam was a great idea. It helped transform the unpleasant moment to a great experience! The staff is very friendly and professional and they all speak English. The place is clean and cozy. You don’t have to bring anything and there are lockers for your belongings. After the session you can lie down in the relax room and ask for complimentary tea. Overall, I highly recommend this place and will be back!
