The service at Otel Sultan is very attentive and gracious. The rooms were nicely appointed and cheerful, if small. The bed was comfortable. The hotel is on a side street, so there's not much of a view out the window, but it's relatively quiet, and you don't get bright sunshine at the crack of dawn, so sleeping is pleasant. A standard breakfast buffet is included in the tariff. If you want to eat dinner here, the restaurant serves up well-prepared versions of Turkish favorites. We were there Friday night and were treated to a performance of live Turkish folk/pop music as well. The hotel is a mere couple blocks from the sights of Selcuk Parki. Overall, the Sultan Hotel felt like good value for the money.

Excellent hotel Sultan - conveniently located in the center of Sivas. The location of the hotel is convenient both for walking, since a huge number of local attractions are within close reach, and for traveling by car - convenient parking is located right in front of the hotel. The hotel has friendly and helpful staff who were happy to meet all my requests and wishes. The rooms are neat and clean. Room cleaning is daily. All towels are also changed daily. The room has everything you need: TV, air conditioning, el. kettle, safe, hair dryer, wi-fi. In general, if something is not delivered, the hotel staff quickly resolves such situations. The hotel offers a delicious breakfast buffet with a wide variety of dishes. The restaurant and cafe at the hotel have in their menu a large selection of delicious dishes for every taste. Everything is very tasty and pleasantly surprised by the speed of serving. In summary, I can say: it's cozy, clean and comfortable! At any time of the day you feel like a welcome guest here. I definitely recommend this hotel and will definitely come back here again.

Super friendly and helpful staff. Location, location, location of hotel. Near a number of madrasses, shopping, bus stops, parking and lots of restaurants. We had an exceptional special Ramadan menu at the hotel restaurant The Sultan Bistro.

Wow what an amazing stay we had at this hotel. the staff were perfect.. Friendly helpful and made are stay complete. The location of the hotel is perfect for shopping ,food or just walking round the lovely streets of Sivas you can park your car right outside free of charge .brillant after a long day of driving around sight seeing .the room was amazing ,bed super comfy. Spotless bathroom very nice restaurant. And great breakfast all included in a very good price highly recommend this hotel .realy made are stay great

Great hotel, central. The women at the reception was exceptional and helped us with a booking mistake we had made. Wifi in L3 room sometimes disconnected but good coverage in reception area. Clean and good breakfast.

I am writing to express my extreme disappointment with my recent stay at the Sivas Sultan Otel. I had reserved a suite, but when I arrived, I was given two separate rooms. The rooms were small and cramped, and they stank of cigarettes. The air conditioning was broken, and despite contacting the reception numerous times, it was never fixed. The rooms were also dirty, with dust and dirt everywhere. I was very disappointed with the service at the hotel. The staff was unhelpful and unaccommodating. When I asked about getting the air conditioning fixed, they said that they would send someone up, but no one ever came. When I asked for a different room, they said that there were no other rooms available. I would not recommend the Sivas Sultan Otel to anyone. It is a dirty, overpriced hotel with terrible service. I would give it zero stars if I could. Here are some specific examples of the problems I experienced: The rooms were small and cramped. The beds were too small, and there was barely enough space to walk around. The rooms stank of cigarettes. The smell was so strong that it was difficult to breathe. The air conditioning was broken. I contacted the reception numerous times, but it was never fixed. The rooms were dirty. There was dust and dirt everywhere, and the carpets were stained. The service was poor. The staff was unhelpful and unaccommodating. I am very disappointed with my stay at the Sivas Sultan Otel. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Very lovely hotel, very clean and the workers are very attentive and nice, location is great if you want to just walk around or if you came to see the historical sites in the city center
