I have stayed in this hotel for four nights. The experience of the Hotel was just amazing the rooms were very clean and modern. The room service was very satisfying and on the watch they are always happy to help. Dedeman Hotel offered us with the room a swimming pool indoor and outdoor adding to that the gym,sauna and others. I also can not thank the manager enough Emre Bey he was very friendly, kindly and very welcoming he helped us a lot without him the trip wouldn't be possible.

Good to stay and run around hotel

Great location and amenities. Had delicious food at its restaurant for breakfast as well as dinner. When the experince level of the entry level workers are improved, this hotel will be unmatched in quality, since the upper managers are well trained and know how to handle any situation, such as how Mr Alper Yildiray handled a guests accidental water spillage.

Perfect hotel , the rooms are clean and spacious, the staff are nice and very friendly, and most of all the price is very good 👍🏼

I stayed at the hotel for work. A nice smart place with good rooms and WiFi. The breakfast selection is good also. As a lone traveller though, the restaurant is not great in the evening. It takes a long time for the food to arrive. It is tasty, but not amazing. I would recommend exploring the town for good food. The bar and lobby staff are friendly and helpful, despite not everyone having good English. Some outer parts of the hotel are not complete. The location seems good for access to the town. Overall, a tidy place that is OK for Turkey.
