I am in utter shock by how the guests are treated in Hotel Turan Prince. On the last day of our vacation, we were promised in reception that we could lenghten our stay until our flight at 7pm for 50 euros and that we can come and pay in the morning. When we went to pay in the morning, the administrator said that he does not know anything about that and does not care, for if we want to stay longer we need to buy a different room for 300 euros or we need to pack in a 10 minutes of time. I have never had such disgusting customer service. It is not even possible to pack all of your things in 10 minutes. I do not recommend this hotel to anyone, especially families with children, because you can not just throw out your guests if you promised them to stay, without additional time.

Worst vacation ever... We have to stay roof top room and share the room with another family... I paid tons of money and make reservation for sea view room, but they gave us a roof top room. the balcony is covered by walls, so you need to stand on your feet to see the pool and sea. Beside, the cealing height is very low due to the roof shape. The worst part is that there is a another door opening the next room. the bell boy said this is a double family room for crowded families (5+), but there is noone staying next room, so this mid- door is locked, no worry to stay.... However, in the evening a family with two kids entered the next room and you can easily hear everything from this mid-door, and the kids were very lazy and hitting this door.. We complained about the issue to thereception and asked change our room but they did not accept and said all other rooms are full... worst vacation experience... I recommend you guys cancel your reservations for this hotel... If I you have to go to this hotel, call the hotel and make sure your room is not a roof top and there is no mid-door inside the room otherwise you have to share the room with another families.

The food is very bad! We all got sick! Me, my wife, my mother-in-law, my father-in-law and my 2 years old daughter got food poisoning! My daughter got hospitalized for 24h! In the bathroom they were cockroaches! I do not recommend!!!

The hotel is nice and there are plenty of activities for the children. But the food was below TERRIBLE. It had no taste and mostly fast food. My 3 year old kid got a stomac infection and had to stay in the hospital. He is currently under treatment at home. Avoid all inclusive especially during covid times. This was not a single case. A lot of people with kids got food poison in turkey!

Great hotel! Friendly staff and no problems with the resort at all, the food was pretty good too! Good facilities for kids so ideal for families.. WiFi could be improved, seems to be limited a bit too low so drops out quite a lot when the hotel is busy, more of an annoyance than anything, but an easy one to fix if they wanted to address it! Nice area too if you like shopping for a bargain. Bus outside every 20 mins that does to Side old town etc, very cheap (2 quid ish for a family of 3 to Side) and easy to hop on and off.

Warm welcome, we've been accommodated in a spacious and clean room, kept clean every day. Delicious, fresh, diverse food starting with local vegetables, continuing with fish, chicken, beef cooked at perfection and not at last the unforgettable desserts, cakes, melon, watermelon 🍉 . Food, drinks available 24/24 , Turkish coffee and tea was delicious. The very well maintained gardens, a really green oasis , made the relaxation to be complete and in the same time protecting the tourists from heat on their way to the sandy beach. Many thanks for the Turkish bath and massage therapists -Ulum and Ramazan, who revived our stressed bodies. Thanks for the entire hotel's team hard work and efforts, making from our stay a dream holiday.

Had a lovely family holiday hotel spotlessly clean and gardens stunning. Only reason it's 4 star is the food. The only night it was amazing was Turkish night. They should serve more Turkish food as it's yummy.

I can tell you that my room was on the 4th floor, yet i can hear people TALKING on the ground floor. Same if someone talks in front of the balcony. There is like a 1cm gap between the door and the frame on every side. The dresser is broken and moldy. There are concerts/parties every night and you dont have to leave the room to be a part of it. I dont know how rhis hotel got a 5star rating, it baffles me. The only good thing i can say is the pool is great for kids, dinner is great, lunch good and breakfast acceptable. Would not recommend it

Crazy animation team, Montana and Chico are the funniest, always interacting. always up for a laugh, constant pool games, water gym, water polo, balance on a surf board whilst putting clothes on. Evening entertainment too, they have an amphitheatre with excellent acts on, circus, dancing, Mongolian circus, acrobats, amazing. Large variety of cocktails soft drinks. Water park is good for kids.

Lovely hotel but was treated very bad on arrival restaurant shut was offered no refreshments or snacks. During our stay other guests when arriving was offered drinks and snacks. Seems they don’t like the English as other English people we talked to had problems couldn’t communicate with some staff as didn’t speak English didn’t see a Tui rep all holiday

Great resort with loads of fun , nice place for holiday , rooms are clean nice view terrace .. u have evrithing you need for the days ur staying there! Food is good ,so manny option to choose from , gala night on Friday is a bonus. Sauna and steam room are for free ..even if no one was telling us .. we found out on our last 2 days . .

Incredible hotel, the best I’ve ever been too, very clean, lovely staff, loads of variety of food, lots of swimming pools, a 2 minute walk to the beach front, great for families with young kids

I made a reservation online with insurance to cancel my reservation. Insurance cost me $40, I cancelled my reservation and they are giving me hard time to refund, I called few times and still no luck. Be careful before you make reservation.

Very good hotel, but the children's pool has cold water

My wife son and I stayed at the hotel for a week. We checked into one of the apartments around the small pool at the top of the resort. It was much quieter than the rest of the hotel and was very relaxing. The all inclusive buffet food was exceptional. The quality and quantity was incredibly impressive, there was enough a variety of food for my son who has a gluten and dairy intolerance. The staff were incredibly helpful and caring, you genuinely couldn't ask for more. The beach has its own private pier which is a real touch of class. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone travelling to Turkey, especially if they have children.

Had an amazing time staying at this hotel. The food was delicious, rooms were top level and I couldn’t fault the animation team in any way. They put on great activities, (especially the darts), we’re so friendly and always made everyday 10x better. I am definitely booking up to go again.

Crazy animation team, all activities was so funny and they are so friendly. Pool is good but could be colder and, there’s a variety of food to fit everyone. Would definitely recommend this hotel. Will be back next year hope to see the animation team.

Overall a very nice place to be. Some rooms needs reparatures, but if you ask kindly for a new room, there shouldnt be a problem. The food is very tasty and there are different food nights like the Turkey food night, Italian or Galanight. In the evening you can get some drinks in the blue Bar. But I cant recommand this hotel for young adults looking for a party night. At 2 am the party is over. Its a hotel made for families with Kids. I will come back again! I recommand to come in July and September.

Horrible hotel, avoid it: 1. No WiFi in the room for 12 days despite multiple calls and visits to reception. 2. Furniture is cheap and damaged, bathroom looks horrible and for shower impossible to set direction 3. Toilet broken the first day, no warm water the last day. 4. 1 km walk from room to beach 5. Bad quality food (fish=panga, meat=cheap parts, desserts are disgusting despite good presentation) 6. Room is not cleaned every day 7. Staff is rude (never a smile or a hi) and doesn’t speak English, German or French except at reception. 8. TV didn’t work for 9 days before they repaired it. 9. Beach is dirty, cigarettes on the floor and garbage, can be dangerous for kids.

Fantastic hotel, very spacious and lovely rooms. Grate selection off food. The animation team made my holiday so good with the kids they went above and beyond to make our holiday the best we could ask for you could not ask for a better team to work at a hotel hope I can visit again and have the same experience iv just had, 5 stars from me

I've stayed here for a week in june 2023. The rooms are pretty clean, location is ok I guess, you have some silly marketplaces outside. Food was only average, nothin really tasted very good, the themes kept repeting themselves 3/5 Service was decent, however you had 1L bottles in the minifridge and no alcohol at all. 3/5 The shows in the evening were almost the same. The playground for kids was kinda small, let's say the pools were ok but only three big slides :( All in all I would rate it at a 3.5, will not go again.

I ve been here in 2018,our experience was great. Now in 2022, after Covid, i was dissapointed about the room (i had Garden View and they offered room with wall view, and not clean properly) . About the maids ( HSPK), cleaning services in a hurry, without cleaning the room daily ( no toilet paper!!!). Spa was good, relaxing massage for us... I will not return ar Sentido, high price, low service...

Good day, I wanted to express my pleasure to spend almost one week with my family for the second time, the first was on 2019, in spite of several negative things like no internet coverage except in the main reception and it took long time to receive our rooms, but the staff was great and very cooperative, especially Rana in the guest relation office, she was very kind and friendly and she helped us in changing our room and the reservation in the restaurant, I really want to thank her 🌷.and also thank the Maneger for his understanding. We visited with 2 boys(3 and 5) at the end of August - beginning of September. We had see view room on the 4th floor with a stunning view. Lovely balcony, enough of space for 4 of us. As minuses are: Very slippery shower floor( dangerous to kids), seems hotel doesn't have any untislipp matts, so we were putting towels on the shower floor. You don't have to go out for entertainment just sit on the balcony 🤣 at the end I started to love that, but first night couldn't go to sleep. Room cleanliness could be better. Beach absolutely stunning and sandy. Our youngest on the 3rd day got very bad viral rash all over his body, so we spent most of the time on the beach. Aqua Park area nice for kids, but very slippery floor and very crowded. Never seen water in a day time have been tested in a swimming pools or aquapark. Kids club was great. Especially I would like to say a huge thank you to Emma-always friendly and professional. Caffè near kids club always full of cakes and ice cream so you coukd have a nice chill there while children are playing on the playground. Food in a main restaurant lovely and most of the stuff are friendly. Especially a big thank you to a waiter Yasin Yagiz, who was always looking the best after his area. Quick, friendly and paying attentions to details. A la carte restaurants were OK, except children menu. Could be bigger and fresh variety for children. Evening entertainment absolutely amazing. Children loved mini disco, fire show and acrobats, Friday fiesta was amazing too. Hotel located in a nice area, a lot of shops just on the door steps, hairdressers( I did highlights and pedicure outside of hotel )farmacy, 20 minutes from Side old town with a bus, you must visit it( breattaking). Bus stop on the right side just when you walk out of hotel. Overall I would recommend hotel. However Management should look more responsible to hotel cleanless( a lot of people suffered with tommy bug) including my husband at the end of holiday was absolutely poorly and it lasted for 7 days with a treetment antibiotics in England. Hardly any hand sanitazing stations around hotel. Never seen sunbeds beeing cleaned.

Overall the hotel is ok, but I was definitely expecting something more for a 5 star hotel. The staff understaning in English is very low and with a more complex problem it is quite difficult to understand eachother. The service is diecnet, but it is not a super great one. The hotel is really clean - the rooms, outside area, etc. There was a mistake with out room and we were accommodated in a room without a balcony, which is extremely small (got changed after some negotiations from our travel agency) - be sure to book a room with a balcony, because the others are quite narrow and uncomfortable. The food - there are good hits - 1-2 dishes per night, but overall it is quite tasteless, prepared with low / middle class products. Fruits are almost not present. The location of the hotel is ok, but it is in between the towms near by - there is a market next to the hotel and if you do not have to go to the towns nearby it is ok. Here is also accepted Euros and dollars and even locals prefer to pay in Euros. There are some themed restaurants - you can go to 1 of them for free during your stay. In general, it is still the beginning of the season and the hotel is not full. It is quite calm, even a little boring, due to the lack of many people around.

The hotel is generally old and it needs to be fast renewal. The service for the guest is not so good, because we need to wait long tome for the table.in restaurant. Beside that there is a huge problem to find free plase near the main swimmimg pool at 7am!!! The part for children is very very old and it can't be used secure during the day... The carousel is not workinf at all!!! Animation are very poor and e.g. anato couldn't find people to play in the beach voley... Drinks in the bar are not good :/ The food is also not good and very oftrn repeatable. The food in the snack bar during the day is very tasteless.... The table tennis is, but the tenjic rocker are veey old and destroued ans it's unable to use it.... The fitness is very small and there are not so many thingd to do it.... Generally hotel is not so good as it was presented by the tui office...

Beautiful hotel lots of pools and nature and market all around, we have been going there for 5 years and every year it has been 5 star all around. This year we went to the select section of the hotel. This year the hotel was diffirent, lots of staff but none of them are to help, sometimes you can wait up to 15 minuts for a drink for them to come out with it. Sometimes they don’t even come, at the select pool there is a women with curly hair going around all angry looking and the same person named anja being angry at the lobby for no reason, it really ruined the mood. Every staff was angry looking. The food was just seafood everyday and the cooks didn’t even cook new food. The shows and activites this year was non existent.

Overall very nice! We had a great holiday apart from a few issues with racist guest and guest that don't like the British! Please note when booking.. It's not the hotels fault but you should be advised before booking.

Hotel setting and surroundings beautiful, but definalty not the star rating it is, staff extremely rude, no English speaking staff so hard to get anything done, waiter staff had a bad habit of taking your plate from you whilst your still eating. Not good. Our room had many problems had to keep complaing, Cleaning of the room atrocious, my daughter had to pull the bed out for a dropped toy and found food down the side, disgusting they had server case of sickness and diorea throughout the whole hotel. Pool side tiles extremely dangerous so many accidents with people falling over. Food was the same everyday with the odd little change, entertainment was repetitive every week the same. Although the entertainment staff were the only ones that made a effort.the best act was firestorm. Would I return NO NO NO

The staff at this hotel are excellent so kind and helpful the bar and restaurant staff are always running about after guests. The spar staff were so helpful and caring Turkish bath and massage are a definite must on your visit there. Hotel is in a great location easy excess to local bazaar's. Food and entertainment is also great, would highly recommend you go here on holiday . Especially more Scottish visitors

We had a wonderful and peaceful stay at Turan in September 2021. It impressed us with the hospitality, a great garden and the big room with bunked beds for the kids. I would definitely go back.

Good pools with aquaparks. Great kids play yard. Sandy beach around 100m long, but there are some stones/clifs. Most dishes are tasty (some turkish ones are very delicious), but only local mid quality beverages are available here. Compact but very green and clean territory. Overall good choice for a budget option.

Nice location, clean beds, clean towels, but the floor and dust on the furniture did not clean at all, although I stayed 7 days. Regarding the slides and the pool water I give them 5 stars. The employees are not very friendly (they only know Turkish, Russian and German, almost no English). I recommend this location for families with children.

We went on a 7-day trip with wife + kids aged 3 and 5. We chose family room in garden area and were really pleased with the choice as it was away from the party music in main area which lasted until 2 every night. There were some inconviniences which seem to be common - ants somehow kept making their way to our room, photographers were a pain with their special prices changing every day and our front door was broken half of the time so it didn’t actually lock… However, there were lots of pleasant surprises. Roomservice cleaned room, changed towels and refreshed free minibar contents every day. Employees knew enough English to solve all problems. Food and drinks selection was nice for a foreigner, didn’t get stomach problems :) Nightly programs were also great fun. Free WiFi speed was OK but coverage wasn’t that great - I would recommend buying a prepaid 4G card from airport. Overall I would recommend this hotel for all families with small kids. Without kids or with older kids I would go somewhere else :)
