This stay was incredible! Couple minor hiccups but nothing that is a big deal! We had a massage and a scrub/wash with the two girls (me and my husband), We were with them for two hours it was the BEST massages of our lives and we went to plenty of spas all over the world. (We booked the massage for the same day) The staff is amazing and very quick to help with everything we needed! The service and food was great! We stood in the Madonna room and it was beautiful we didn’t feel like we needed to leave our room for anything! Felt like a castle / dream! The hallways are a little chilly but I mean that’s expected because we are in a cave so keep that in mind but the room felt perfect! I would recommend to anyone coming to visit! We stayed for two nights and we wanted to book for more! Thank you so much you are all amazing!

A minor issue with the cooling of the loft room. They moved us at no cost to a premium suite. Fantastic hotel and attentive staff. A wonderful location to see Cappadocia without having to be in the heat of Goreme. The restaurant was lovely and romantic and the food was fantastic

I had a great experience here, the staff are so helpful and the rooms are clean. I don't recommend it of you come without car but if you jave your car you will enjoy it. I also want to mention that the jacuzzi jets are not clean, the moment you open them it shoots dirt with water so if you are coming here to enjoy the jacuzzi, Don't.

Everything superlative! From the rooms, facilities, restaurant and staff, everything is way beyond expectations! And Cappadocia is very cheap. Much cheaper than Istanbul. Also, the world is much more educated! It must be seen at least once in a lifetime!

An excelent choice for tourists to stay. Rooms were differently decorated and very clean. Service was exceptional and restaurant downstairs was a great dinning experience. Staff once again was friendly, specially Mr. Ahmad from the reception desk was generous. Mr. Yaman was our taxi driver for both red and green tour, arranged by the hotel. That guy was exceptional too. Enjoyed every bit of our stay. Highly recommended. Loved the hotel.

The Hills is a great hotel in Nevsehir- Capadocia Area. Great food, specially breakfast. Nice spa as well and in doors pool. The best is it’s friendly people, specially front desk Firdes, Sefef, Yazel and the bellboy Mohammed. Keep in mind that you will need a cab or a rented car to see tourist attractions. (is 4 km away) but the tranquility compensates. For sure, a place to visit again in the future.

Dear Hill Hotel! Your hotel was so nice, your staff was outstanding and giving fast and precise assistance, really appreciated. The food was great, the room beautiful and clean, perfect service. I would like to emphasize the great service of: Niloofar, Zeynep and Fatma.

Great hotel with helpful staff. Receptionist Niloofar showed great customer service not forgetting all the other staff especially the kitchen staff. The hotel has a old but grand feel to it with great features. I especialy love the fireplace in the Lobby. The A la carte menu was amazing i especially enjoyed the steak. The swimming pool was heated much needed after a cold hike. Overall great hotel however the only negative is that the hotel does not allow an Iron in their rooms. You must wait till 9am and get the staff to iron your clothes which in not practicle.

Pros: Clean spacious rooms with views of neglected cave homes on a hilltop. Cons: Inattentive staff (no one smiles or make you feel that they are trying to help when you ask something other than a couple of female staff at front desk), inconvenient location (located on an intercity highway far from all tourist sights), very small spa (low ceiling, small, dark rooms. Guests need to book even steam room and sauna as apparently they are turned on only on request). Overall, I'd say this would make a comfy business hotel for a one night's stay. Definitely not for vacation.

one of the best places in capadokya you will have your peace here so you can search up the crowd instead of searching the peace the staff is more than helpfull and nice everything is perfectly explained and always recieved a smile especially would reccomend at the desk to ask for nilofar and fahim my whole stay i was searching for them because the hospitality couldn't get better specially when you don't speak turkisch they are an asset to this hotel

Very different experience to the standard hotel. It looks just like the pictures! Friendly staff throughout the hotel, who were available to answer questions and provide tour info. They even let us know about the time of our balloon tour transfer pick-up. The breakfast buffet was amazing and they had fresh gozleme made to order. Shout out to the concierge for being really helpful throughout our stay. Thanks again team, would definitely recommend! We stayed in the Premium Cave Suite, but the concierge was kind enough to give us a tour in the other rooms (as we arrived early) and all were great.

The service was excellent!! Everything in the hotel it’s perfect . They have top notch restaurants. Price are reasonable. You must try out there spa! There was nothing better than long day and getting massage. There room were pure level of art!! Only complaint it’s that the room were little humid , I don’t know if it’s from the rock.

A great experience of authentic Turkish massage and Hamam , the receptionists were very friendly Zayneb and Neufer . The masseuse, Wayan, is very professional she knows when to apply pressure and when not to and speaks a good English. Will come back whenever in Kapadokya.

We were promised an upgraded room and did not receive it. The staff don't speak English. Location is pretty far away from the main areas. Breakfast and hotel itself is pretty nice, so I would say over all it's a 4 star hotel.
