Beyti
is
not
a
restaurant,
it
is
a
living
museum
and
a
center
of
excellence
for
culinary.
You
don’t
go
there
just
for
food
but
to
experience
how
it
is
to
be
in
a
place
where
it
served
many
presidents,
CEO’s
and
many
high
level
people
throughout
its
history.
The
place
stands
out
already
by
its
premises
which
is
located
in
a
nice
garden
as
well
as
the
welcoming
service,
which
is
some
marvellous
mix
of
classiness
and
Turkish
hospitality.
We
opted
for
sitting
in
the
garden
for
the
lunch
time,
but
even
outside
you
get
the
sense
of
eating
at
a
historical
high
end
restaurant
from
how
the
tables
are
decorated
to
how
the
walls
were
filled
with
traditional
Turkish
art.
Before
you
order,
you
get
a
bread
with
butter,
crackers
and
pickles
as
a
part
of
couvert,
all
of
them
were
of
a
high
quality.
The
menu
is
balanced
with
the
rich
offerings
for
sallads,
mezes
and
main
dishes.
The
prices
also
tells
you
that
you
are
not
in
a
just
ordinary
place,
it
is
three
to
four
times
more
expensive
than
a
typical
kebab
place
but
not
maybe
expensive
than
its
equivalents
if
high
end
places.
We
ordered
piyaz,
bean
sallad
with
the
tomato
as
starter,
tasty
and
very
well
prepared.
For
the
main,
I
chose
a
mix
plate
which
included
doner,
meat
balls,
lamb
chop
and
lamb
skewer
over
rice
and
spinach.
Each
of
the
dishes
were
really
well
prepared,
soft
and
juicy
as
it
should
be.
After
we
concluded
dinner
with
a
tea,
we
went
around
to
check
the
memorials
from
the
history
and
past
visitors
of
the
restaurants.
It
was
a
walk
though
in
the
time
tunnel.
I
am
very
happy
and
proud
that
such
place
exists
and
hope
that
it
will
be
there
many
more
years
to
come.
