I really had the worst experience from this hotel. actually my work booked me me a room in this hotel for only one day after i finished my day staying i left the hotel going back to my country after 9 days the hotel accused me that i broke the tv screen after i left and now they’re asking me to pay 350€ for it by the way i didn’t us the tv or any other thing in the room except the bed i used for sleep.

Such an amazing 5 star hotel! Extremely elegant & clean! ALL very friendly people working there! Beautiful terrace, giant pool, hot tub, sauna ~ all incredible! Excellent food!

Wonderful Hotel! We stayed there in February and the rooms are very clean. They are furnished in an inviting and comfortable way. Some rooms have an outdoor balcony, which is a wonderful bonus.The Breakfasts are Very Delicious! They offer scrambled eggs and a wide variety of fabulous cheeses, fresh fruits. There are cereals, breads and juices, croissants and cakes, and all kinds of coffee, in a very charming Breakfast room, with a very attentive Breakfast staff. And the Reception staff are the kindest and others, who are always welcoming, helpful, and totally professional. I would highly recommend this hotel!

My daughter & me had a fabulous & luxurious stay in this hotel on march. The bed was comfortable and the room was tastefully furnished. Rich and versatile breakfast buffet with many options........e.g. fresh honeycomb, salads, great variations of deli & fruits. However, this hotel is not centrally located and limited shopping facilities in its mall....only Burger King, Hotel has spectacular view (no Balcony). Hotel staff are very friendly and I enjoyed the spa & indoor heated pool.

Reception helpful and professional. Room was nice & spacious. Firm bed and pillow. Bfk buffet in the restaurant has good selection and prompt service. Location was not so convenient. No free schedule shuttle to nearby mall. There were Burger King and Macdonald's next to the hotel. A hyper mart Metro 10mins walk fr hotel. Overall a high standard luxury hotel with prompt service.

They literally came to our room 3 times early in the morning for room service even after we told them we don’t want any. Once at 7am once at 9am and once again at 10am. We kept waking up and were not able to have a good night sleep. They disabled our hotel cards at 11am even though checkout was at 12 and my baby brother was locked in one of the rooms and we had to go down to ask them for another card while he was in the room crying. After we checked out we were sitting in the lobby and the bell boy was literally standing right beside the sofa and constantly asking us if we wanted a taxi. The staff was eyeing us very badly and we felt very uncomfortable. The gym was amazing but yea thats about it. Our stay was terrible. Would not recommend!

Very nice hotel, everyone is very polite, and breakfast is AMAZING. It's just a bit far from any sights, but oh well it's my bad, it shows clearly on map. It was just my first time in Istanbul.

A very nice hotel in the heart of Istanbul. The rooms are spacious with modern amenities. Breakfast buffet spread is good with variety of choices. One small feedback to hotel management though - the omelette served at buffet is underwhelming since it's only plain omelette is available.

Great location and friendly staff Really enjoyed our 4 day stay here. We had a standard double room. Very comfy bed and very clean. Great choice at breakfast. Very good location for airport. Staff friendly and helpful especially receptionist (so sorry not to have a name) who is absolutely lovely. We will definitely stay again.

Faultless hotel and staff! We went to Nice for a family celebration. Having travelled a lot for work I have never received such brilliant service. It was absolutely faultless; from the staff, to the food, to the drinks, to the rooms, to the location. Everything was perfect. Will definitely look at going back there again!

I believe I got the best customer service experience I ever had. I had an issue during my stay, the lady in charge of 'guest relations', Filiz, provided the best service you can ever dream of, with timely responses (I mean almost instant responses) to my request. If only for this reason, I would highly recommend this hotel. I wish all hotels, and all companies, would offer that level of service!

The best hotel I’ve ever stayed in! Everything was perfection. All the staff are AMAZING - special shout-out to Victor and Carlos! Victor was so lovely and helped us with some hidden gems to see around Andorra and Carlos made us the best cocktails! The spa was out of this world - so clean and well maintained. Breakfast was amazing!!! So much choice and the staff were so welcoming and friendly. Housekeeping were fantastic. We loved every minute and will definitely be back. Would give more stars if I could!!!!

Beautiful hotel, love the breakfast spread. I would like to highlight the professionalism of the front desk and guest relations team in handling my lost and found item. I had forgotten an item in the room and only realised once I was back in Singapore, the Wyndham team were friendly and accommodating to help me reunite with my item. Clean room and great service but location sucks. It's far from city centre and not much to see or do around this location except for burger king which is not up to standard.

This hotel exceeded all of my expectations. The room was clean and spacious, with beautiful decor and all the amenities I needed. Very clean, very spacious and modern hotel. Staff are, extremely polite and hospitable. Everyone has a smile with their service. I cannot emphasise enough on the staff politeness and professionalism. I enjoyed my stay in the Grand Wyndham Istanbul Europe. Before the night I leave Istanbul, I decided just to sit by the bar to enjoy some natural wind. That’s when the night manager Mr George saw me and decided to offer me a glass of drink. I informed him I don’t take alcohol and he Offered me a glass of Turkish tea. It was a very pleasant of him. The night was good as he and his bar crew were very engaging in communication which didn’t even make me realise the time went pass swiftly. I will definitely come back here to stay with my family members or friends in the future as they make us feel home. Thanks to the entire team of Grand Wyndham Istanbul Europe. Oh to mention the complimentary laundry service that was offered for me too. Really truly appreciate towards it. Thank you once again.

Great hotel - stay here for work, food is good, breakfast is good and night manager George looks after us very well. He was very helpful and knowledgeable about Istanbul and the local area. Bar service is excellent and they look after their customers very well. Will definitely be back, thank you Wyndham Grand!

The room was neat and clean; the bed was comfortable. The toilet and shower were spacious, and water pressure was very good. Overall, it is really conducive for good rest. Loved lazing on the sofa bed by the room's windows. The breakfast buffet was superb, and the ingredients were fresh. It's just a bit far from the touristy area.

The hotel was great the manager in the restaurant was very good, he helped me all the time because there was a lot of food I couldn't eat as I had stitches in my mouth.

Hotel staff misinformation led to my luggage being stolen. We had a delayed flight and went via shuttle back from the hotel to the airport. Hotel staff put my luggage into the second shuttle bus, howevr the bus driver of this bus refused to take me with the bus since all seats were occupied and standing during the drive is not allowed. When i informed hotel staff, they told me to ‘go with the next bus’. The third shuttle bus came 15 minutes to pate and when i arrived at the airport my luggage was gone. Hotel never replied to my emails, bus company never found my luggage when the air astana asked about my luggage. Hotel, Bus company and air travel company do not feel responsible. I guess i should have stood infront of the bus and physically stopped it and demanded my luggage to get checked out.

Summary: Stupid key card lock. Bad food. Horrible location. Mediocre room. Rude staff. Staff only knows Turkish and basic English. What am I paying for? Got locked out of our room for hours and when I asked for help they took too long to come(happened multiple times) The food was bland and the fries we ordered tasted old. The pool is small and shallow.

A great hotel with friendly professional staff and good facilities. The Long stay rooms are a good option for families as it includes a living room and bedroom with storage room. This hotel is 30 min drive away from airport as well as tourist locations so be prepared to spend on taxi. No close metro station as well. Breakfast was the same repeated everyday with no much new variety. Reception & Bell desk staff are helpful and friendly. Some fast food and local restaurant options around the hotel available. Supermarket inside nearby gas station. Hotel inhouse restaurant too is very good with reasonable prices.

Located away from the busy Istanbul but near enough to get to the airport in about 40min if there is no traffic rush. A clean hotel and very nicely designed. The breakfast is amazing, with the yummy yogurt, honeycomb and many types of bread.

Great hotel. I would say 4 not 5 star. Lovely service. Remember to put your room in do not disturb because cleaning staff just walk in multiple times a day. Use the safe. Eat at MADO they serve food as well. Avoid eating at Bbq restaurant and Kebab restaurant as they rip tourists with their prices and portions.

The facilities are amaizing, lovely staff but I think there is lack of consistency which is very important, I didn't expect to have the same soup the all 12 days I stayed, also food was never served in a same way. Language is a barrier also and the staff rather bring it wrong then ask again to understand the order. I will keep the positive side of things . Will come back

Wonderful stay as usual in the Wyndham Europe...have been a repeat guest over 10 years..tried most of the hotels in the area over the years....this is the best by far...5*...presteene clean, fast check-in, huge modern rooms and bathrooms.... excellent overall...would definitely recommend to others...👍👍

We found that all the staff at this hotel were excellent, from the cleaner reception , waiters concierge etc everyone was absolutely brilliant. We will stay at the Wyndham Grand Hotel again. I would say that this hotel deserves a very high 4 stars or very low 5 stars. The breakfast could have a greater number of choices. The staff is always ready to help, though they don't accept the last "model" of EUR, so take it into account.

I liked absolutely everything. The room is small but very nice and clean. Delicious breakfast, good location, cleaning every day, fast check-in. Nice staff and I especially want to thank Ms. Pelin for helping me and for advice, the price / quality is excellent.

The hotel rooms are clean and fairly big but a bit too dark for my preference. Unfortunately during my stay some additional requests (for example for a smoking room) could not be accommodated.

First impression.. its Grand hotel as the name suggests, smooth check in , its 1 level above the entrance. Hotel has concierge services as well. Rooms are good with city view. Tgey have kettle, locker, bath robe, hair dryer .. to name few .. good comfortable beds for sound sleep. Breakfast is lavish .. lots of varities being vegetarian had options of eggless breads, salads, fruits, tea, coffee and yes Ms Pelin was courteous enough too run through all vegetarian menu available for me to eat .. hats off. Ms Nebahat was kind enough to assit on few specific need for me and my group . Looking forward to my 4 days stay here.

Room is very clean, friendly staff and good breakfast choices. Slept well last night despite my room near the elevator but very quiet. There is a restaurant just cross the road and gas station with supermarket.

Rooms are very good and service is quite well not excellent i would say. About location is i say it is ok. As we would not get taxi very easy from the central market. But overall experience was very good.

I've been deciding between 4 and 5 stars review since I've left the hotel, but decided to make it 5. First of all, pool and spa. We spent time with my friends there, and it was amazing. Pool, hammam, sauna, repeat. Everything is complementary (no extra charge). We didn't try any additional services though. Breakfast. It's as amazing as it was supposed to be in a 5-star turkish hotel. Even thinking of the breakfast makes me nostalgic. Staff. Everyone is very attentive, almost everyone speaks English. Though I'm feeling like learning Turkish now, because I definitely will come back. Room. Just perfect - view, interior, amenities. Location. It has a few restaurants and other services in the same building. Very nice to have them so close, especially when it's raining. I would recommend to improve only one thing - I had to ask for more drinking water twice a day, because there's no cooler or other source of drinking water on the floor. I'm not sure if I could drink tap water. If it's good enough, it would be nice to mention it explicitly. I didn't try it, so can't say. Anyway, it was worth it. See you next time!

Great hotel, rooms are big, bathroom was perfect, air condition without problem, staffs are welcoming and service is good, parking available for free. Rapid check in and check out, Breakfast diversity and very good. Location is a far from center but it is close to shopping centers and appropriate for those have car. Elevator a little bit complicated, for 18 floor you should go by two elevators in step.

Completely wonderful, especially to all the workers who do an excellent job, comfortable just missing a smart tv detail in the room. but i loved. the view is beautiful, I liked to read by the window to enjoy the view. ❤️👍
