Özellikle termal otel olarak gidildiğini düşünürseniz ortak termal banyoya maksimum 3 kişi beraber kullabilirsiniz. - Otelde ne bir çay saati, ne bir ara öğün bulunmuyor. Lobide çay ücretsiz ancak diğer tüm içecekler için fahiş fiyat ödüyorsunuz. - Akşam yemeği ve sabah kahvaltısı için hizmet ve lezzet çok kötü. Mesela kahvaltıda kahve alabilmek için 10 dakika temiz bardak getirilmesini bekledik. Kahvaltıda domates bitti, yenilenmedi. - Müşteri kalitesi inanılmaz derece düşük. The building is old, the quality of the pool and hammam is low. Especially if you think that you go as a thermal hotel, you can use the common thermal bath together with a maximum of 3 people. - There is neither a tea time nor a snack in the hotel. Tea is free in the lobby, but you pay exorbitant prices for all other drinks. - The service and taste for dinner and breakfast is very bad. For example, we waited 10 minutes for a clean glass to be brought to get coffee for breakfast. Tomatoes for breakfast ran out, not renewed. - Customer quality is unbelievably low. Generally, people who cannot come by their own means are brought by institutions and organizations. Running around to get food for fear of ending up, making loud noises at night, etc. In summary, we had a hotel experience that we would not choose again. We do not recommend you to stay here for your holiday to be enjoyable. Das Gebäude ist alt, die Qualität des Pools und des Hamams ist gering. Gerade wenn Sie denken, dass Sie als Thermenhotel gehen, können Sie die gemeinsame Therme zusammen mit maximal 3 Personen nutzen. - Im Hotel gibt es weder eine Teezeit noch einen Snack. Tee ist in der Lobby kostenlos, aber für alle anderen Getränke zahlen Sie exorbitante Preise. - Der Service und Geschmack beim Abendessen und Frühstück ist sehr schlecht. Zum Beispiel haben wir 10 Minuten gewartet, bis ein sauberes Glas gebracht wurde, um Kaffee zum Frühstück zu holen. Tomaten zum Frühstück ausgegangen, nicht erneuert. - Die Kundenqualität ist unglaublich niedrig. Air condition is not working, definitely not a 5 star hotel breakfast or lunch, Rooms are spacious and clean

Dont let the stars fool you. It may be registered as a 5 star hotel but i would not even give it 1 star. Rude personal no respect for the clients i was never threated like this before the spa personal yelling at me??!?! At a 5 star hotel unbelievable. I wil never come here again.

I have came to this hotel 2 years ago, and it was nice, now I came in corona time to relax it was crowded during the weekend, In the week days the play ground is closed then i asked them to open it they open it and the employe and it is really cold and we go to the swimming pool and the water is cold they said this is the same temperature but it is really clod they close it because the number of visitors is small. Also they called me three times to change the place of the car because they were doing some maintenance now they called again and harass me again to change the place again. And from the morning they are annoying us with the maintenance that they are doing

I totally don't recommend this hotel to anyone. We called multiple times no one answered our calls so we drove on a rainy day to the hotel where no one was on the reception dest which I had to call them from inside one of the rooms, to come and tell me that there is no rooms available and we cannot do anything for you while it's raining!! While they never pick up the phone and they are showing availability online and other hotel booking applications!!! So disappointed

Their is no translators. Their is no voice insulation between rooms .a kid was in the next room was crying the hole night.

It is a beautiful hotel, quietly located in the mountains and forest. Staff are friendly and nice also the service. The swimming pool, turkish bath, sauna and thermal water, steam room are also very good. The food is also delicious.

Very nice hotel. Overall, my 3-day stay here was absolute delight, very good dining options and impressive variety of spa services. Hotel’s spa staff was skilled and attentive. Big thanks to Aynur for friendly attitude and professionalism and excellent revitalizing massage and body treatment.

The view is nice but there were problem with cleaning. They don't clean the rooms or changing the beds. The food service is good but not perfect

Stayed here few days in July. Excellent staff. Good choice of food for breakfast and dinner. Had session with Physiotherapist Yiğit who was knowledgeable, thorough for 2 hour session :thermal, tense electric therapy , pressure points and much more . Feel all ache and pains disappear Set in Wonderful pine forest with numerous picnic areas Management need to look at design features. Eg shower door clashes with room door

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Cam Thermal Resort, and I was very impressed with the hotel. The rooms are spacious and luxurious, and they all have balconies with stunning views of the surrounding mountains. The hotel has a number of restaurants, which serve a variety of Turkish and international cuisine. The food is all very fresh and delicious, and the service is excellent. They put water in the fricken ice tea man these guys are cheap af and its a 5 star hotel no way it is

The rooms need some minor maintenance ( one of the shelves is broken, the bathroom shower door need to be fixed). The head cover is essential to use the pool and the thermal pool, you can get one for TL 25 to be charged to your room number. A loofah is needed for the Turkish bath and you need to have it before entering or you can get one and charge to your room number. The open buffet has verity of the turkish cousin meals, clean and delicious with helpful staff for adding more food and takes the used dishes. I noticed that some VIP clients had the food coming to their table instead of going around picking it up like regulars. The lobby bar offers complimentary turkish tea beside the regular drinks without any alcohol beverages. The Room TV has many paid channels for kids and sports ( don’t hooked up to it and enjoy the nature view) The room views are towards the magnificent woods , enjoying watching it along the day with different colors. Kids has some shows and activities at the lobby after dinner time. There was a place under maintenance for kids surviving activities.

İ spent 2 nights with my family, very nice hotel , the stuff are very friendly and helpful. The food was excellent. We book a private hamam room, it was great and we really enjoyed it. Big thanks to the Egyptians guys working at reception and in the SPA.

+ Location is not too far from Ankara (1h++) but around the area, there’s not much to do + The buffet food is excellent! Everything from the salad to dessert is tasty. 5 stars to everyone working in the kitchen and the restaurant. + Kids club with plenty of toys. + I was told that the nature around is nice but we haven’t really seen since it’s raining. However, we’ve noticed a lot of stray dogs on the way so just be careful on that. - Rooms are huge but a minor improvement which could change everything is to add more hooks on the wall for clothes and towels to dry - The pool is either too cold or too hot. There is no in between. If they could warm up the big pool a little bit (even just the little one for the kids) it would be perfect. Our daughter couldn’t last 10 minutes in the pool because of the temperature. Please fix this! :( - If you have babies, bring bottled water. No baby food too in the buffet area. - Plastics are used so much. Overall, I would highly recommend.

Perfect location deep in the heart of the jungle ... very polite, supportive staff. The bell service staff were all bilingual and very cooperative. The reception was very polite and helpful. The hotel manager, Omer Bey, greeted us in the lobby. The room was very clean, excellent view. The food was excellent, tasty, and very colorful. The restaurant staff were very polite and accommodating. A unique 5 star hospitality for a family experience.

I don’t want to give this hotel 2 or 3 stars, but it disappointed me this time, the quality of this Hotel is getting low day by day, I think the main problem is the shortage of the personnels. I’ve been visiting this hotel since 2018, and if you make a comparison with another Thermal Hotel in Turkey, you will find a huge differences. My advice to the owner or to the runners of this hotel is to increase the number of employees and renewing it. Please take into consideration the cleanness of the whole hotel, especially the spa area. I didn’t use to see it in the way I’ve seen it. Hopefully, we can see this hotel next time in a better situation. The shared picture belongs to our visit in last March. This time I forget to take a picture:)

We came here to relax 😌 we tried the spa many times and it was excellent.. I made my messages with Aynur and she is so professional I recommend booking with her. The rooms are clean and spacious but you can hear the rooms near you and I didn't like this.

Had such a good time here great swimming pools and spa. The breakfast and dinner buffet’s (which are included with your booking) were very varied and delicious. However, rooms are average and we had a problem with the AC in the room some nights we found it hard to sleep so we asked for it to be fixed (multiple times)but were told that it works for 4 hours and takes a rest for an hour. At the time we were staying at the resort it was full of families and kids which could be unpleasant if you are looking for some time to relax. Staff are helpful.

The hotel is going in the wrong direction. I visit every year and it is going worse and worse. In my latest visit, the A/C was not working. We called numerous times and the technician came twice and did nothing. Imagine cold air blowing after the hot bath you just had. Where have you seen a hotel that asks you immediate payment when you check in? This is ridiculous! And when you check out they ask you wait half an hour so that they check the room. We were accused of opening a chocolate box in the refrigerator. Amazing! If you are checking this after our stay, why don’t you do this after the previous customer too? We have not touched the refrigerator. Then we were asked to write a statement :) How funny! The food was not as good as the previous years. The soup... so tasteless, so worthless. The hotel lobby is smelling heavy smoke. People who smoke supposedly “outside” cause the smell to fill in the lobby by opening windows and doors. What is the point? It seems like the tea/coffee time (5pm) is put intentionally just before the dinner (6:30pm). Why can’t they do this earlier like 2pm so that you will not be eating sweets just before dinner? The drinks and coffee served in the lobby is overpriced.

The room was clean and its view was on the mountain. But lets talk about the facilities, the bed need to change it was uncomfortable, also the shower was leaking out side. I order a burger from the restaurant it was sooooo bad. But the buffet was not bad.

We were very satisfied, the hotel very clean and beautiful facility. It would be good if that Staff can still speak English or German!
