I’m sorry to leave this review as we have been going to club turban for 10 year but we will not be returning again. The room we had was 2 star at best mold in bathroom infested with ants in the en-suite lights had to be fixed as some worked. Air con had to be fixed the list goes on. The food used to be spectacular now just 2 star but if you like chicken casserole every day with rice or chips/ wedges then good. Pool area was in need of a good clean. The staff need to learn some manners. But they do work hard in the restaurant area. As I said I’m not one for leaving bad feedback as it can affect business but I think people need to have a true idea of what there holiday is going to be like.

Stayed here for 1 week and it was amazing. Great choice of food, drinks & entertainment. Staff were all great and caring. Marmaris town is not far and the nightlife is great, would recommend. Would come back in the future.

Everything you want in an all inclusive holiday. The staff are second to none. They cannot do enough. Very attentive and accommodating. But beware nearing the end of the season you will find some amenities are unavailable which we didn't mind. The food is fantastic with an array selection at the buffet or if you booked a restaurant which we booked Turkish, a 5 course starter, main and dessert. I've never felt so full. Every evening brought some sort of entertainment which was wonderful. Private beach, several pools and the boardwalk one way takes you to Marmaris and the other direction Icmeler. A stunning walk. We look forward to next year. Oh and one other thing... there a lots and lots of cats. As a cat lover I didn't mind but if your allergic possibly not a place for you.

We stayed 19th - 29th Sept 2023 Check in was efficient but not particularly friendly or welcoming just very matter of fact. We were taken to our room by golf buggy. No welcome drinks in fridge and only ever received water from the maid. Room was an incredible size for a family room - entrance hallway 2 very large bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Decor is dated and it’s a little tired around the edges but clean and functional. Air con was just ok for this time of year but I can’t imagine how it would have been when temps were over 40°c in summer. I think they could all do with being stripped and cleaned - seems the filters are very clogged. We regularly got a lift in a golf buggy to return us to our room in the evening. It is hilly and stairs are poorly lit in places so if you have mobility issues I would suggest main hotel or B Block. If you’re looking for a holiday with rooms large enough for a family of 4 where you don’t need a small Remortgage to afford it then this is a great choice. We had a great holiday - our boys especially! The daytime entertainment schedule was fabulous for them - Hannah and Tanya in particular were SUPERB!! They worked incredibly hard every day (as did the other female team member but we didn’t interact with her as often) my oldest sun usually sits by us or goes to find shade and listen to music. This holiday he got involved in everything! I’m so thankful to these ladies for really making our family holiday so much fun. I hope they get the recognition they deserve from management. Sadly their supervisor was very rude and aggressive to my autistic teenage son when he was playing volleyball. The supervisor was also bringing his friend (not a guest) into the grounds to play in the activities and also to have meals - I found this all very unprofessional. The highlight for us had to be the location and outlook. The beach and jetty areas are incredible. The water is crystal clear, lots of sea life to admire and very calm for swimming! The Asian A la Carte was absolutely spectacular - food was delicious but it was the service that stole the show! The guys there were a completely different class!! Medhi looked after us and was a gem of a guy! The on site photographer Ekrem is such a gentleman and we purchased fabulous photos from him! Highly recommended Sam at the pool is such a lovely man - he works so hard ALL day! The pool area is huge and he keeps it immaculate! The cleaning and hygiene levels at this hotel are fabulous, the grounds are stunning - only thing I would say is that the stairs in the tower to the slides are very dirty and could do with a deep clean. The food was great - we loved the setting of the Italian - the meat tacos and chicken tacos are lovely, pastas are fresh and tasty and pizzas are made to order, what more can you ask for! Perfect lunch setting. The staff here were very efficient. Steakhouse burgers and chicken ciabattas are delicious. You can even request seconds or a double burger 🙌🏼 Buffet - we ate from the live cooking stations and always found the food to be hot, fresh and again delicious! (We only ate at hotel 5 night out of 10 - very good value to eat out locally) Our only real criticisms were: lighting in public areas very poor in the evenings - how this isn’t flagged as a health and safety issue is beyond me, service slow and inconsistent at bars, drinks very hit and miss - beer regularly flat due to warm glasses etc, pool bar area used for all evening entertainment certainly isn’t big enough to accommodate, very limited cocktail menu - no frozen daiquiris unless you pay £10 in the grand bar - certainly not the ultra all inclusive we are used to. Staffing levels have definitely been cut and it has noticeably affected service. Queuing for the pool bar was always tedious - 3 guys behind bar but only one actually serving. You only ever see management if there’s a problem. We spoke to some guests who have stayed multiple times and have said they notice a decline in standards. As it was our first visit we were happy with what we received.

The worst hotel we ever been. I will NEVER return to Turkey because of this experience. The service is very poor, without any doubts I can say this hotel is not 5 stars. I can share some pics from our room to show how low level this hotel is. We went in this holiday 5 families and we cannot change our hotel as we had small kids, but every single person was disappointed in the hotel rooms/service/food and so on. They said “thermal”, I don’t believe they have thermal water in their inside pool, as the children took a bacteria from there and got sick(the doctor confirmed it). We have asked to change our room as we don’t have Wi-Fi connection and it was a defection in the bathroom, at the reception they said to speak with Guest Relation department so we went there and they said to go back to reception - they made us confused and disappointed as they don’t deliver the service that the hotel promises for 5 stars. We have paid a lot of money and received the worst holiday we have ever had. I will never recommend the area or the hotel. Please choose any other hotels with 4 stars or, even better, choose another area in Turkey. I’m looking to receive a compensation for it as it was not the service I paid for. I’m frustrated ‘cause it must be our honey moon with friends, but it was a nightmare. It is an official complaint and hope someone with handle it properly.

Stayed July 2023 for 7 nights. Overall: brilliant and plan to return in 2/3 years time. Location: 1.5 hrs away from Dalaman airport, but this is normal and unavoidable. Right in the middle between Icemeler and Marmaris Marina. Transport: Walking: can walk to marmaris marina and to icemeler in approx 1hr. It’s an easy walk but depending on the heat you might just wanna cry 😂. Taxis will rip you off however we couldn’t be bothered to haggle for what was essentially £2/3. Definitely confirm your price before you take a seat. Water taxi was amazing - only 100TL per person (each way). We didn’t try the bus but we saw plenty on the roads. Room: Bathroom looked like they had been recently renovated and were done to a modern finish. The bedroom/furniture was old fashioned and probably there since the hotel was made. One major complaint is the mattress/pillow situation. They are reallyyyy bad and actually affected my back. I can’t say anything to the hotel as I didn’t complain about this whist I was there. (Too much hassle to change room as we had already unpacked). This is one thing I will make sure I check if/when we go back because I wouldn’t be able To sleep on those Beds again. Came with soap and shampoo (or body wash?) in dispensers in the bathroom. Sewing kit, shoe horn, polish, ear buds, makeup pads, tea, coffee, sugar and matches. AC was slow but steady. Got cold enough that we switched it off early hours of the morning. Hotel: Checked in 2 am, they had a sandwich and soup bar open. Cute little place which was definitely needed after so much travelling. Reception staff were quick and efficient. 3 outdoor swimming pools plus one kids pool. The pool was the deepest pool I’ve been in at 1.55M. Normally I do not have a problem touching the floor at the shallow ends but may be an issue for those who can’t swim. Life guards on duty. Main pool is huge, thermal pool is adults only (this is enforced). Relax pool is one which is a walk up a slight hill so we didn’t bother using that one. There is an indoor adults only pool at the spa. There is a 24hr bar by the main pool. Drinks are good (we don’t drink alcohol but they had mocktails). Coffee bar was amazing. They didn’t have frappes but I think I drank a years worth of Iced hazelnut lattes. Very very good coffee and it was included in the all inclusive. They have lots of different activities Inc pool parties, pool competitions, mini concerts, DJ party at the beach and kids activities too. Beach is small but the biggest in the area and they have built a pier to maximise space. Food: do not worry. Lunch: 4 diff restaurants serve lunch. We loved the Italian for the views and the pasta/pizza. Steakhouse had delicious burgers. Turkish restaurant had decent shawarma. Breakfast: vast amounts of choice Dinner: highlights were the live dessert station (we had the roll ice cream, fresh kunafe with ice cream and there was a chocolate fountain on our last day). For food they had a different cuisine spotlight each day (one negative Is that this wasn’t clear or signposted in the hotel anywhere). We had Chinese, Turkish, Indian. Dinning room had a small separate kids section which was lower and the they could get served. My toddler loved it. Nuggets, chips, onion rings etc. Also, they had baby food jars! Turkish Restaurant dinner was delicious and really Good service from The waiters. Snacks: fruits, ice cream, bubble tea, limon cafe (pastries, biscuits, cake, boxed choc/banana/strawberry milk, and baby food too). Staff: Polite, kind, no problems at all I would happily stay at this hotel again.

The hotel room was nice, the beach was beautiful and the pool lovely and clean. We liked that it was walking distance to other local areas. The service was ok but nothing compared to what we've experienced at another hotel in Turkey. It felt very impersonal and we found the staff not as friendly, perhaps it's because it's the end of the season and everyone is tired and winding down. Our overall impression was that it was ok, but not as amazing as we'd hoped.

Vast place with just about every facility you could hope for including a 24 hour pool bar, proper coffee shop, great food and great service including being taken to your villa by electric golf cart! Proper luxury hotel with private jetty and plenty for families. Just book it!

It was a wonderful 6 nights in this resort. First of all , nature is incredible. Not only the location is near to lively beaches in Marmaris it is very near to silent beaches if you would like to visit the nearby coasts. Resort is build among pine woods near the sea. There is lots of activities you can do both in the sea and land. There a bikes to rent and water sports in the beach. Children loved the snacks served in the restaurants, we love the main restaurant menu. Bars have all you need to entertain yourself. May be the rooms can be better as they are a little bit old, but cleanness and the comfort is great. Employees are doing their best to satisfy your needs. I wish the peice would have been cheaper but in this economical situation I do not jnow how it could be possible. Thanks for this beautiful holiday Grand Yazici.

Highly recommend Grand Yacizi (and Marmaris) as a family package holiday option (visited Jun/Jul 23 with Jet2). Excellent amenities, very friendly staff, good selection of food, quality rooms that were quite secluded (we opted for family room) and great for children. It’s also not far by taxi to Marmaris town (10 mins drive). The ‘a la carte’ restaurants could do with improving, but for the price, it can’t really be faulted

Stayed for a week with the family. Hotel and the facilities all great, staff all friendly and helpful, location great. Stayed in a family room in the main building which was good but needs updates to the decor as the floor in the room had started to come apart in places and the walls could do with a fresh lick of paint. Bathrooms all new which was good. I would recommend staying at the Grand Yazici Club Turban to anyone who is thinking about booking.👍

An excellent hotel. Highest quality. The food is very tasty, everyone will find something delicious for themselves. The SPA offers great service for a good price. The Turkish bath is not to be missed! The hotel's surroundings are the best in Marmaris. If you choose this hotel you will certainly not regret it. Go for it!

We had a great family holiday here. The facilities are excellent with plenty of dining options and the setting is really picturesque. The plentiful trees provide shade over the kids pool, which is good for the little ones and the beach area is nice and safe also. The water slides were particularly good and even younger kids could use them with an adult. My only criticism would be the cats. There's a lot of them. We had a ground floor room and we could smell cat poo when on the balcony/patio area, so didn't really use it. Overall though a fantastic holiday in Turkey.

First time staying , spent 3 days with large family, lovely hotel, people, grounds, large and beautiful rooms, sea view balcony, large grounds with activities and space to breathe, amazing food, drinks, service, entertainment. None of this off-season nonsense, everything was functioning with the right number of staff, entertainment for young and elderly also. Will stay again happily

Just returned from a 7 night stay at the Grand Yazici. Was a little worried after reading some negative reviews on facebook however, was soon put at ease. From the minute we arrived staff were pleasant, friendly and went the extra mile. I had requested garden rooms next to the relax pool and this was granted. We had two beautiful garden bungalows. The housekeeping team were in everyday and the rooms were super clean and tidy. We loved the buggy ride to the room such a great touch. The food at the buffet was great at all times. So much choice could have had ten plates full. Everything was so fresh and well presented. We never went hungry. It was also very clean. Loved the pool bar and the relax area around there. The comfy outdoor sofas were lovely. Both the pool area and the beach were really clean. Again staff constantly around cleaning, bringing you drinks. Could not fault this place at all, it has everything. Yes it is a little out of the way, but we knew that when booking and it is very cheap to get a taxi down to the Marina or even cheaper to hop on local bus so don’t be put off. It is also a nice flat 45 minute walk. Thank you for an excellent stay.

Overall a good stay. But service level, although sometimes 10 waiters for 20 guests in a restaurant and still service full of mistakes. Worse, some disrespectful people. Clearly a lack of good management. I putt 2 stars for service as most people are polite but not well trained. Rooms are ok There's a variety of food, but quality and taste is average...I've had better as all-in formula. Location is nice, great beach, lot's of activities and paid water sports are affordable if you negotiate for a package and pay cash!

This hotel is huge and has a wide array of services available for guests . Visiting in October the pools where rather cold but to be honest i didn't mind that The saunas are lovely and i was a regular in there . The coffee shop is a nice touch and we used it alot. The grand bar is air conditioned and very nice to chill in although the staff are hit and miss with the older staff member being very grumpy and spendi g most of her time on her phone and never looking up. The food was relatively ok but the food court gets very samey very quickly. So we found the onsite restaurants was favourite for lunch and we did venture out several times for breakfast and dinner . The beach is great and the water is crystal clear and very nice to float about in . Entertainment was brilliant and the outside stage/amphitheatre is very impressive The rooms are clean and tidy but definitely in need of a renovation. The location of the hotel is a bit far from main town but there are plenty of shops within walking distance in the highstreet and to be fair we got some of the best deals there . Everyone we encountered was for the most part very helpful and friendly. But they are always pushing for more sales . So be firm but polite with them and they leave you alone . If you like cats you will be in your element the hotel has many cats here that live on the grounds and the kittens are just adorable. I would visit again .

Stayed for 9 nights in October. A few small niggles to start with: Our room was towards the back of the resort (1861), close to a busy road. Good sound insulation inside, but was noisy while sitting out on the balcony, which incidentally afforded only a view of neighbouring buildings. The room (as others have noted) was very tired throughout, but was at least clean. It was a trek uphill each day, but manageable. We learned to get ready for the day as we headed down for breakfast to avoid having to walk back up. Those with mobility issues or small children I think would struggle. With the exception of one particularly warm day and night, the aircon I suspect had been turned down virtually to the point on non existence. The key entry door was very temperamental, taking several attempts to work each time. I might advise some phones outside in these areas, as I really wouldn't have wanted to return to reception if required given the distance and hills! As others from clearly the same time have noted, the resort became overrun for 4 days with a dance festival. The place became very busy, which was manageable, but they smoked heavily, everywhere!! The no smoking signs in sections of the main restaurant outdoor seating were ignored and not enforced, and the bar area became a no go zone. Please do better in ensuring it's a comfortable environment for all. And the shop, outrageously overpriced, and be careful to check your change. A brief walk out will save you some money. All fantastic otherwise. Pool and beach area are great, sea very safe for swimming. The grounds were beautiful and well kept. All food and drink options are amazing, lots of choice to keep everyone happy and always well stocked, with small bottles of cold water available all day and night. Had a lovely a la carte meal at the Italian, and made good use of this and Turkish restaurant for lunch too. The offer is so, so much better than AI we'd experienced elsewhere in Turkey. We found wifi to be good throughout, although we did have to keep signing back in. All staff we met were friendly but not overbearing, perfect. Whilst there were not lots of 'activities' available, it suited us well and made for a peaceful environment. Kids (13 and 10) were happy and safe to wonder between the pool, slides, limon cafe, ice cream, bubble tea and coffe shop and enjoyed the freedom. Super location, comfortably distant from Marmaris (!), but within 30-45 mins walk along the prom to both here and Icmeler, worth a walk out on a cloudier afternoon or evening. If travelling from Dalaman airport and arriving late, I would advise paying extra for a private transfer. We didn't, and regretted it as the very last stop on the coach, it took about 2.5 hours. Overall, a truely wonderful stay, the good far outweighing the small negatives. Would absolutely return, but would ask for a room closer to the main areas of the complex. Thank you.

Stayed at the Grand Yazici Turban hotel during March (all-inclusive). My daughters (aged 5 and 12) and I were so excited but quickly so very disappointed. The staff at check-in and welcome were not pleasant, so cold. And there were no welcome drinks or offer to go eat before heading to the room. We traveled along way from the airport but staff didn’t seem to care. Issues we had numbered below; 1. The wifi is a complete scam. There is such poor Wifi around the hotel. You would think they’d get this fixed quickly however other guests in the comments complained months ago and the issue with their wifi remains unresolved. 2. The pools are cold even during March. 3. Most of the staff are so SO rude, unhelpful defensive and miserable . Their WhatsApp chat service is a joke and the hotel’s email replies are very rude. 4. The cleaning of the rooms is so poor . Toilets and shower were not cleaned everytime we got back to our room and it had been “cleaned” there were still hairs in it. Disgusting. 5. The walls of the rooms are so thin. Shows how poorly built and constructed the hotel is, there’s zero noise reduction very frustrating when you’re on holiday. 6. Night time entertainment has zero variety just dances which become boring after ten minutes. The only single positive were the views which has nothing to do with the hotel. A tip is to always assess a hotel’s customer service by the tone and explanation of their responses . However as you’ll notice throughout the earlier comments, the hotel gives generic template responses which don’t even explain or address the issues raised. Clearly very a poorly run hotel and badly managed. A message to the hotel owners and management : Each one of your guests pay ALOT of money to stay at your hotel and they have traveled from VERY FAR, many with young children. You need to respect that and make every single guest’s stay an amazing one. They pay thousands to stay ! If issues have been identified by various reviews then do something about it. No doubt I’ll receive a generic reply, alternatively I expect a full explanation (NOT DEFENSIVENESS) for each of the numbered points raised above.

Had a fantastic week at the Grand Yazici. Despite the weather we made the best of the week. We stayed in one of the bungalows which was very comfortable and in a nice part of the resort. Resort facilities were great, food was of a good variety and would say there is something for everyone. We also enjoyed the coffee corner and the main bar to name a few. The staff are generally faultless, very friendly and work very hard. I think it's fair to say that the staff make the hotel what it is. A big mention to the kids club and the ladies who run it (Gorkem, Taya etc). Our girls were always excited to go to kids club and enjoyed the evening mini disco and other entertainment, these ladies a credit to the hotel. Also to Bilge who ran activities during the day to try and make enjoyable moments for residents. The guys in the main bar (won't mention by name) as they were all fantastic, despite being run off their feet every evening. Would definitely recommend and would come back to stay again. Grand Yazici, give your staff a big pat on the back.

Food is okay not the best for English but I have to say the lunch menu is terrible the chips here are disgusting the Indian food here is nice though have to admit. The pools here are great the arcade is good too main problem here though is how the workers get treated it’s terrible some of them have to do with abosutle mess some people leave plate full of food I’m very sorry about that.

It's ok but not the best hotel we have stayed at, it's only a 4* which it shows. The drink is well watered down, food the same nearly every day. Horses for courses and this horse didn't like the course. We wont be visiting again. We will be going back to 5* plus hotels they are worth the money.

Long review but honest This is not my first time in Turkey all inclusive. Food - I wasn't having high expectations of the food at all but was pleasantly surprised. Choices in the main restaurant couldn't fault curries, salad, Turkish breads and dessert amazing. Breakfast omelette made to order so saved me a small fortune not having a English breakfast out everyday. Pool bar was nice you ordered of a small menu of choice, which is nice not to have your food touched with everyone in bikinis etc. Desserts served 11 till 6 with a wide range of choices which me and my other half went everyday to try different ones. Ice cream served all day till 6 with a little ice cream stall which was served to you not children getting their own like most hotels that puts you off when they put grubby hand in etc. Got told once that we could have a free meal at one of the pay for restaurant on arrival but after traveling all day don't really listen just want to get to room. My other half heard apparently but didn't bother telling me so abit gutted we didn't book for Chinese restaurant. (Can you guess when I go on hoilday its all about the food lol). Drink- brand eefs on draft which is great, the brand spirits only vodka and Gordon's no brand rum even though have empty display bottles of Caption Morgan not sure about whiskey don't drink it. They must water down the vodka because I couldn't taste it even though they poor nearly have a glass full. Fizzy drinks hit and miss with the gas flat in most bars especially 24hour bar. Coffee serving amazing never seen a little coffee bar with so much choice. Room- we had a apartment right on outskirts that was up hill we earnt our food after walking up there thats for sure. On arrival you get to go on a golf buggy with suitcase put on the back but no offer on checking out to bring it all down to reception. My partner moans the room could be updated but I saw nothing wrong a proper double bed not just pushed together two bathrooms both with showers one with a bath too bonus. Only thing about cleaning is that the pervious guest must of thought it was funny to wipe a boggey on a wall in each room which was an amusing game for me and my partner to look for. Yes gross but a maid who has x amount of rooms to clean would think to look at walls. Mini bar with a few drinks which only got refreshed with bottled water during week, but nice to have pop and beer when get in a check in late night. Entertainment- can't comment we didn't go to any but the pool Entertainment wasn't over the top like some places what come round a bug you to come join in and music round was lovely not too loud and not any songs that would cause headaches. Usually I have to wear headphones to drown out the pool music but no need was relaxing. Internet fantastic in rooms nearly everywhere in hotel apart from restaurants which is good stops guests staying in restaurant all night. First hotel I've not been having to sit in lobby to contact home. Already looking to book again for next year I really feel we got value for money in the hotel saved a small fortune not pay to eat out like other pervious all Inclusives. On another note im not going to be surprised if prices go up next year some other customers don't know what nationality seem to fill their tables with plates full of food I mean stupid amounts this one couple enough to fill a family. I know I eat loads on hoilday but I go for a plate of food eat then go back if still hungry. Not gather everything possible fill table just leave it. The waste this poor hotel would have is probably more than its making with food prices going up etc

Lovely hotel but a bit dated in some areas. Service was great, food delicious and plentiful. My only criticism would be that the evening entertainment went on until 3am on several occasions keeping me and my young children awake.

I stayed here with my husband, toddler (20 months), and parents. We had the most wonderful time. The lodgings are nice and clean, the pools are all very well maintained, and the staff are all so friendly. There are so many options for things to do here as well. We chose to mostly hang out at the beach, but there are also many pools to choose from if the beach is not your thing. We also chose to do the boat tour which was the highlight of our trip where we visited 6 secluded beaches around Marmaris and stopped to swim at each one. If you come here, do not miss this! The options for children are also incredible. There are two kids pools, a childrens park, the beach and shows that happen throughout the day. There are high chairs and cribs available upon request and a childrens buffet and baby food available. The main reason we chose this resort is because it was supposed to be child friendly and they did not disappoint. Last, the food was also very good. For the amount of food that they prepare, I was surprised at how good it was. Almost everything I tried was very good or excellent. The presentation is also very nice and the eating area always kept spotless My only criticism would be that the towel hut runs out of towels later in the day and it was a pain that there was only one location from which you could obtain towels. Even the spa did not have them. Overall, we are very pleased with our stay and would love to come back!

Very good hotel totally recommend it. Located nicely just outside Marmaris and close to Icmeler. Very clean hotel with excellent spa facilities. I totally recommend the boat trip from the hotel which was excellent. The massage at the spa is great as well. Staff very friendly and the overall feel is very good. The bars are excellent and the food is fantastic. Plenty of everything. Entertainment is very good as well although the children club is not so good and I think it could be better. The staff at the children's club are not really qualified and I was reluctant to leave my son there, so this was the only thing missing. The bars, kitchen and restaurant are not prepared for people with allergies but we managed to sort it out with the help of the chef and staff. Overall really good. Totally worth the visit. Many thanks 👍

Had a lovely stay here, spotlessly clean, beautiful pool areas (although too much loud music at the main pool) Lovely setting, the view from the beach is beautiful, oh and the coffee bar was excellent the girls working there were fab, and the ladies who cleaned our rooms did an amazing job. The salad bar was my favourite at the main restaurant, wow what presentation! But the hot dishes were a little repetitive (but we did come right at the start of the season). Rooms were good, but we didn't have a sunny balcony so I was a little disappointed! The bathroom had a shower big enough for a family which was fab.The air conditioning was a little dodgy but I'm sure it would have fixed if we'd asked. For us only downside was too much loud music but apart from that great stay! I'd stay again but only at the start of the season or the end when it's quieter and in one of the villas which looked amazing.(some look over the sea and have private pools). There was a tennis court, volleyball , football , kids club etc andtheres a games room but that was closed when we stayed.
