It has been my 10th holiday in Turkey and never before I had experienced such a dissapointment as during my stay in Pegasos Resort. Advantages: • Cleanliness; • Beautiful lanscape • Broad, sandy beach • Very kind Staff, active during meals • Comfortable sunlounges; • Pro-active lifeguards on the beach, they really feel responsible for guests safety Disadvantages: • Limited range of food, lack of items that seem to be basic in 5 star hotel, e.g. no Nutella for breakfasts (many children were looking for them, 2 times during our 7-day stay it was available, the other days – chocolate sauce, the cheaper replacement), no omelets, not many fruits available, olive oil available only from time to time • No fresh squizzed orange juices for breakfast!!! However at the same time, there is available an option of fresh squizzed vegetable/fruit juices for 2 EUR (where you can encounter on the Turkish roads orange trees with fruits lying on the ground); • No mini bar available • Weak air conditioning in the room • Paid safe in a room (information in the brochure that the hotel does not bear responsibility for items left in a room with the reference to paid safe option) • Plates available only in dessert size (incredible), I guess it was aimed at limitation of food consumption, however resulted in mess on floor where the food ended up very often; • Popcorn / ice cream extra paid, located at the entrance of amphitheatre where kids events take place • Strawberries / other local fruits extra paid • No free WIFI • Extremely uncomfortable pillows • 2 single beds put together in a room with extra bed for child Being at Pegasos Resort, I have googled whether indeed it is 5 star hotel. At every step I had a feeling that if I pay something extra (juice, ice-cream) then they could serve better. I would not recommend visiting this hotel, it is not the league of other 5 star hotels I have visited before.

Absolutely amazing stay here at the royal! Not a single fault was found. Service, cleanliness and helpfulness of the staff was second to none! Food was great with so much choice. Great for my children lots to do and felt so safe! Would highly recommend if your looking for a family holiday!

Amazing location, staff couldn’t do more for you. Food was very good. Pools and slides excellent. And it was completely spotless. What a fab hotel, will definitely return.

This was my first holiday on my own with my 7 & 12 year old daughter’s and I really couldn’t have picked a better place! Everything from the food, entertainment, cleanliness and facilities were fantastic. I felt very safe and reassured I’d be alerted to any issues! The complex is huge and the room view was incredible. The team ensure you’re looked after and have everything you need. I didn’t hear one complaint from others. I would HIGHLY recommend booking this hotel especially if you have a family as it’s endless fun!

Had a great family holiday. Loved every minute of the 2 weeks. The staff are brilliant and will do anything for you. Special mentions to gokhan in buffet and Ahmet and Songul in the Lobby bar they were great. Great pools and slides beach and sea were gorgeous. Rooms were great , amazing view. Everything clean and fresh towels everyday. Food was plentiful. 5 year old loved it and even 16 year old had a great time. We will definitely be coming back, thank you

The hotel surpassed all our expectations in every aspect. The facilities were super clean, the rooms spacious and relaxing. The food was varied and extensive. Staff friendly and attentive. Entertainment programme engaging. The beach (soft sand) and lounges clean. Everything perfect!

The hotel is very clean and the staff is extremely helpful and polite.There is a public shuttle that arrives once every 10 minutes, costs 20 lira per person and works until 23:00 o'clock that can take you to the nearby cities to do some shopping. The hotel offers entertainment every night and the programs are very engaging. The food is tasty and never runs out. I recommend drinking only Raki from the free alcohol as everything else is watered down and tastes awful. The hotel is located right across a supermarket. There are also stores in the hotel as well.

Lovely place to stay with young children. It was a great period for us at the beginning of May as they had a heated indoor pool and because it had sliding doors and build like a conservatory it didn't even feel like a indoor pool. Our little one didn't really want to go on any water slider, even if this place has a lot of them, especially for children. The beach is sandy and very clean.

We have stayed at the resort twice and we would definitely come back again. The staff are super friendly, there's so much choice for food, and the pool is amazing. Fabulous for a good family holiday!! Aysenur was very helpful and asked if there was anything we needed, which was very kind.

The hotel is located in Avsallar between Pegasos Royal and Pegasos Club hotels. Even the hotel was in mid-range prices, the catering was really good. The territory of the hotel was green, rooms were recently renovated but the best part of this hotel is its beach. It is sandy beach with clean warm water and it is not overcrowded. Disliked · Rooms facing to the road are noisy.

I’ve been here first time and we are very happy for chance this hotel. Food is very good, three another kitchen, personel is very helpfull, manager hotel is very cool, and communicated. Room is clean everyday, pool is very big and clean. Everything is for tourist, free drink (very tasty) Ice and food. People in here (working here) they are always smile and happy. We are, me and my boyfriend Michael are very happy in this place. We recommend and come back in this sunny place! ☀️🇵🇱

This is an excellent all inclusive hotel (one of the three at the same location run by the same company) that is family oriented, relaxed, clean with a superb sandy beach. Food is plentiful and delicious, staff are efficient and helpful, place is well run and offers a delightful holiday to its guests. Recommended.

Myself, my girlfriend and my daughter have just returned after a weeks all inclusive. It was my daughter's first time abroad and I couldn't recommend this place enough. The hotel is absolutely spotless, all the staff are amazingly friendly and great with kids. The food is great, there is a different theme every night, there is a different theme every night so you're not continuously eating the same stuff and the entertainment is also really good. Shout out to our waiter Zeyni who looked after us all week and made sure we were never without wine or beer! We had a great first holiday abroad together and can't wait to return!

The hotel was amazing, especially with all the slides and shows for the kids. Food was really good and dinners were themed and varied so not too monotonous. Ground keepers make the place perfect everyday. The staff are so helpful and friendly and couldn't do more to help out. The location is quite far from Antalya airport (1:45) from door to door and there aren't many big shopping bits or big towns nearby, closest over 30min cab ride away. If you are going to stay in a resort for the entirety it's fantastic. Would recommend.

A very nice hotel complex. The 3 joined hotels can fulfill most needs. Nice rooms with a seaside view. Good swimming pools, water slides, easily accessible ocean, evening shows for the whole family, and a good variety of eating options. We stayed here for a week last year, and came back this year. 😊 The overall experience has been very good, both times. I have to give an extra credit to the food court staff "the yellow shirts" and to the cleaning crew. Really friendly and helpful. They go above and beyond to make your stay as smooth, good, comfortable and fun as possible. Thank you all for your smile's, friendly chatter and help. It is really appreciated.

The resort has three hotels. You can use all the facilites in the hotels but you need to take meals in your designated hotel. Resort is probalbly the biggest and best of the three. There are tourist shops and mini market across the road.

Stayed: May 21, 2023 - May 31, 2023 I cannot give a positive enough review of our stay at AQI Pegasos Resort. It was an incredible experience that exceeded our expectations. The beach at the hotel was simply wonderful. The sand was soft and pleasant to the touch, and the water was clear. Spending time at the beach was a true pleasure, relaxing. The hotel maintains a very high standard of cleanliness both inside the building and outside. There is attention to detail and a focus on cleanliness in all areas of the property. This further enhances the comfort of the stay and makes us feel at ease and secure. The food at AQI Pegasos Resort was simply exquisite. Every day, we had a wide selection of delicious dishes with diverse flavors and aromas. Chef Ismail deserves recognition for his culinary skills and his dedication to guest satisfaction. I would like to give special thanks to our waiter, Zeynal, for his excellent service. His soft skills, quick and professional service, high personal culture, and ever-present smile made us feel truly appreciated and taken care of. We thank him wholeheartedly for the wonderful experience. Additional thanks and appreciation go to the hotel's general manager for his involvement in the daily life of the property and for overseeing his staff to ensure that every detail is attended to. His presence and concern for guest comfort truly make a difference. Also, receptionist Memet deserves thanks for promptly attending to all our requests during our stay. His professionalism and efficiency were outstanding, and our needs were always met with a smile. We must not forget the entire housekeeping staff, who worked hard to maintain the hotel's impeccable cleanliness. Thanks to them, we had a sense of comfort and freshness throughout our stay. In conclusion, our vacation was fully successful thanks to AQI Pegasos Resort. Our group of six people, including two children aged 2 and 7, had a great time and felt genuinely cared for.
