Some of the staff members were really good and I would give them 10/10 but some were terrible. They wouldnt bring half of our order of completely bring us something else. For example we ordered 2 vodkas 4 whiskeys 2 tequillas and 8 ice teas, but they only bring 1 vodka 2 whiskeys 4 ice teas and completely forget about the tequillas. When we asked the waiter where was the rest of our order he said that was everything and left.

First time staying at the hotel. I will have to say for the price you are paying it is a good place to stay. The staff are nice and helpful and their service is good. Overall the room was good and clean. The Turkish breakfast restaurant is worth the try for sure, the seafood restaurant was amazing and you should go to. The Italian restaurant in my opinion was not good. The burger house was good and the food court was good as well. As for the entertainment it has a good variety of night entertainment and they were all good. I would have like their to be more activity during the day or for them to be longer than 10 mins.

We have stayed here for 5 days and checked out today (01.07.2023). We are locals and like to stay in nearby hotels during our holdiays. Papillon Zeugma definitely won the 1. Place among many of them. We thought it would be too crowded, but the hotel has so many places, pools, restaurants, cafes that we never felt the amount of guests. For us food is the number öne criteria- and Zeugma has spoiled us the the core- it didn’t only offer a rich and various palette but was so successful with their tastes. Having a wide range from Asian cuisine (my daıghter could die for Sushi) to İndian tastes we were delighted to taste masterpieces of Turkish cuisine. Our second criteria is comfort and luxury - we hate to walk from the beach to the bars to get a refreshment - and Bingo you can order your drinks from your beach bed via a squarecode. The rooms were cleaned everyday and staff always asked if we need anything extra. Our third criteria is coffee and tea- we are addicted - so best beans and best gets also a five star - as here - I had the best Morning coffee only here. The only criticsm I could make is that you get your beach towels still with a towel card. I feel more comfortable when ı can get as many towels as I need and don’t need to run for the closing hours of the towel house. But I guess there are still people in the world who believe that taking towels for free from a hotel is a good prize. Last points to mention: - staff in all departments were kind and very helpful. - We got a massage in the Spa! Marvellous!- The patisserie offered delicious cakes. The coffee shop at beach had excellent Lattes, sanwiches, cakes and cookies. - The evening shows were great and amusing. They managed to attract our teenager! - as our daughter is 11 - I can not comment on the KidsClub or the water park, as she preferred the sea. - Rooms are comfy (no carpets! Very inportant for me, I don’t stay at carpeted rooms) So if you try to make up your mind - don’t hesitate - you won’t refgret it. The only thing you will regret is like me to be home and not have someone to cook for you 😂

All good and nice, until the photo service kicks in. They are telling you that the family photo is free and after that, each photo 10 euro. Well, the service was in fact, the shooting is free but each photo 10 euros. The photos are poor quality, no imagination at all, they are giving you the photos directly from the camera, without any processing at all. I have better photos with my phone.

Service and service and again excellent service!!! Cant say enough about it. Staff’s genuine goal is to help you and make you feel comfortable and they are knowledgeable enough to help you. Sounds simple yet most hotels never reach this level. Food is very well thought, very diverse and excellent quality. Special food and dining room for kids… hotel is very clean and a pleasure to be in. Doctor is available inside the hotel, any prescriptions are delivered….

It was amazing holiday, everything from the begining was just perfect. Guest relation, ( thanks to Katerina), food, personal, quietness, there are plenty areas for relaxation, good quality drinks, 5 stars show. We are leaving with lovely feedings

We stayed there for a week and were really happy. Everything was clean and the staff was very nice. The food was amazing and abundant, it felt like we were constantly eating. The distance between the sea and the pool is quite short, you can easily pick and rotate between them. There's also a shaded playground for small kids. One word of warning: If you introduce the indoor playground to your kid, your beach vacation might be over ;'( Our daughter loved it so much, she didn't want to leave to go swimming anymore.

The hotel is very good and puts a lot of love into details. The prices are high but def. fine for the quality you get. 1. Food is amazing and I really hope they keep this high level in the future. Best food I have seen so far in a hotel resort. 2. Rooms are always super clean, you always have more than enough of everything: towels, shampoo, dental kits… 3. Beach is nice, though been to nicer ones in Turkey. 4. Outdoor pools and indoor pool as well. The gym is good as well! 5. Iceboxes at the pool for drinks. 6. Resort looks big but it’s not super huge which is a plus. Negative: 1. The pools outside could be more warm. 2. You can’t do much outside the hotel, you would need to go to the city with a taxi. But that’s fine. 3. Basically a lot of Russians and the employees talk to you in Russian first. I absolutely don’t like it and would prefer them to speak normal in English to me. The few negative points won’t change the 5 stars though. I stay here few more days and will come back again.

If you go as family one standart room most likely won't be enough but aside from rooms the hotel has a huge variety of restaurants and the staff do their best. The shows at night also have some variety and are entertaining. The hotel is also in one of the best parts of Antalya and the sea is accessible from inside the hotel

Great place to stay. The staff do everything they can to make your visit comfortable and enjoyable. Lots of nice little touches everywhere that elevate things. Truly a great resort, will return!

This is best best place in my life. I fly from ny and I wasn't expect it. 1 st day) early check in with nice greetings. (Food. Snack whiskey, cognac. Buffet it's amazing. If you will compare Mexico, Dominican Republic, Aruba and Papylon Turkey you 0%100% All waiter is like your personal waitet. Over 50+ waiters overall if not more. Food is high quality. Drinks are premium( Jack Daniel and etc. I would definitely recommend everybody to come to this property. Thank you for amazing vaxation.

Great place for a relaxed family vacation. - staff is friendly and very helpful - rooms are spacious - great selection of food and drinks - pleasant music at a decent level at the pool area - nice entertainment programme in the evening - beach with fine sand (and small stones) and with the option of decent shade

Everything was very good. Personnel - very friendly, entertaining, helpful. Food - at the main restaurant: tasty, varied. Also I ate at one of the a la carte restaurants, the asian one, and there are large servings of tasty food. Entertainment - a lot of activities during the day, from water activities to sports such as football, voleyball, darts, zumba, yoga and other interesting things. Every evening there is a show, followed by afterparty. The rooms are nice and clean.

Fabulous experience in their pool apartments. We were a familly of 4 and it was very comfortable. Nice decorated spaces, not crowded, very attentive staff, good food and enough options. Modern aquapark kept the kids very entertained. Good bars and very high quality spirits kept the adults entretained :)
