Quiet and safe. Kariem is the manager and he's been a good help. The private pool is a dream come true. The pool guy and gardener come everyday for checkups. They can also hook you up with a car rental company so they can bring the car to you villa .

The area was a good distance from activities and markets. However the villa was quite expensive for the state we arrived in. The sinks and showers were dirty and many items were hanging loose. Furthermore if you arrive as a group of friends the neighbours always complain about the noise during the day and at night even though noise is bound to be made when you are on a holiday with friends enjoying the pool and outdoor facilities.

It was ok. Been accused of false accusation about broken curtains even though It suddenly broke as the screws were loose. Been given a bad review on air bnb as well stating that we 'cannot be humans'. Shameful behaviour even thought we tried to stay as clean as possible. However the villa is nice and peaceful, would recommend otherwise as the security are very friendly and nice as well

Paradise town in Belek is the best villige with perfect villas near to golf. Land of the legends hotel and aqua park plus big modern mall is nearest. Mr Kerim Durmaz the director of the village is an awesome person , professional and kind. He will make your holiday perfect and worth to remember .

Nice friendly neighbourhood. 24hr security. Good access to amenities. A short drive from Belek and Kadriye. The manager Kerim is always on hand to sort out any issues you may have. Would definitely recommend.

we spend one week in paradise town villas we did have some problems like water and electricity for couple of hours and normally we put 4 stars not 5 in situation like that!but when you see mr kerim doing what he did to solve this problems you must put 5 stars or 6 if Google have!this properties is what you really need to spend a wonderful vacation for you and your family try to take villa with private pool and don't ask for money coz they really deserve it

Excellent secured community. Gamal Bey is a good Freind and so is his son Galip and also Kerim Bey. This is where my new home is now

We stayed here for amazingly five night, our host Mr. Kerim Duram was very helpful, the villa was clean and spacious, my kids loved the pool.
