chose
this
company
to
carry
out
the
rafting
activity
because
it
seemed
to
be
a
serious
company
but
it
seemed
to
be
the
opposite.
In
my
experience
they
told
me
one
point
where
a
transfer
was
going
to
pick
us
up
and
would
stop
at
2
more
points
to
pick
up
more
people.
At
the
first
stop
the
van
broke
down
and
we
had
to
wait
1
hour
for
the
other
vehicle
to
come.
When
we
make
the
change,
only
people
of
Iranian
origin
get
on
the
van
(I
have
no
problem
with
that
and
as
a
tourist
I
respect
that
there
are
people
of
different
nationalities).
The
problem
is
that
they
did
not
stop
screaming
during
the
ENTIRE
trip,
they
did
not
stop
for
even
a
second,
it
was
really
horrible
and
exhausting,
they
did
not
behave
nor
did
the
driver
say
anything
to
them.
When
we
arrived
at
the
activity,
of
course
we
were
the
last
to
arrive,
practically
no
one
attended
to
us,
we
had
to
put
all
the
material
ourselves
and
they
assigned
us
a
group
to
which
we
then
had
to
carry
out
the
activity.
They
told
us
that
we
had
to
get
on
the
same
transfer
that
was
going
to
take
us
to
the
starting
point
of
the
activity,
although
once
we
arrived
the
group
changed
completely
because
apparently
the
other
members
were
going
to
do
more
activities,
that
is,
they
did
not
know
how
to
organize
the
people
according
to
activities.
The
only
thing
that
went
well
was
the
activity,
for
my
taste,
the
technician
was
a
friendly
person
who
knew
how
to
do
his
job
and
motivated
us.
The
activity
was
very
fun
and
the
tour
lasted
about
3
hours.
When
we
arrived
it
was
3:15
p.m.
and
they
told
us
that
we
had
to
wait
because
the
food
was
not
ready
yet,
so
once
again
due
to
poor
organization
we
had
to
go
hungry
and
wait
just
at
4
p.m.
to
start
eating.
Once
again,
the
behavior
on
the
part
of
several
people
was
not
exemplary
since
there
was
no
line
to
receive
the
food,
people
snuck
in
regardless
of
their
turn.
Last
but
not
least,
when
we
were
leaving,
a
couple
who
came
on
our
transfer
from
the
beginning
did
not
get
on
for
some
reason
and
the
driver
did
not
remember
that
they
were
on
our
transfer
and
left
without
them
on
board
and
on
the
return
trip
they
Iranians
started
dancing
on
their
feet
and
singing
very,
very
loudly
and
when
we
arrived
at
the
second
hotel
the
driver
said
that
he
was
not
taking
us
to
the
point
where
they
had
picked
us
up
so
we
had
to
get
on
another
transfer
to
finally
reach
the
destination.
In
summary
with
my
experience
with
this
company
I
would
NEVER
contract
a
service
with
them
again,
nothing
was
serious
from
the
beginning,
the
service
was
unfortunate,
unfortunately.
I
hope
that
in
the
future
they
can
rectify
and
learn
from
their
mistakes,
but
they
were
very
serious
mistakes,
they
should
take
action
immediately.
I
was
dissatisfied
with
my
experience.
