I travelled to Antalya to get the gastric sleeve surgery November 2021. After doing a bit of research online I decided to go through the company Clinics United. The booking process was very straight forward. I dealt with a lady called Feride from day 1 via whatsapp. She kept me up to date with everything and explained everything very thoroughly. On the day of arrival to Antalya we were picked up very promptly from the airport by a gentleman called Ferhat. Over the course of our stay he was our personal chaffeur and he brought us to the hotel. The next morning he picked us up again and brought us to the private hospital. The hosp was absolutely spotless and all the staff were very friendly. We proceeded to have all our tests taken before the surgery. Bloods lungs heart everything was checked. We also had a consultation with the very reputable Dr Namik. He explained everything to us in great detail and instantly made us feel in good hands. We had our surgery that afternoon and there was mild pain which is to be expected. But the nurses and staff are there at hand to help in anyway. Overall I cant speak highly enough of our time and treatment here and would def recommend this company to anyone thinking of having this surgery abroad. 😁

I had the best experience with Clinics United. From being greeted with a hug when i arrived at the airport to the constant support and fabulous service all the the way through the week which has continued since getting back home to the UK. From start to finish I found the staff and the experience with Clinics United to be fantastic. They welcomed myself and my companion at the airport and looked after everything. Before I arrived in Turkey I spoke with Alexandra, she was great, very friendly and informative. She was able to answer all my questions. Our translator and guide while whilst we were there Damla was truly a delight. She helped us through the whole procedure and afterwards showed us around parts of Antalya. The doctors and the staff at the Medical Park facility were very lovely and answered all questions and helped with everything. The care continues afterwards and I am still in contact with the clinic who answers every query and checks up on me regularly. I highly recommend this clinic, they were truly fantastic at every turn.

Over and above expectations from Alex @ clinics united before and during my stay in Antalya... Ayse was invaluable throughout my stay, but i couldn't communicate properly with the surgeon in the consultation. I chose to go with them as the surgeon was a professor who had 30yrs experience and reasonably priced , but now i have to payout for a return journey & for revision surgery... Alex has been very helpful in helping me work out a plan to return soon...!!

Cannot fault these guys Alex (admin) came back with fast quote and details, Once booked she kept in contact prior to trip and called me when I got to Turkey. Ayse (chaperone) then contacted me the first night at the hotel to arrange hospital schedule. She came with the driver to pick me up and stayed with me throughout the booking in process explaining each step. Ayse was there when I woke up reassuringly and stayed to let me know the arrangements for my discharge. She went to the pharmacy and collected my medication and was very helpful and calming. She checked on me at the hotel after a couple of days following surgery. Prof Dr Errol and his assistant (cannot recall his name but he was lovely) were amazing. What was very reassuring was that they put my safety and well-being before money flatly stating what they could do safely and what they were not prepared to do. I would definitely recommend Clinics United (I already have). I also highly recommend doing all of your own due diligence and research about any surgery before traveling and to ask lots of questions.

The best experience ever actually! As a medical student from Sweden I'd like to advice everyone to try this professional team! Dr.Murat Kağan is professional in this field and has a histrory with many bariatric operations. I felt really safe with him and during the whole procedure. First they kept in contact with me and feed me with the most important information till my flight date. Then they took me from the airport to the hospital where I was operated. I met mr.Cem he walked me through and follow me the whole procedure. I never felt alone with Cem he is a hell of fun and know what he is talking about. He took me the day after my arrival and they fully checked me out, cardiology, ecg, Ultra sound, take x-ray, pulmonology to make sure I was qualified for the operation. Finally they did gastroscopi/endoscopi then moved forward with the operation. Dr.Kağan checked on me during my whole stay and discussed with me in details which made me really glad. I used clinics United for my mmo and I was NOT disappointed they were amazing with me the while time. From inquiring to booking Alexandra was there for me to answer any questions I had sometimes I would forget the UK Turkey time difference and message late but I would still get a reply. Never did I feel pushed into anything from her I always felt like it was my choice and in my time. While in Turkey Ayse was my go to girl and sorted everything out for me any appointments she was amazing I never waited she would push my appointments though. I genuinely felt like she was more of a friend, she went above and beyond took me shopping took me to the salon nothing was to much. I also had a day with Cem he was also brilliant and spoke really good English and explained everything well. I would definitely use them and my surgeon dr Ali korkmaz if I needed anything else. Also want to mention the driver we had always go us to where we needed to be on time and never later to pick us up, all in all a great experience with them.

I travelled out to Turkey on 27th of June. My experience was brilliant. My coordinator collected me from the airport and stayed with me until I was settled, he returned the next day and accompanied me for all of my pre operative tests. He then stayed with me until I went to theatre. He came daily to check in on me. My pre op tests were very thorough with ultrasound, x ray, bloods, pcr, ecg and heart scan. I was kept on a fluid drip prior to surgery and after for 4 days. I experienced no pain or dehydration. My surgeon was lovely and explained the procedure prior and again after to check on me. He came to see me daily and gave me his contact number should I have any questions. My coordinator was Maksim and he was brilliant. I wouldn’t hesitate to go again and I’ll be booking again for plastics in due course.

On arrival in Antalya I was looked after by Ayse (actual communication before I even left England), she looked after every aspect of me and my time in the Yasam hospital (very clean, excellent nurses, well equipped with latest technologies). From the pre-op tests that were needed, to simply having a juice with me and making sure I was alright, I felt well looked after and certainly not alone for a moment of the, rather quick, 4 days I was in Turkey. I was recently with my housband in Antalya, get so much support from Cem and Yeliz. I wanted to do redo gastric bypass but after talking to my chirurg which was really honest with me i decided not to do it. Doctor told me about all the risks, everybody treated me so wel. They really cared about me not the money. Yeliz togheter with Clinics United found hotel with breakfast next to the beach for us free of charge! What a service and professionality. Over and above expectations from clinics united :) !!! Not however for not the surgery, i have to have revised surgery for uneven contouring & wait 6months feeling awful. Ayse was invaluable throughout my stay and great interpreter but Would recommended an speaking app As i couldnt communicate properly in consultation . I chose them as the surgeo [ prof ] had 30yrs experience and well priced but now i have to payout for return journey & for revision surgery... :(

I had double chin Liposuction almost 2 months ago and the experience was overall really good. Now after alamost 2 months I really look great. I know it because everybody are telling me the same. Friendly and very helpful staff. Clinicunited and it’s workers genuinely care about leaving you satisfied. The package deal was amazing. Best treatment in hospital ever. I had a by pass and the care and delicacy i received was phenomenal. Even free wifi!!1 i would suggest this clinic 10x over any other. The drive to snd from aurport at no charge was great. I say if yiu are looking for car and precision, this is the place to go.

I travelled to Antalya and went with clinics United as was recommended by friends of mine! And as recommended they were amazing went above and beyond in their care Alexandra and ayse were brilliant and on hand all along my journey, my surgery went well my surgeon and the hospital staff could not do enough for me and the hospital was exceptionally clean very different to hospitals in the uk . I would highly recommend clinics United 🇹🇷

I have just had a face and neck lift procedure with Clinics United in Antalya. I can only give full praise for the service and care that they given me in the week I spent in their care. I was given a detailed price list right from the start which included everything apart from my flight costs. Maksim met me at the airport on arrival and took me to the hotel where he sorted everything out. The next day he picked me up and was with me all the time until I went to theatre which was great support as I cannot speak any Turkish. I met my lovely surgeon Doctor Prof Erol Demirseren who explained what I would be having done and he reassured me everything would be great. At 3pm I was down theatre as arranged and had the procedure. When I was back at my room the staff were excellent with checks being done all the time. In the morning Doctor Prof Erol Demirseren and his assistant Eren visited with Maksim to check how I was and did I have any questions. This excellent service continued until I left Antalya. This treatment was second to none which continued after I returned to the hotel, so I felt very relaxed and happy. Maksim made sure I was eating ok and fetched me soup and my prescription and was a star. I cannot thank everyone concerned enough and would not hesitate to use Clinics United if I wanted another procedure doing.

From the moment we arrived the service was very good. The driver was there at the airport with a name board. Claudia who was our original contact from our first enquiry, was on the phone as soon as we landed to ensure we were met. The hotel was 20 mins away. It was very clean and the staff very polite and helpful. Ayse our guid and translator met us the first morning right on time and escorted us to the hospital. She kept us up to date with appointment times and met with us every morning. The surgeon Professor Demirseren MD was very reassuring and spoke excellent English. His assistant doctor Eren was very good also. He even visited late evening along with Ayse to make sure all was ok and both were contactable at any time. Everything was done for us including collecting my prescriptions to take back. I am so pleased with my surgery and my recovery and would recommend this company and surgeons. If your think of any cosmetic surgery check this company out first.

Communication before my gastric was great and I felt at ease. I arrived in Turkey to meet Ayse who is lovely but hard to communicate with little English (but my own fault for choosing Turkey) we arrived at the hospital (Private Olympos Hospital) which was a shock as it wasn't the hospital advertised to me. Our room was fine with 2 hospital beds for me and my partner, the nurses were lovely and we communicated well or sometimes with the help of Google translate. The pre tests went well with only a few rude staff who seemed annoyed that I couldn't understand them. Surgeon Dr.Namik Yilmaz was amazing and he was the only reason I chose clinics united. On discharge I was picked up by a driver and told my medications were in the car. We were taken to a hotel to wait until our flight pick up in around 7-8hours. We weren't given a room though, we had to just sit in the lobby or around the pool with all our stuff. I checked my medications bag and all I had was stomach protectors and vitamins for when I'd finished my protein shakes. Well my non existent protein shakes. I had no protein shakes and no blood thinner injections which were supposed to be included. I contacted Ayse and had no response for hours and when I did I don't think she knew what I was talking about. And contact since I've arrived home has been non existent also. I 100% recommend Dr.Namik Yilmaz but unfortunately wouldn't recommend Clinics United.

Claudia and Ayse were very supportive. Answered all my questions and made sure I had everything I needed. Had a mini face lift and butt implants a week apart Oct 22. Too early to comment on long term results but so far so good.

I had the best experience with Clinics united. Coordinators Josef, Ayse, Maksim, we’re honestly the best! They made my experience and stay amazing, nothing was ever to much to ask and they were always on hand! Nothing went wrong I was immediately picked up from the airport taken to my hotel, then transported to the hotel with Ayse who handled everything so well, I had my surgery with surgeon Op Dr Mehmet Ali Korkmaz who has completely changed my life for the better, he is honestly the best surgeon I’ve come across, he is so kind and cares for his patients and his work! I heartily recommend it to people who have difficulty with their weight. I feel very well looked after. I traveled alone and never feel alone! The care in the hospital was not comparable to the German hospital system. The hospital shines! Fatma is incredibly likeable and takes away your last fears and is always there when you need her. Definitely 5 stars

Hello, I flew to Antalya on January 2nd and had my sleeve gastrectomy on January 3rd. The entire stay was well planned. We were picked up from the airport and taken straight to the clinic (2 hour delay was not an issue). I still had the first examinations that evening and things continued straight away the next day. Later in the afternoon it was finally my turn. The operation went without complications. 2 hours later I was walking up and down the aisle again. For the next few days I had no pain or any other problems at all. If I had any questions, I could always ask Fatma or Damla and get an answer straight away. Almost 4 weeks have now passed, I have already lost 12 kg and I am feeling very well. I am neither tired nor weak. I can only really recommend Clinics United. It was just a nice short vacation!
