Very nice hotel, the service 10/10, very comfortable bed and big clean bathroom, the hosts were very polite and really helpful, showing us good sites for food, tips and hospitality, even offering to take us to the pharmacy. The zone is very nice, safe and well connected. Good choice if you diced to stay here!

Hale and Burial were excellent hosts! We were looking for a hotel at around 11 pm and ran into this place and Burial was at the front and showed us around the hotel and gave us a great reasonable price for such an amazing location and the bedroom was huge and very clean. The stay was nice and comfy. We had a spacious room with two beds. It was a little bit cold in Izmir that days, but AC helped us a lot :) Plus, there was a small breakfast that included a lot of bread, some butter, jam and chocolate paste. Not a usual breakfast you get in those large hotels, but still something. Staff were welcoming and helpful. Highly recommend this place if you don’t want to live in noisy center!

Very clean room...staff were helpful.. good price for value...only issue is the room wasn't sound proof...I could loudly hear the TV from the room above which was disturbing my sleep..that was only the first night, the second night no issue at all..

We recently spent 3 nights in Izmir and stayed at the Punta Vista. The staff are wonderful, the rooms comfortable, breakfast was good and the hotel is exceptionally clean. The location was easy walking into the middle of the city.

The hotel is very good for a short stay. Central location nearby to all important areas in Izmir. Spotlessly clean and the staff is also very accommodating. The prices are reasonable. They don't have their own parking which can be of great problem sometimes especially during summer season and peak working hours. The breakfast can be improved more. Overall a good satisfying stay in the heart of the city.
