I can not be more grateful for all the care and service! I'm very glad I chose this clinic to help me. Prices are very good too. I'm pregnant and my throat was hurting and my head was burning and banging, zero energy and they came for 20min to my hotel give me best care in the clinic. The moment I vomit the doctor checked my baby if everything is okay. I was on bed there for couple of hours after treatment and tests and today I feel like a new person. He told to one of his employees to take us to pharmacy and to drive slowly. The young man opened the door for me and came with me inside the pharmacy. Really good service and I'm very grateful to the whole team. Thank you!

After a horrible experience with our hotel we finally managed to see an amazing doctor who helped us so much for our poorly baby and us. He spoke very well English, was very polite and helpful. Picked us up and dropped us off. So grateful. He even offered us to come back free of charge if not better for a follow up.

Dr.Murat and his team are very professional and well prepared medical practitioners, their clink in Belek is always ready and prepared. I'll will never forget when I called Dr.Murat at night for an emergency case happened to me, and within few minutes they sent a car to my house to transport me to the clink, there I got all necessary tests and treatment needed, and I had full recovery after few days. I visited Dr. Şahin when I was feeling unwell while vacationing in the area from Canada for a few weeks. Dr. Şahin was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and fluent in English. First of all I would like to thank dr Murat for his amazing treatment from picking us up from the hotel to dropping us back to the hotel. It’s the only medical facility which is close to hotel areas. We visited this clinic while on family vacation from Canada for 2 weeks in the area. Our 5 year old had significant sudden rashing all over body. Dr Murat Sahin was very kind, well-spoken in English and extremely knowledgeable. He administered an IV treatment, prescribed some medication and did a fantastic job. Our child improved within 12 hours and recovered 24 hours later. Tourists visiting from abroad should feel very safe and confident to visit this clinic. I believe they accept medical insurance. We chose to pay which was 280 euros but this included IV treatment so we were happy to pay. They to credit card. The clinic is clean, we didn't have to wait. No appointment or call before visit for us.

My partner was unwell during our holiday this July, his excellent paramedic came and picked us up from the hotel ten minutes after the phonecall and she was seen and receiving treatment minutes after arriving at the surgery, he even took us back to the hotel at midnight after we went for some food in town instead of taking a taxi back and stayed in constant contact with us after too. Having trouble finding the right medication in town the Doctor phoned around pharmacies for us and WhatsApped us a different prescription we could get easily within minutes. Very impressed with the skill and level of care shown by Doctor Murat and his colleagues, second to none. Any Brits needing medical treatment during your stay in Belek phone Dr Murat cannot recommend them enough, wish more UK doctors were this good 👍👍

I highly recommend Dr. Murat and His staff.He is very professional and friendly.After our guide Dorina from IHS (only best words for her as well) recommended him,he sent his paramedic to collect us from hotel within 15 minutes,despite the fact that everyone was talking at the hotel about an hour and twenty minute for any other doctor to see our baby, due to late hours. He is very careful , understanding and he will explain to you step by step what he needs to do. We had a Travel insurance and didn’t have to pay anything,we just called the insurance company and gave Dr Murat a Reference number..very easy…took about 5 minutes. Prompt replay. We have been collected by the paramedic and dropped at the clinic which was very useful being in a different country. Very kind staff, experienced, answered to all our questions.
