Don't book here your hotel! You read it a lot in the reviews and it happened to us also. We booked a room, but when we arrived they said that the hotel was fully booked and that we would stay in their second hotel. They let us walk 10 minutes and when we finally arrived we were in a total shock! It was a whole another hotel and the room was much smaller, definetly not wat we booked! Cancelling at that moment is also not an option because they need to cancel, otherwise they charge you (afterwards) by saying that you booked but never checked in.

Good rooms with everything you need. Great AC. Showers even came with flip floos which was convenient. The people running the place are also very laid back. They are always hanging out in the courtyard and ready to help.

Super nice place and best people in this hotel! Very pretty and traditional building in the city center with a big yard, where you could enjoy your breakfast in the morning and if you are lucky, you can also watch the traditional music shows there in the night. Our room was big for two people, with a quiet air conditioner and fridge, traditional turkish shower was also a new nice experience for us. The people there are the best, not matter the hotel owner or the staff. The owner showed us the city in the night, invited us for coffee and sweets, we made friends with every person and even with the talking bird Pasha and cute cat Tokyo 🐦🐈. The hotel gave us a perfect start of our vacation in turkey, will never forget it.

I had just a great stay here, with unparalleled hospitality. The place has such character, and the staff took care of me with such a warm, personal touch. I would highly recommend this hotel to any traveler.

BE CAREFUL!!! SCAM ALERT!!! They do lottery at the end and people need to write Google review to join lottery. People give high rating because they get your Google account for the lottery. Clear scam and untrustworthy business. They mislead people to think this is a highly rated place but it is not. Food is mediocre but price is 550 TL, one of the highest in the area for the event. They don’t accept credit card. Be careful please. I would not go if I knew they trick Google Reviews.

Somehow by choosing a double room, you end up booking into their other property which is located elsewhere and is listed as a different property on booking sites. In this property we were sent to the bed was truly awful however the young lads who helped us with the bags were friendly

A very tipical place where I've been welcoming as in the family ! Good place in Urfa !

The rooms and the place was great. It's location is superb as well however you might have a problem with parking. The staff and the owner was helpful and helped anyway they can. Our only problem was the celebrations they had at night. It doesn't happen everyday so ask the owner if they will have one that day or you might have issues with sleeping.

The best hotel I stayed in Turkey, the building itself is a beautiful 500 year old mansion, the breakfast is delicious and the staff are very kind and fun to hang out with

Great atmosphere, sexy band, good music, good food ( and they have a vegetarian option) - all you can ask from a local night in Urfa.
