The view is amazing and the atmosphere is beautiful. But that’s where it all stops. The pineapple fried rice was so salty, I felt like I was sipping sea water. My wife’s pasta order was decent. We had two servers try and take our order and it took 45+ mins to receive our food. We had to remind our sever 3 times to bring water. We also received no napkins or tablet cloth. Very disappointed. Great place for photos, but food needs to be less salty and they need more servers to improve their service.

Owner of the company didnt pay the salary of workers. Workers havent been paid about their transportation and food. Some wierd and dark guys are hanging araound the place. All of the turkish workers resigned because they havent been paid. Prices are bloody high.

EDIT: MANY FAKE REVIEWS. LOOK AT THE BAD FEEDBACK AND DECIDE FOR YOURSELF. Terrible. Very disappointed after making the long journey out to visit. Menu was incredibly overpriced for bland food, small portions and poor service. Nice views though. Waited about 25 minutes before our orders were taken and nearly an hour before any drinks were served. The restaurant wasn’t particularly busy - the waiter was just inefficient, not very attentive and seemed to struggle prioritising tasks. When the dishes eventually arrived, one of them was wrong. The waiter’s response was 🤷‍♂️ “It’s gonna be another 15-20 minutes wait.” We decided to eat it anyway as it was getting late. When it came to the bill, they initially tried to charge us the full price of the (wrong) dish that they served which was more expensive than what we had ordered. Thankfully when they returned with the bill they had removed it as a gesture of good will. Honestly, I don’t feel compelled to write reviews at all (this is my first), but this establishment really was an exception - our experience was THAT bad.

I've been to Heaven twice, and the first experience was great. Yes, there were a number of issues, but it was their first week so we chalked it down to that. However, this second experience, 6-weeks later, was very disappointing. The QR-code ONLY menu is a poor decision. Why don't you have any printed menus at all? It's a gimmick and it makes ordering food a nightmare. The WiFi is slow, so it took us each about 5 minutes to load the full menu. I had the Tom Yum last time and it was about 8 euros. Worth every penny! This time...it was 15 euros and it was terrible. You've doubled the price and halved the quality in a matter of weeks. My meal had: 2 prawns. 2 small muscles 1 small scallop 1 mushroom 3 tiny cherry tomatoes The rest was water and lemongrass. I've eaten out in restaurants in Turkey dozens of times and I have never left a restaurant hungry until tonight. Then, it took us about 5 minutes to try and order x 2 gin and tonics, 1 vodka coke, and a beer. The staff, as lovely as they are, had no idea what we wanted or how to help us. There was so much confusion. Nobody asked us "how our meal was" because the Tom Yum arrived 20-minutes before everyone else's food. We were finished eating by the time everyone else's turned up. How can you be so quiet and deliver the food so far apart? You need to work on that! Additionally, every other restaurant we have been to in Alanya are falling over you with customer service. Popcorn, fruit, complimentary bread, extra drinks. In this restaurant, you receive none of that. We weren't even asked if we'd like deserts after we'd finished eating. Then, when we left the restaurant - nobody said goodbye or escorted us out. Not even a wave. I walked past two of your staff on two separate occasions tonight and smiled at them - they looked me in the eye and looked away. No big issue, but as someone who worked as a waiter for 10-years, it just feels lazy and unnecessary to me. A little common decency goes a long was in hospitality. Honestly, for a restaurant that is as expensive and lavish as yours when compared to the rest of Alanya - you have A LOT of work to do. Having a beautiful location isn't enough - you must offer a standard of service that matches the beautiful setting, believe me. Your survival as a business in such a competitive market depends on it. Again, the location is great, the view is amazing, the restaurant itself is clean, but everything else is far below the standard I have come to expect in restaurants in Turkey. You have so much potential and I wish you every success. I just had to be entirely honest and share, what I hope is constructive feedback! And please do not punish your staff. Train them. Place looks nice, but service was a bit slow. The lamb rack was salted way too much as well as the potatoes. We ordered mojitos and beer, they forgot the beer and the mojitos tasted 80% Lime. Server was nice and all, but they tried to bribe us with drinks/desserts for better reviews.. That's the reason for 4.7 stars overall.

Pretentious to the point of being a joke! They position themselves as high-end restaurant but this place is absolutely terrible. Half of the wines on the menu were out of stock (only the most expensive 3 bottles left). We had to ask the waiters for everything (napkins, salt cutlery), I would have thought this is normal for a restaurant to have already on the table. Then they started bringing all the food together, explaining that they chef cannot time and separate starters from mains so we have to eat everything together. And there was only one other table. Seriously… The food wasn’t even that good for the prices they charge. And the cherry on the top was a handwritten receipt on a piece of paper.

The service here is excellent. Come a half hour before sunset for golden hour pictures! It’s possible to have your own private corner with a beautiful view on the sunset. The most important is that the food is worth it and delicious! We had the eggplant salad, filet minion and hochipuri. The layout is excellent, they have tried hard to isolate their guests from the road noise. There are also many stairs to explore the coastal cliffs and a private beach just a walk away.

The view is perfect, but we didn't like the quality of food, especially with the price above average. Strange rule, but it works almost everywhere - if the place/view is perfect then don't expect good food.

All entertainments in one place, everything is wonderfull

The staff was polite with honest recommendations. The food looks good, and tastes good as well. The lamb was somewhat too salty, and the mojito very lime heavy. The music did not really match the vibe, but it was possible to move away from the music. Total experience was good. Would bring family and dates, perhaps not a bois night out.

The food was moderate. We like rolls. Tom yam and seafood soup were ok. Meat was salty and not tender. We were waiting for the order for more than 1 hour. Used plates and napkins were removed after a reminder. If you come with your children, you have to feed them at home 😀

Fancy design inside, really delicious food (one of the few place in Alanya where you can eat falafel) and kind waiter. Strongly recommend for vegetarian, vegan and those who’re bored with hotel’s meals ;)

Awesome food, fab staff, fab wine! Amazing location! I wish to thank everyone involved in the preparation and presentation of our meal on Tuesday evening.
