Tunnin narikka jono pois tunti pääesiintyjän keikan jälkeen. Liian vähän vessoja ja VIP pelkkä huono vitsi. Työntekijät ilkeitä, eivätkä ollenkaan avuliaita. Eli samat kokemukset kuin niin monella aiemminkin kommentoineella. Eka ja vika kerta täällä. :( 2 tähteä historiallisesta miljööstä.

Tämä paikka sopii heikosti konserttien järjestämiseen kehnon akustiikan vuoksi. Pakottamalla kalliin keikkalipun ostavat asiakkaat maksamaan 3,50€ palvelusta, jota ei tarvitse (narikka), se vaikuttaa väistämättä negatiivisesti ravintolan myyntiin. Jos muutaman sadan henkilön ulospääsy keikkapaikalta kestää puoli tuntia, voi todeta järjestelyjen pettäneen pahemman kerran. Tavastialla kaikki toimii huomattavasti paremmin.

Hienon näköinen paikka, keikalla kävin ystävän kanssa. Olimme toisessa kerroksessa katsomassa ja ääni ei kuulunut kovin hyvin. Ääni oli jotenkin sumuista. Emme tiedä johtuiko keikkapaikasta vai miksauksesta. Pitäisi varmasti käydä kuuntelemassa toinenkin keikka että saisi verrattua. Tällä hetkellä suositus kyllä paikalle.

Certainly one of the best X-Mas markets in Helsinki, located in a historic building. Lots of crafts, fashion, gadgets and accessories. Very lovely to hang out in the holiday season there. (There are also two cafes in the house) I especially loved the zipper jewellery (by an Italian lady) and the mice (by a Finnish lady).

I do not recommend this venue at all - the service was abysmal and I will not be going back. I rarely write reviews but the staff were extremely unreasonable and I’d go as far to say outright rude. They make you pay the €3.50 cloak room / security fee twice. There was a ‘security situation’ so everyone was told to leave the venue, and even to move further away from the building into the rain with no shelter - in November. No reasons or time scale was given for how long we would have to wait so many people sheltered in the shopping centre nearby. On returning we were told we had to pay again €3.50 for the cloak room even though we had left unwillingly and we’re not told about a so called ‘30 minute limit’ to return. Firstly, most places where you get a stamp let you leave and come back. But secondly, we didn’t want to wait in the cold without our coats and nothing was communicated about any time limit, but we were still told to pay, despite paying already and having tickets to the event. On trying to explain this, that the staff were rude and patronising, accusing us of going somewhere else to drink. I don’t see how our private time is of any concern when we were forced to leave for a ‘security event’ with no explanation. They also do not supply tap water at an event with a bar, but want €4 for a bottle of water. If you go, ask for a glass and get water from the bathroom. However, this seems extremely bizarre for a venue selling alcohol and should be a right of everyone.

Hieno juhlapaikka keskellä Helsinkiä. Ainoa miinus ilmanvaihdon heikkoudesta.

Tapahtuma Redbull. Järjestetty hyvin. Salin akustiikka kamala varsinkin jos istuu parvella.

Aikaa kyllä viime kerrasta vierähtänyt tovi. Silloinkin oli jokin työhön liittyvä yksityistilaisuus. Hieno miljöö hyvin organisoitu.
