I just finished my first session of laser hair removal and I have to say that Brenda is amazing. I called quite a few places not only for pricing but because I was apprehensive about laser hair removal. The reason I went with GentleCare is because of Brenda. She makes you feel comfortable from the start and answers all your questions. GentleCare was less expensive than most other places I called. They also have good deals, I purchased the 6 session package. Sharice at the front desk was also very polite and helpful. I will update my post at a later date with results. I would recommend going to GentleCare because of Brenda.

Save your time and book with GentleCare. This place is absolutely fantastic in every way. I've been going to them for 3 years now and have nothing but excellent things to say about both their quality (their treatments WORK) and level of customer service. Before I chose GentleCare, I scouted out a few competitors in OC. The competitors were either more expensive or were underwhelming in their customer experience. Walking into GentleCare was immediately different. There is a friendliness, competence, and care in the entire office that you can feel when you first walk in, to a first consult, and throughout each treatment. I've seen Brenda, Dr Khan, and their esthetician (can't remember her name off the top of my head) multiple times and not only have I and my treatment history been remembered but welcomed. Despite their busy appointment schedules, they've each spent time with me if I had multiple questions and worked with me to figure out or recommend a plan that would work best for me (no unnecessary pushing of services). Other than great service, at the end of the day, every client wants the treatments to have a visible impact. I'm thrilled to say they do. Dr Khan's office uses cutting-edge technology. I would give GentleCare all around an 11/10. Also, check out their Groupons and monthly specials (they're always relevant and a hit). Couldn't recommend them higher.

She is really great at what she does. A few weeks later and I am shocked and so satisfied with the results so far after just one session! Excited to continue!

After a single session I noticed a dramatic difference in my hair growth and now on my fourth session I can get away without shaving for quite a long time. Dr. Khan is best of the best. I travel from Atlanta just for my procedures with Dr.Khan and honestly he has made me look picture perfect. Thanks to his attention to details and OCD on delivering perfection. He is super caring, knowledgeable and will always be honest in his recommendations on what procedures you would benefit from. I have purchased the 6-session laser hair removal package for my face and neck, and yesterday was my 5th session. I have seen a huge decrease in my facial hair throughout the sessions! My acne has gotten a lot less too! Brenda and other staff members are very kind, knowledgeable and willing to explain. The clinic has a calm and clean environment. Easy to set appointments. Parking is always available. Prices are reasonable.
